And I love that the staff all know me by name - it's a great personalized touch that makes me feel my business is appreciated. Annoying. I called on Thursday to ask if my hemmed pants are done. Clarissa told me not today, but they will be ready on Friday. I show up on Saturday and they aren't done. A call or a text on Friday evening or Saturday morning would have been helpful to prevent a totally unnecessary trip from all the way across town. Blah. read more

Numerous items damaged at this location to the point I am still finding damage shirt buttons cracked chipping and filed down. I had brought this to managements attention and received multiple credits toward future cleanings. They even scanned the barcode to see how many times the item was cleaned confirming. The broken and missing buttons were replaced with button different in size and color. Final straw was a new shirt missing the collar button that was brand new and the button was replaced with a large yellow button on collar. Continuing service here was not an option. I have multiple new shirts now cleaned that look excessively worn with damaged or missing buttons. I invested in a garment steamer. but I am beyond upset with the damaged garments. read more

Service and attitude is the worst here. The woman at 2:28pm today came out and asked if I had been here before not hello etc, I told her I had but she was instant on me pulling up on the wrong side. I did it because I pulled up there because I knew it would be quick. All I needed were my Tux pants pressed quickly she said no I have to many in front of you with a lot of attitude and walked off. The issue here is you don't need people working here that are like this. She had attitude from her opening words. This should never be tolerated by owners of a business. Sadly I'll never come back or recommend. Also, even if I had not been here before it would be nice to not be so impatient with the wrong way and gently say afterwards don't forget to pull around. My car was at the front of the line and the only difference is it was faced the opposite direction it was easy to back out so I wasn't blocking the street. read more

Service is just awful here! I was a long-time customer years ago, and stopped using them because they kept stretching out the shoulders of my blouses using those big, pointy hangers. I asked them not to use them, and then started taking my own hangers for them to use. They never got it. Fast forward a few years and I decided to try them again. They still had the note in my file about the hangers, and I even brought my own! I had one blouse to be cleaned, and handed the blouse and hanger to the attendant up front. We had a long discussion about the issue with the hangers, and I handed her my thick plastic hanger with rounded edges. I had labeled the hanger with white tape and my name clearly written on it. I literally put it in the attendant's hand as we discussed it. She told me the item would be delivered by Friday at 6pm (3 days later), and guess what?? Nothing was delivered. I called in on Saturday and they said it was ready and they didn't know why it wasn't delivered. It took them 10 minutes to find the blouse, and when they brought it out guess what???? It was hung on their big pointy hangers poking into the shoulders. I asked why this kept happening, and asked where the hanger was that I brought in. No one knew. It's been like 3 weeks now and I'm still trying to get someone to give me back my hanger! You can't even buy them any more. Bibbentucker's can't explain what happened, and no one cares. They offered me a store credit, but why would I be crazy enough to go back there? I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. read more

This is the best dry cleaning / laundry service in Collin County. The pickup / delivery service is outstanding - the time savings far outweigh the cost. Bibbentuckers also cleans oriental rugs, handbags and of course your outfit for when you need to look your best. I give them credit for innovation; service is provided for businesses and condos under the corporate concierge services. The service is great and the pricing is fair. One and Done! I decided to give them a shot since they are only a few blocks away. Wow! Big mistake. I had fourteen items, mostly men's dress shirts and cotton casual pants. The total bill was $88! In addition, after unwrapping my order, I ended up with a pile plastic and paper that was three feet in diameter and eighteen inches high. I just started using this place mainly from all the items I have been buying at thrift stores that need dry cleaning. Very impressed with attention to detail and nice hangers that items are on. I wasn't too crazy about the chemical like smell from The garments but it's dry cleaning so not sure what more could done about that. I just sprayed my closet with a little perfume and waved the garment in the air and all was fine. Prices reasonable and hey did a courtesy repair on a sweater I brought in. read more

