My first time coming to this location was everything you would have wanted. Good communication, simple transaction, and easy access. Their prices were standard for dry cleaners, and they had the items ready within the next day. They also have a drive thru on the outside of the building that makes dropping off clothes much easier. I recommend this location if you're in the area. read more

I dropped my items off for a same day pickup but forgot and ended up picking up the next day. The lady who took my items was nice and i told her about my stains simply just being tooth paste. She got every stain out and my items smelled fresh and clean. Would not hesitate to go back read more

I brought my BRAND new white coat here with a small pen stain and they actually made it worse along with adding several stains including a RUST stain on the back. I'm not one to leave reviews but it was such a poor job. I wouldn't bring anything nice here. Learn from me and just bring it to a more reputable place. read more

Mom and I love going to this dry cleaners. They are friendly, and do a wonderful job always! The prices and service remind me of Chicago dry cleaners. I have been here on a number of days occasions for the last two years. Everything is done on time and almost without problems. The only problem I have ever had was a year ago one of my shirts had a stain that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I went to tell them about it and they said they would have it ready by the next day. I came back the next day and sure enough the stain was gone. It looked brand new. Thankfully I dropped it off a week before I needed it so this mistake didn't affect me however I can see how this could be a huge problem if I needed my shirt that same day. Besides that incident a year ago, I have had no trouble with them. read more

Worst place I ever been, keep breaking my buttons on my shirts, demaged 2 pair of dress pants ($100 each) and their best answer was" oh you cant see it". Another occasion they lost 12 of my shirts, they gave them to the wrong client, luckily the other customer brought them back while I waited at the store. read more

$400 DOWN THE DRAIN!!! I picked up 6 dress shirts and they had huge blue ink stains on them (not there when I dropped them off). After allowing them to "try to take the stain out", 4 shirts still had stains and 2 shirts had 6-inch holes in them! The manager argued with me and said she would not reimburse me for the cost of the shirts until I let her try to fix the remaining shirts. They tried and destroyed those shirts as well. They told me that the shirts were old anyway and refused to pay for any damages. I now have $400 worth of rags thanks to Dryclean Supercenter! This place is awful and not too friendly. I took 2 new shirts and pants to them. A shirt came back with a stain that wasn't on it when I took it in and pants also have a stain and now have no buttons on them. Wft? I will only use spirit cleaner from now on. read more

I brought two sweaters back because they were filled with animal hair. The manager got upset with me because I stated I brought them to her business because I wanted them done nicely. It shouldnt be alright to pay for a service and then, when and if the service isnt done correctly, management gets upset. I wasn't loud, or abusive. I wanted to understand how and if it was avoidable to not get animal hair on my clothes. Not one but articles of clothing. Ive been coming hear over 10 years. I wont come back. Needed bundle service, so at 0.99/pound I thought I would try them out...So glad I weighed my bundle before I went...lady came out and said "it is 32 pounds". Uh, no, I weighed it and it is 24. I should have taken that as a sign and gone back to the tried and true Bubbles Laundry in Rowlett (0.90/pound). I went against my gut and let them do my laundry...my clothes stink. Will not be back, if you need bundle service drive a little extra and go to Bubbles, the clothes smell AWESOME and I have never seen such AMAZING detail when it comes to folding. read more

This place is horrible! I took new dress slacks for various alterations. When I came to pick them up the lady originally did not want me to try them on. She told me to just take them home and if something was wrong bring them back. I decided to try them on there and I'm glad I did. They totally butchered my dress pants! They hemmed pants that I did not need to be hemmed and did not take in pants that needed to be taken in. When I tried to explain the mistakes to them the lady argued with me telling me that they did everything that I asked for which was not correct. She never offered to rectify the situation, only blamed me for their mistakes. I found a new tailor. I will never go back to this place again and I do not recommend anyone to use their services. read more
