Web site says they close at 7pm. Door says they close at 630. I pulled in at 627.They owner is sitting in his Lin. Navigator, watching me pull in. The doors were locked and no one inside. They also lost a shirt one time, and found it days later.I will not be returning to this location...EVER..And the price of this week's bill was CRAZY.. Don't take anything expensive here or you may not get it back. I took two $2000 suits in to be dry cleaned and they lost half of one of the suit then blamed me saying I didn't drop it off. Very friendly staff though. Great service for $1000 fee. Do yourself a favor and go to the dry cleaners in Murphy instead. read more

Guy with a pony tail working the front counter is very rude. Scoffed when I asked a question about their process and just said, "I don't know." He was also, cursing as customers are walking in the door. I guess we'll find out how the clothes turn out. Not impressed with the customer service so far. These people couldn't care less about your clothes or whether you are pleased. My clothes look better when I do them myself and without the exorbitant price. The sign that says money back guarantee is a bold face lie. I specified that I wanted laundered with heavy starch, and not only were they wrinkled and looked pressed on low heat (all cotton shirts) , the collar was laying over on one side and no starch at all. They then told me they dry clean ladies shirts even if all cotton. Three shirts looked horrible. Well they should have told me that when I left them to be laundered and pre-paid! They were fine with me being totally dissatisfied and never offered me a refund for the poor service. Rude and totally unprofessional. Don't waste your money. read more

I took seven table clothes and six shirts here to be dry cleaned. They charged my $171 and change on my card before I picked them up. When I went to pick them up I was told the table clothes had something on them that they could not get out even though they had tried to spot clean them with everything they had. But they were still stained. I paid about $90 for the tablecloths and was charged around $150 to not get them clean but run them through the process with them having foreknowledge that they would not come clean. I find their ethics reprehensible. They should have called after trying to spot clean the very first one and asked for a disposition of how i wanted to proceed. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company that was used to pay for this lack of diligence and lack of ethics. One little caveat to this story is the fact that I did business with their Richardson store for decades with not a single problem that was not immediately resolved to both of our satisfactions. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend going here. Unprofessional and they aren't organized. I'd be able to look past terrible customer service and unorganized business structure if the services were great but the dry cleaning is mediocre as well. Been going to this cleaners for years due the location seeing it's less than a minute from my house (and not wanting to find a new cleansers) but due to mediocre services and several mess ups I'll be on a new search this week! Very poor customer service. We used them for several years, then one day my wife noticed two rust stains on a shirt. There was a note attached under the fabric saying "stain found before cleaning-tried to clean but could not remove." Noticed that the safety pin used to hold her name tag had same color rust. Apparent that the safety pin caused stain. Took back and owner explained she saw the stain, but they agreed to try and get it out again... 5 days later we went back and the stain was removed. Owner said it was rust but caused by a previous visit? I seriously doubt my wife would have missed the stain. To make matters worse, the owner admitted that 5 people missed the stain. The person taking the clothes in didn't notice it, the person doing the cleaning didn't notice it (nor did he notice the note), the person bagging the clothes, and the person that delivered the clothes. Been going here on and off for years. I've had experiences with random stains that I don't remember being there before dropping off. But nothing too bad or different from any other dry cleaner I've used. I've been pleased with the price and overall quality. The issue I had is with customer service and using their coupons. The past two times I dropped off my clothes (via the drive-thru), I've been rudely reminded to present my coupon before I hand them my clothes, not when I pay. Not a pleasant reminder, but more of a 'now I have to go back and ring up each item all over again.' I don't dry clean too often so I had honestly forgotten their coupon process from before. It's a simple process that I'm sure regulars are used to, and apparently really frustrates the cleaners if not done properly. As an alternative to potentially frustrating yourself and customers with how coupons are accepted, how about asking up front 'do you have any coupons?' Or, instead of stating on the coupon; 'must present coupon at drop off', which I did, have it more accurately read 'present prior to handing over items.' The cleaner did come back out after applying the coupon and further explained their coupon process in a more friendly and professional tone, which I appreciated. Just wish folks would treat customers nicely and with respect all the time, even when we are not as familiar with how you do business as you are. read more

These guys have consistently done a great job on all items that I have taken in. Cotillion dress, varsity letterman jackets, you name it, and they do a great job. The few times they've been on able to assist, they've always been very upfront. Good service, reasonable prices. Definitely recommend them. read more

Oh my word I am blown away with the horrible customer service I received at the dry cleaners by Tom Thumb in Wylie. I picked up some pants on Saturday they put them in the car & I didnt even look until I got home & realized they gave me my clothes as well as someone else's. It had been a long day of work followed by errands so I called & told them I had someone clothes. I asked if someone could come pick them up. They said we will have the manager call me in 30 minutes this is Monday they never called. So this morning I drive the clothes back up to them & am old lady came to the car. I asked for the manager & she hesitated & said how can I assist you. I said are you the manager she said I'm right below. I said I would like to speak to a manger. She said you are getting me!!! I said you gave me someone else's clothes & I asked for a manger to call me Saturday but they didnt. She was extremely rude never even said I'm sorry or thank you for bringing the clothes back. I finally told her she was rude (yes probably shouldn't have but I was done) she rared her first back like she was about to HIT me. She actually swung but stopped before she did. I said oh no I know you didnt just do that!! She said you better get out of here!!! Wow I have never in my life had that kind of treatment!! I am still shocked!! I have used this cleaners almost since they opened. The service is great. Most of the attendants know my husband and myself by sight. They are very friendly and courteous. On occasion, a stain is marked "unable to remove." I teach preschool, so I end up with spaghetti sauce, paint, and play dough on my clothes! I can treat these stains at home and launder them as usual, and they come right out. I don't usually send delicate items of clothing to be cleaned-I don't like to iron! Most of the time, my clothing comes back in great condition, pressed the way I like, and the service is great. Dry Clean Supercenter - Wylie (DCS) gave my clothes to another customer. I dropped off two weeks worth of dry cleaning for same-day service in the morning and returned later in the day to pick up my order. The clerk gave me my clothes and told me to have a nice day. I took my clothes to the parking lot, checked my order and receipt, and realized I was missing four pieces. I returned to the counter and the clerk indicated DCS had given four of my items to another customer earlier in the day. She and the owner called the other customer, whom they identified by name, while I was at the counter. They indicated the other customer was angry, intoxicated, and I would have to return another day to get my remaining items. So, I left without my missing items. The owner called me the next day, after the other customer returned my clothes, and I made another trip to the cleaners. First, I understand mistakes happen, but DCS has made this type of mistake before according to other online reviews. Apparently they haven't implemented any internal controls to prevent this from occurring again. Next, their attitude towards the other customer was alarming. They disclosed his name, that he was intoxicated, referred to him as an "asshole," and the clerk didn't feel like she had to deal with such people after hanging up the phone on him. From my perspective, DCS caused the problem and should have been more respectful of the other customer. Finally, the owner did apologize for the inconvenience they caused me, but could have offered a token refund and/or coupon for my inconvenience, to make me feel better about the experience, and for another opportunity to restore my trust in their business. It's the failure to change their processes to prevent this type of mistake and their attitude that towards the situation and customers that I find offensive. read more

I have been a customer for a number of years but I am very disappointed how I have been treated by the owner. a couple of months ago, I dropped my clothes then after I picked them up I discovered that I had someone's clothes. I took them back and I only got a partial return as I am still missing several expensive Company uniforms. I gave the owner several opportunities to see if he would find my clothes. Today I went by the store to see if they found my lost shirts and the owner said that he would not compensate for the lost items.