Very thankful for the terrific customer service Sarah, the manager on duty at the time of my drop-off, was able to provide me in a moment of "distress". Our daughter's wedding gown was soiled during her outdoor/garden bridal photo shoot. With the wedding 2 weeks away (the lovely supply chain glitches had pushed everything back, including the arrival of her wedding gown), I was concerned about the turn around and about the integrity of the dress post dry cleaning (sometimes dry cleaning changes the sizing in the fabric). Sarah assured me they would be careful and do a good job with the dress and she would make sure we received the dress in time for the wedding. Sarah was calm and reassuring and helpful. I received a text that the dress was ready within the week. Yes, this was a significant expense (over $500) ~ but I would not trust our daughter's wedding gown to just any place and her dress was terribly soiled. I did call another reputable speciality dry cleaner in Dallas. Their price was over $800 and they could not promise it's return in time for the wedding. UPDATED: I was contacted by staff with an offer to correct the mistakes on the pants I brought in. Overall, I felt like the items came back in good condition the second time. I appreciated their willingness to work with us and make sure we were satisfied. [I brought three items in to be dry cleaned with Specific requests for each item. I called after drop off to clarify instructions just to be sure nothing went awry given past experiences with Poor dry cleaning. On a brand new paid of Jcrew suit pants for instance I said they didn't need to be creased because they came with a crease and were less than a week old. I pick up the pants and they have two creases. This is not rocket science. I specifically said not to crease them again for this reason. When I picked up my order I was denied my discount and told that Bibbentuckers does not discount their services although they have an app that offers discounts and often have discounts on the receipts much like CVS. Firstly, I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. We were regular customers for many years but moved out of the area and only recently discovered they serviced the area where we just moved. I'm very happy to be able to come back to Bibbentuckers because they set the bar very high and all others were measured based on my experience with them and frankly, all fell short. Now that we're back, we couldn't be happier, our clothing has been given new life by using their services. I will say that yes, their pricing is a little higher than others but the level of customer service they provide is far and above any other laundry service I've used the last few years and well worth it. Wonderful service!!!!! We went to the Plano/Frisco location and so glad we did. They cleaned our daughter's wedding dress to perfection and it was filthy from spray tan and New Orleans' dirt from the 2nd Line through the French Quarter and the beautiful courtyard wedding at the Maison Dupey. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Was it expensive? Yes, but worth every penny. Such a special and expensive dress is well worth the cost in order to keep your dress. When I contacted the manager she explained that because it required a warm iron they charged me the dry cleaning price. My first and last time going to this place. I dropped off 4 dress shirts that needed to be dry cleaned. The lady working at the desk shows me the prices and I agreed. I arrived the next day to pick up my shirts and only 2 of the shirts were ready to go. No big deal things happen. The next day I go back to pick up the last 2 shirts and they charged me $16.45. The employee agreed that it did not sound right but couldn't tell me why they charged me this much. He gets a "manager" that gave me scenarios of why they could charge more but did not give me a definite reason. Keep in mind I was charged only $8 for the first 2 shirts. The lack of knowledge and empathy surprised me. I guess that's why they wouldn't let me pay when I dropped off my shirts. No consistency. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

This place certainly is fast! I dropped off a pile of stuff for cleaning & tailoring & had it back in my hot little hands in less than 36 hours. I went in to drop everything off since I was new & had to show them which buttons were missing & such. When I picked everything up, however, I tried out the car service. I totally dig the drive thru area & boy were they fast. The guy helping me out even took my credit card & brought the slip back for me to sign. I was out of there in less than two minutes, which seems crazy to me. All of the staff I came in contact with were friendly & helpful. Obviously, they were concerned about making the customer's experience as quikc and painless as possible, which I appreciated. Being a chain, this place also has lots of locations & great hours, which includes weekends, woo! The one thing about this place, and any dry cleaner really, is the price. I had a 50% off coupon for being a first time customer & my bill was still over $70. I had 11 pieces cleaned, which included 4 suits, had a few buttons re-sewn, and a clasp repaired on a pair of pants (which wasn't done properly, actually). Had I not had the coupon, I was looking at $150 easy. I'm not sure I can stomach that kind of bill on a regular basis, so I'll probably be shopping around a bit. Granted, I won't be taking in that much at once any more, but I'm going to explore & see what other places charge, too. read more

First of all, Mariana called me after I filed a corporate complaint, but didn't even call me back for a week (hoping I would forget I assume so I had to call her again in order to simply receive a proper response) and she NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED OR TRIED TO MAKE AMENDS -- SHE SOLELY INDIRECTLY ACCUSED ME OF LYING. They charged me $100 to clean a single comforter because they washed my (machine-washable) duvet cover for an additional $50! That's the same as charging $50 for washing a machine-washable sheet. Ridiculous! I have a psychiatric illness (which includes requiring a caretaker, memory and physical limitations, and receiving full disability) and have gone on disability since this store lost my comforter and put me out $300!!!! (It was an expensive $200 down comforter) Their supervisor at this store, Mariana, was not helpful whatsoever and only called to place a "band-aid" over this situation when I complained to corporate. She was subtly rude and did not assist me in any way; accusing me of lying for throwing away another person's comforter WHICH COULD HAVE HAD ILLNESS OR PARASITES IN IT (WHO KNOWS IT WAS NOT MINE) because I was too physically and psychologically ill to return it! THIS SHOP STEALS FROM THE DISABLED! Stay away! I'm out $300, and I literally have nothing to show for it! They have my receipt on file yet they still ripped me off by claiming the customer's credibility was weak. (BLAMING ME FOR TAKING MY MONEY AND MY PROPERTY!) The pricing is high to begin. While I don't mind paying for service received, I had multiple dress shirts that were billed over the price list received. I had one cotton shirt that was billed at $11.36. Thick buttons and they charge double. Be aware that your bill will be larger than anticipated. Also collars have been crushed frequently. read more

