I think this is how they are trying to distinguish themselves from the rest, and I'm sold. I brought two suits to be dry cleaned and I got exactly the service I wanted with a decent turn around of 2 days. Depending on who is working the interaction may not be the best customer service, but they are direct and straight to the point, and I'm okay with that. It is quick and efficient, I don't need more from my dry cleaner.
