This is the worst dry cleaning company in the dfw area and after reading a few other comments seems like this a pattern for this establishment. Mike, the owner has zero business acumen and operates this business like a 5 year old child. Purse disgrace.. They lost 4 of my brother's shirts and promised a $150 refund, but instead insulted him by writing a $50 check. He left the check at the establishment because it was a slap in the face. To make matters worse, the owner followed up with a rude text message rather than taking responsibility. Mike and Narim run a completely unprofessional operation they can't keep track of clothes, they don't honor their word, and they treat customers with zero respect. Avoid this place at all costs. I got a brand new dress a to wear on a cruise. I picked up the dress without checking it and packed it for the cruise. I went to put it on and it had burn holes all over it. I took it back to the cleaners with the receipt and the person in charge had the audacity to tell me that it was a manufacture defect. So not only did he not reimburse me for the damages he did not even give me back the money for the cleaning. I have been going there for over 20 years and will never go back. read more

The owners chose to take my $4.68 instead of standing behind their service when they did not remove the wrinkles from a coat we had requested them to iron (no cleaning, just ironing requested). We have frequently removed these same wrinkles using our iron at home. When we explained to them after going to their dry cleaning business for 20 years, quietly accepting their mediocre quality that has ruined several pieces of our clothing, and that we would never return and write bad reviews if they didn't stand behind their service, they didn't care and they still wanted their $4.68. This lack of care about delivering a quality product deserves many bad reviews, which we plan to provide. read more

ZERO STAR. I dropped off my Vince Leather Jacket. There were 2 pen marks on the back. They said they would see if it's possible to get it out. I came back to pick it up and THEY DESTROYED IT! And.. Still charged me the $50. They returned my item worse than I had it. I will never go back. It's a $1000 jacket. DO NOT bring designer items to this place. They will ruin it and still charge you! I've lived in this area and used this place for years. Just shirts and slacks. I don't have any experience with jackets, wedding gowns, or any type of exotic fabric. But when it comes to dress shirts and slacks, I've never had any issues. And the owners are friendly people. It's either the husband or the wife everyday at the front counter. This is free absolutely worst cleaners ever.. They ruined a 150 dollar dress then didn't wanna fix it.. They pressed it instead of steam so the dress has different line marks and strap marks all over that won't come out now. I am currently taking legal action for my dress damages.. I would not recommend anyone come to this cleaners because the manager is just as rude and she is like talkin to a Brick wall.. They are not customer friendly and as a dry cleaners basically can ruin ur clothes and not be R fault. Dnt bring brand new clothes because they will lie And say the material is defective. I brought three blouses to this dry cleaner on Monday. When I picked them up on Friday, one of my blouses had rips in it. The cuff of the shirt is almost completely ripped away from the sleeve. When I confronted the man waiting on me, he claimed I brought the shirt in ripped. He wasn t even the person I left the shirt with on Monday. In addition to the sleeve, the pockets and the other sleeve was ripped as well. The person waiting on me claimed that the shirt was old and that they never cleaned it. They claimed they just put a tag on it and hung it up. Funny that the shirt was pressed, but they never touched it??? I will NEVER use this cleaners again. Too bad I can t post a picture and I don t even want to rate this place with even one star. I will be complaining to the BBB for whatever good that will do. I tried Dry Clean Super Center at Legacy and found that they aver very professional not only in Laundry & Dry cleaning service but also they do the best alteration service too. Once I was going to attend a conference, and I realized that my Jacket is not looking crispy sharp pressed. I want to share a great experience I had with this Dry Cleaners. I have been using them for years. I have a jacket that has quite a bit of bling on it. All of it glued to the fabric. I had taken the jacket to this place before with no issues. But this last time much of the bling came off. The girl that has worked with me for several years explained that the glue held up through the process before, but eventually wore out and this time the glue didn't hold. I understood, have worked with some similar things. But the new manager came out and apologized and explained to me again what had happened and that he had saved all the decorations. He asked permission to re-glue it. He was so insistent I let him. He and his wife restored my jacket and it looks like new. They went out of their way and far beyond what was expected. 8/30/12 Went to the Store at 405 Legacy in Plano. First time to try this place. Took my shirts in to be laundered. Total rang up quite high which I questioned. The owner explained that they needed to be dry cleaned (at a substantially higher price) because buttons on shirts may be damaged by laundering. ???? I assured him I wanted my shirts laundered as they have been for the last 3 years at the other place I used. He then charged me almost $2.00 per shirt. I questioned shy this was not the 0.99 advertised. He made no reply but then rang up $1.39 per shirt and said that was the lowest he could go. Since I was in a hurry and this was a very convenient place to use, I paid the extra money. Picked them up today (6 shirts) - 2 of which were still dirty and 4 of which did not have the top button fastened causing the collars to be open and wrinkling the collars. So, I believe I have given them a fair opportunity to earn my business and they have failed miserably. This was both my first and last time to use them. read more