Took 11 shirts to Bibbentuckers. Eight of them were "dry cleaned--at $8.61 each. They simply took it upon themselves--without bothering to mention to me---that they "dry clean" some shirts--whenever they see fit. There is an earlier, similar complaint on this site. Apparently they do this all the time. Bibbentuckers' response to the earlier complaint included the statement that all of their prices were on their website. NONSENSE! I can only assume that I was not told because I would have simply taken my shirts somewhere else. Intentional deception, pure and simple. Eight dollars and sixty one cents to launder a shirt? Pretty standard dry cleaning experience. I brought a blazer in that was delivered on time and on a decent-quality hanger (not the typical flimsy wire hanger). Best of all, no heavy dry cleaner smell! I will say that it came back feeling artificially soft, like there was too much fabric softener. Some people may not mind or even prefer this, but it feels a bit weird to me. My wedding dress was supposed to be put in the box to make it last longer. That was forgotten and I had to drive and hour back and forth to get it done correctly. When I showed up the lady who does the wedding dresses wasn't going to show up for another hour. Thank goodness someone was there that knew how to do it and it was done in 30 minutes. The events of today at Bibbentucker's in Plano. I go to pick up over $1,000 of clothes that I dropped off 3 days prior to find them lost, incomplete and full of excuses. It all starts on trip 1 when I go to pick-up my 9 items. At first, they only bring out 3 shirts and act like that is all I gave them. After a lengthy discussion they decide to go look again and tell me that the clothes will be ready the next day, even though I never got a phone call that they are behind and I am leaving in the early morning to go out of town. So, I ask for the manager except then they find my clothes (except 1 shirt) and I never see the manager. When they bring this out they are still shocked when I say that is not all of it. I then say I will go home and make sure it is not there, so I don't look like a fool later and I can grab the receipt. When I get home, I grab the receipt, look for the sure that is still there and I call Bibbentucker's telling them that I need my white button-down when I get there, so they proceed to grab someone's khaki pants and try to give them to me. When I repeat that I am here for a white button-down they go in the back for a good 10+ minutes before I ask for the manager again. When the manager comes out then so does my shirt except my shirt is still unfinished. The manager asks how I am and I tell him that I could be better. I explain to him the above story and he tells me the first guy had no idea what was going on and the white shirt is not done because there was a stain. I explain that I just bought the shirt, had warn it for only an hour and there is a 0% chance of a stain, so he changes the story to be that it was a stain or broken button. How can a brand new shirt have either? If this is truly the best in Dallas then they should not be having these issues. He then proceeds to tell me that I can either take my unfinished shirt that looks like it was just laying in the corner or wait until tomorrow. Bibbentucker's is definitely not the best drycleaner and I wonder how they ever won the awards they have, maybe the ones in Dallas are better. The moral of this story is no matter how much business you bring them they will have no respect of your time or property and they have the worst customer service. read more

I had taken a sport coat with ink stains, White cotton dress shirts and a pair of blacks to be cleaned. I showed the counterman each of the problem areas. I was concerned that the ink stains might not be cleaned and was advised it could bleach the jacket color. I told him I understood, signed a ticket acknowledging it and asked that they do their best. I asked that the dress shirts be bleached. I was traveling the next week so when I came in to pick up the clothes, I was told that they did nothing with them despite the detailed instructions left with the person at time of drop-off. I I picked up my clothes after waiting for the manager and left. I thought they were a specialty cleaner. I guess I was wrong. read more

Edit to review previously posted: Well, isn't this interesting. I came in from lunch to find an email and a phone message from Moe with Bibbentuckers. Amazingly, they found my clothes that were supposed to have been sent to Goodwill last Friday. They are shipping them back to the Plano store and going to re-clean them for pick-up on Wednesday. I'm baffled by this entire sequence of events, however grateful for Moe's effort in locating my clothes and making this right. I still encourage the company to revisit the training and accountability protocols for their stores prior to sending clothes to storage, and most certainly prior to sending them to Goodwill. I acknowledge my error in leaving my clothes there too long (forgetting about them), but still believe that as a premium priced service provider that they should have verifiable internal records of their customer notification procedures to prevent this kind of thing occurring. I don't know anyone, who if notified, would leave a bunch of expensive clothes at any cleaners. Thank you Moe for your extra effort, I appreciate it. Original Review: July 21 I went to my Plano Bibbentuckers to pick up clothes that had been dropped off a couple of weeks ago. It turns out that my wife already picked them up. However, the attendant, told me that my clothes had been there too long and that they had been sent to storage. He took my phone number said he would retrieve them and call me back. No one had called so this morning I stopped by. Spoke to the manager, she checked my account and said that she would investigate and call me back. Well she just called me and told me that my clothes were dropped of in March and had been donated. I asked her what it was and she reluctantly told me that it was 1 dress shirt and a couple of Tommy Bahama shirts. I called corporate and spoke to Moe. He told me that my clothes were dropped off in November and that they were donated - conveniently - last week. I asked what all they were and there were 12 items, most of which were Tommy Bahama shirts. That's over $1,000 worth of clothes. He also told me that they had called me multiple times and left messages that they clothes were there. I'm pretty sure that they never called or at least never left a message, because if they had, I would have gone to pick them up. I asked Moe to tell me when the called, which he said was multiple times and that it was their policy to call multiple times. He could not or would not tell me. Here is my point. If they called once and I missed it, that is understandable. But multiple calls. The never happened - I don't care what Bibbentuckers policy is. The team responsible did not do it or I would have gotten the message. Bibbentuckers is a premium provider of their service and charges premium prices, which I have been happy to pay for 16 years. No more. Their service does not match expectations and the simple fact that they gave away my clothes without so much as making contact with me is not okay. What is the lifetime value of a customer? Well, I'm pretty sure that Bibbentuckers won't go out of business because of my account, but I'll never use them again read more

