It's always the same caring & concerted type of owner that assumes the reigns. They've cleaned & fixed my wife's Blue-Fox Für coats, they've done custom down feather zipper installations on pillow casings for me, they've done miracles. Not only can do but a will do attitude. And I don't know who "Mary" is Who apparently calls people up at 7:00AM in the morning & leaves nasty messages about not unbuttoning shirts because I've never met anyone that's been anything but very nice, courteous, & conscientious at Craftsman cleaners. Anyways I recommend Craftsman cleaners as well as the Mail Stop next-door or I've had a mailbox for over 20 years as well. "Your address may change but your Mail Stop shouldn't have to". Great to have a place to send all my Amazon & eBay packages & purchases where I don't have to worry about porch Pirates.

To make matters worse, we were using them to preserve my wife's wedding dress, veil, and shoes. When we went to pick them up, everything was very sloppily tossed around in the box. The dryers are .25 for 7 minutes, I feel it is reasonable given the size of machine as well. The owner is very nice as she was putting out buggy carts at every set of machines for convenience. It was little to no people as I arrived around 8am. Very nice environment. The cleanliness is what I like the most. Apple Pay is accepted so that was a PLUS for me personally as I'm not usually carrying cash or cards. They have games, massage chairs, and candy machines, as well as vending machines so if you are waiting inside there's pretty much everything you need for your duration of service.
