Horrible customer service from Juan the manager! I told him his cleaners had closed early on the day that I needed to drop off an item. I explained that the store clock is set early, and he could have cared less. I drove from Carrollton. I will never use these cleaners again. When I picked up my skirt, they had ruined it by the way they pressed the pleats. This location used to be good, many years ago. but workers have changed and so has the Manager. I wish I could give it ZERO stars!! 5/18/2018: I did receive a call from Mike today, saying he was sorry for the poor service I received and asked me to drop my skirt off so he could evaluate the condition. I've been using Bibbentuckers for 17 years and have always received quality service. The few times there has been an issue, it is always quickly resolved. What I love most about this location is the friendly staff. I wish I new all their names, but Rosa is over the top polite and hard working. My dog Lucy especially loves her trips to Bibbentuckers because they take care of her too with "lots" of dog biscuits. I wouldn't go anyplace else. read more

This is my first time using Bibbentuckers to clean my huge rug. They did a wonderful job. It was sent off for 3 weeks and when it came back and inspected it they called me to let me know that there was still a stain and they would send it back to their rug specialist to give it another go. I give it 5 stars because all tbe staff were upbeat and helpfull. read more

The drive through is very convenient, someone is usually outside before I come to a complete stop. I dropped off my leather handbag for cleaning. I was given a timeline and general idea of the process. I came back several days after my handbag was due back to find they didn't have it ready yet. The supervisor pulled the paperwork and called the facility it was being cleaned in to double check, then came out and explained an error with dates and promised it back on a specific date. I came back for the second deadline given, it was done and looked wonderful. Very affordable pricing, friendly service, and we had a problem but they communicated well and took care of the problem. I have been using this location for more than 15 years for my dry cleaning and never had issue with them till recently. I dropped off my sequins top for dry cleaning. when I picket it up it was missing sequins in patches. when I told the manager he told me that they had called me and insisted that i gave them consent. when he found out that they had a wrong number, instead of appologizing, he was extremely rude to me. I left Mohammad several messages but didn't get any calls back. Mistakes happen in every business, how you handle it makes you different from others. it' s a shame how you guys handle something so simple. All I asked for was to put the sequins back on. read more

The drive through is fast and the turnaround time is quick but not at the expense of ruining your clothes. The past few times of having my shirts dry cleaned my collars have been ruined. We took back 9 shirts as examples showing the collars rolled over, some melted, others with buttons demolished and we were offered a $20 in house credit. A $1,000 in dress shirts ruined and a $20 compensation in return is ridiculous! We will never be back and I will make sure everyone is aware of this treatment. Do yourself a favor and use a different dry cleaners. read more

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. These guys are either liars or they don't have their stuff together. I dropped off a rug to get it cleaned up. I was told it was going to be roughly $45 and was told it could be picked up on the 29th. I said okay no problem. I never got a call and I finally called today and they tell me it's ready. They guy apologized for not calling. Okay. Not that big of a deal. When I go to pick it up today a lady steps out and tells me the total is $140.73. Wait wait what???? That's what I paid for the dang rug! What makes you think I will pay that much to get it cleaned up when I can just buy a new one??? Horrible place. I have couple of items, and i was looking for a dry cleaner, which specializes in working with specialty items. on top of having several designer pieces made of silk and fine fabric, i have a white leather dress, which needed extra treatment. the girl at the front went above and beyond to help. she was professional and very accommodating. amazing customer service. items look great. no complains here. read more

I went there today as a first time customer because I knew they were the best dry cleaners around. I got blood on a very expensive ivory gown that I needed to wear in a week. They not only got it out, but they got it out on the spot and they didn't charge me for it!!!! I cannot tell you how nervous I was about it considering the dress was altered, but the dress looks brand new. Needless to say, there's no question who to go to for your dry cleaning needs! Absolutely terrible customer service. Took my wife's wedding dress in to be cleaned and told them that we had seen a few bugs on the dress so we wanted it cleaned just to be safe. I gave them my information and they said they would call me when it was ready. A week later, I called to get a status update and they searched the system but couldn't find me. Turns out they had entered ALL my information in wrong. They messed up my phone number, put my name as Sach (instead of the correct, more commonly used, name of Zach) and even messed up my last name. Finally, after figuring out my order, they told me they couldn't clean the dress because there were "bugs" on it. I went back in and they said they never even looked at the dress based on what I told them. So it had been sitting in a bag for a week with nobody making any real effort to contact me. I would think that an expensive place like this would value customer service but you would probably be better off going to an every-day cleaner. read more

I have used them weekly for several years without a problem but when they burnt the collar on two shirts in one order I suspected they had some new employee doing the job incorrectly. I have worn those shirts infrequently compared to others they have cleaned without issues but the store manager said the shirts were just too old and not their fault. I will continue to use them for only my basic clothing and go elsewhere to clean my designer clothes. read more

I took a $500 Burberry jacket to get cleaned. I traveled with the jacket to New York City, and it got filthy. In addition, on the way back in my luggage, my deodorant literally leaked a huge stain on the front of the coat. I was sure it wouldn't come out. I took it to them, and for $11.00 everything was clean. I had grease/oil that was collected around the neck of the collar after a lot of use, and it was perfectly clean. When I went to pick it up the first time, I noticed a few little dirt stains that weren't cleaned. I mentioned it to them before I left, and the clerk immediately told me that they would re-do it free of charge. He let me inspect it further, and I picked out a few more small dirt spots, and I picked it up the next day. Perfect. I was pleased with my experience. It was decent customer service, and priced competitively. However, I only gave them three stars because I would have rather of them cleaned it perfectly the first time instead of me having to return. read more

Had a terrible experience at Bibbentuckers in Plano. Some background.. used to live in Uptown and LOVED the Bibbentuckers in Uptown. I moved some time ago and have not been happy with the quality of my local dry-cleaners so decided to find the closest Bibbentuckers to where I live and found Plano. I was excited to go back and get the type of treatment I used to get in Uptown...great service, great dry-cleaning, offer for a drink, offer to clean my windows, etc.. (might be silly, but I liked all of it). Plano was a nothing like Uptown and a HUGE disappointment. First I got NONE of the above 'offers' but didn't think much of it at the time. At drop-off, I told the person that helped me about a specific turquoise blue silk blouse from Tommy Bahama that suddenly had 'new' stains after I got it back from my previous cleaners and I asked that they pay special attention to it. From past experience, I was excited to see what Bibbentuckers could do with my blouse. I went back today to pick up my clothes and no bueno. First, the woman who got my name went to fetch my clothes, charges me, and comes out with a paper bag of clothes that were not mine. I'm like - 'uh, no - those are not mine'. She said those clothes were the only ones with my last name and she looked confused. And I say.. 'no - it's not'... and I handed her my receipt. Thank goodness I had my receipt - I tend to be very trusting and typically don't bother. Anyways, she goes back inside and I wait for another 15 minutes. She finally comes out with MY clothes.. she apologizes and I leave. I get home excited to see the turquoise silk blouse I mentioned, and to my surprise it is NOT in any of the dry-cleaning bags. Yeah! - so now I get to go back and hope they find it. The Plano Bibbentuckers was such a disappointment in so many ways and I will not go back. It is not the Bibbentuckers that I was used to in Uptown. :-( read more