I received wonderful service at the Plano location! I called ahead of time to be sure that I would be able to get my husbands dress shoes back before he needed them and they told me the turn around was usually a little longer than I needed, but wanted to work around my schedule. They promised they would have them done at a certain time and they delivered on the promise. Not only was it great customer service, my husbands shoes were like new! I usually take our clothes to a cleaners closer to our house, but with Bibbentuckers free pick up and delivery, I'm going to give them a try next time. New to Plano and needed to have some dress shirts laundered and found Bibbentuckers via Yelp and read some reviews. I'm from NY where there are dry cleaners found almost as often as a pizza shop or Chinese restaurant. I've used a dry cleaners in NY that only charged $1.50 per laundered shirt and was surprised that when arriving at Bibbentuckers they hand you a badly xeroxed price sheet that shows $2.99 plus tax per laundered shirt. The attendant didn't see too knowledgable and could care less about his job. I could have walked away but I did have a bunch of shirts to clean so I dropped them off to see if the price was worth it. I dropped off 8 dress shirts and picked them up a few days later. I now realize why they charge so much. You pay for the branding of Bibbentuckers. Usually for 8 shirts a cleaners may divide them into 2 jobs (4shirts each) but they divided it into 4 hangers of 2 shirts each. So that meant 4 Bibbentuckers branded plastic bags, each one having a receipt attached with a Bibbentuckers branded sticker, and every shirt has a Bibbentuckers branded/printed collar stay cardboard insert. I would have given Bibbentuckers 1 star but that would be harsh because I bet there are people in Plano with money that want or like these "luxury" extras. I just want my clothes to come out clean, no stains, and all buttons intact. I'm going to try another local dry cleaner instead just solely based on price and then compare the quality of work versus price. read more

I took my daughter brand new drill team uniform to this place to get cleaned after a football game. The items where dropped off the day after the game and picked up a few days later. Upon picking up the items I inspected each piece because if they are ruined we are expected to replace the pieces. When dropped off they where instructed to hand wash all of the items and no heat was to be placed any where near the items as it would ruin them. When inspecting the items I noticed that not only where the sequins on the top ruined but the skirt had some missing on it. I requested to speak with the manager (at the time the manager was Janahy). She came out and could not careless that they ruined the uniform. I told her that nothing was supposed to even touch the sequins to which her reply was that they "threw it in the washing machine with tide and cold water." But you could tell that the costume was near heat and not taken care of properly. I told them that I was not paying for this and that they where in the wrong for ruining the costume. She replied with "well you signed the waiver so its not our fault." I did not sign a waiver at all as I was not the one doing the drop off my mother was and she refused to sign the waiver as well as they acted as if they had no idea what they where doing when she dropped things off. After leaving with my uniforms I decided to call up to the facility and get the corporate office number to discuss things with them. The guy who gave me their number proceeded to also inform me that this is not the first time she has ruined things at their location and didn't care. I reached out to corporate and they where closed at the time that I called. So I called again today and spoke with Mo who was unbelievably rude and stated "that the ruined items where my fault and all they did was steam the items after they where washed" after being told not to place any heat to the items at all. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible customer service and will ruin anything you take to them and blame it on you. I work in healthcare and I have never been treated with such disrespect and dismissive behavior from anyone ever and that is saying A LOT about them and their company. read more

Horrible customer service from Juan the manager! I told him his cleaners had closed early on the day that I needed to drop off an item. I explained that the store clock is set early, and he could have cared less. I drove from Carrollton. I will never use these cleaners again. When I picked up my skirt, they had ruined it by the way they pressed the pleats. This location used to be good, many years ago. but workers have changed and so has the Manager.
