This place is an absolute fucking joke. Yuri is the single worst manager I have ever dealt with in my life, anywhere. My $100 Polo pants were ruined by YOUR business, and instead of taking responsibility, she told me I'd get no refund for the dry cleaning and no reimbursement for the damage YOU caused. Yuri is a straight-up POS. No accountability, no professionalism, no shame. Her brilliant solution? A "$2 string replacement." On $100 pants. Then she had the nerve to say I couldn't keep my ruined pants and be reimbursed -- like I should be grateful for scraps. That's not customer service, that's bullshit. The worst part? She laughed at me. Laughed. In a customer's face. That tells you exactly the kind of garbage human being she is and the kind of trash operation this business runs. I have never felt so blatantly disrespected by someone in a management position. If this is the standard you allow, then the rot starts at the top. I will be coming back every single day until I'm made whole. And yes -- even the women working in the nail salon next door said this whole situation was complete bullshit and couldn't believe how I was treated. This business is trash. Management is trash. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! Especially if you have one of a kind items that you love. I took in 4 jackets sometime in the beginning of October 2023 and when I tell you it took MONTHS of hounding the owners. I had to stop there for weeks on end. I called every week several times a week. I had to involve the BBB and track down owners (there are two). I felt bad for the lower level employees I kept calling because they would 'relay the message' and nothing would happen. They clearly don't care about their employees. I took two nylon bombers, a peacoat and a one of a kind yellow and black bomber. The yellow was a nice bright mustard leather. Here is where the issue was. Had they just been honest and said we cannot clean this I would have Happily taken my beloved jacket back and tried somewhere else. What I got back was stained black on the leather parts. They did not see a problem with this and tried to hand it back and make me pay for it. I was rightly upset. I told them I wouldn't pick me a damaged jacket. They then sent it to a leather restorer (btw I had to hound and ask many many times for any of these decisions, no one would tell me anything about how they were trying to fix this). The leather place took 2 months, it was all such a headache. You had to learn to ask them the right questions. All the girl at the front desk could tell me was "Idk, it's just not ready yet". When it was finally returned it was painted brown. I guess the company could not match the yellow and decided to go over it and also sprayed the jacket itself an ugly yellow brown along with the leather. It went from bad to so much worse. This was followed by more weeks of 0 contacts from owners after I begged and pleaded for someone to call me. I DID get ahold of the manager (Maria) who was incredibly curt and rude about the situation saying "well I'm not gonna pay you with MY money, they shouldve told you and you should've known that we can't dry clean things with leather pieces like that". Ummkay well I am a normal person who brings things to professionals handle and to advise on. Clearly this is a training issue. Take it up with your team and bosses. What I was asking for was the cost of the jacket. Nothing more and reasonable. I was ready to take them to small claims court before they bothered to respond. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It'll save you so much time and hassle. My irreplaceable item is damaged beyond repair because of them. read more

I mean even one of them had a review saying you may not even get your own clothes back. So...I found this little mom and pop shop. Thank goodness. They have really great prices and are super friendly. I will keep going here for sure. This place used to be decent but I think it has new ownership now. I continued to go there and my husbands clothes would take forever to come back. I told them he needs his suit for work and they said it will be done tomorrow. I made the drive again the next day and they said that they needed to work more on it because of a stain, but there was no stain, it was just an excuse. I came back a third time, the day before my husband needed hjs suit. It came back damaged. It was too late to even get another suit fitted for him. WARNING: I took +10 articles of clothing here and more than half of them came back with starch stains on them and here's the kicker - I brought in an expensive black suit (jacket and slacks) and they gave me back someone else's jacket. I didn't notice until ~ a month later when I needed to wear it on a work trip. I went back to Spirit and spoke with an incredibly rude woman (employee, not owner) in the front who immediately claimed that it wasn't Spirit that did the cleaning even though the receipt was STAPLED to the clear sleeve and also proceeded to TELL me it was my jacket. No, lady, I think I know the brand, size and color of my own damn jacket plus the fact that I got the pants cleaned with it and got those back! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Poor decision by management to leave her in the front while gone. I will be returning only to speak with the owner about retrieving my jacket. I will update this review after with results. read more

Spirit Cleaners damaged several of my custom dress shirts that were custom made. Burned collars and put creases in them that don't belong. I will not return or recommend unless you are desperate. Usually 5-6 day turnaround for clothes but they come back damaged. read more

I may be biased because I prefer family owned proprietors when done right. From my understanding, this spot was purchased a few months ago by a new family and is being run by father and son, so the older reviews may be outdated. However, since their 5-star rating is what motivated us to go here, I can't complain. The service here is excellent and friendly. This place may not be the cheapest in the area, but the prices are still great. For the quality, timeliness, and friendliness of service, the price is actually on the low end. I have paid much more for less. As is common with most small, privately owned operations, they do not accept American Express. Just FYI. read more

These guys do a good job. And it's not too far away, but I think their prices are really high. My old cleaners charged $1 for a shirt and $3 for pants. This place charges $1.80 for a shirt and $5 for pants. I'm going to have to find a less expensive dry cleaners. read more

Without a doubt this is the best cleaners I have ever used. They do a great job with the clothes and the owners/employees are great. I especially appreciate that they save my collar-stays for me when I forget them in my shirts. On one occasion the owner was walking to his car when he saw me pull into a parking spot. He stopped what he was doing, took my laundry bag from me and took it inside himself. I was able to hop back into my car and go on to the next errand. Twice now I've taken loads of shirts to be laundered and picked up one dry cleaned shirt. These aren't particularly nice shirts, just plain cotton button ups. I asked the first time why the did it and they said something about the buttons needed dry cleaning but they could launder if I wanted them to, which I said yes to. I still don't understand what the button issue was. The next load they did it again with a different shirt. I won't be going back. Plenty of cleaners who will do what I ask and not do random stuff that costs more money. read more

I went to this cleaners for the first time to get my coat cleaned. It's a very expensive coat. She charged me 60 dollars after I waited for 15 minutes to do it off. When I got it back, it still had encrusted stains on it. Wasted 60 dollars. read more

While under new ownership Spirit Cleaners, has ruined two very expensive pieces of cashmere. They fail to take responsibility for their mistakes and are unwilling to reimburse us for the items they damaged. The quality and customer service at this cleaners has quite readily declined. Excellent customer service!! This place goes above and beyond. It's very clean, friendly and reasonably priced. My husband took a pair of slacks in to be hemmed and needed them back in two days. Instead of sending them out to their regular seamstress, one of the employees took the pants home and hemmed them so he would have them when he needed them.
