Right after our recent ice storms, they missed a pickup (I didn't blame them). Last Monday I asked for a Tuesday pickup. They never came. I called the store and they apologized and said that I should schedule another pickup for Thursday and that they would make a "special" delivery run on Friday. I scheduled a Thursday pickup and put my laundry out late Wednesday night. It's now 10:00pm on Thursday and no pickup. I've asked that my account be closed and that my credit card be deleted from their records. They certainly weren't the cheapest in the area but I'd had 2 years of great service in Phoenix so I decided to use them here in Dallas. Something has changed? Manager? Sorry to say "Goodbye" but this is not acceptable.
