This will be my new dry cleaners. I don't mind traveling an hour. Clothes come out great and customer service is excellent. They even call to verify certain fabrics. read more

Fast turnaround and everything came back great. 4 pieces (pants, two shirts, 1 vest) was about $32 so not terrible. They send out coupons often so you can partake in that too with their email list. read more

I moved here a year ago and started dropping off my clothes at this Tide location. Nothing but the best!!! And Santi's professionalism and smile always brighten my day! She's why I come to this location! read more

Horrible service Rude people and rude to their own employees. Horrible management. And the pressing of the clothes are horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND They need help. read more

I have so much on my mind and cannot remember the young lady's , who helped me, name. It is frustrating because she remembered me/my name when I called to check on my order dropped off the evening before. I was having someone else pick it up. I was called to see if they needed anything to do that. I previously used this location (which they provided great & consistent service then) when I was living in the area but there isn't one near me now, so I came back this location. I wasn't in the system and she got me set right back up. They did a wonderful job on my dry cleaning as well as provided amazing customer service. She was very sweet and very helpful. I will definitely continue to use this location no matter the distance read more

They ruined my Louis Vuitton Bandeau. I'd taken it to other cleaners for dry clean many times with never any issues. When I went to pick my bandeau up it looked as tho there was a brown substance or burns all over it. I told them it did not look like that when I brought it to them. One employee suggested it was from my hair. I told her "wrong", I'd never worn it on my head and that it's only used for handbag decor. They had me leave it so they could work on it. When I went to pick my Bandeau up the following week the brown substance was gone however the bandeau looked extremely worn as if whatever they did to get the substance off just took a toll on the silk material. It 1000% doesn't look the same. Had I'd never taken it to other cleaners in the past I probably wouldn't know any better, but since I have, I know there is no reason my LV bandeau should look like that. So yea, I will never go back and I suggest no one reading this review does either unless it's cheap items you won't loose any sleep over being ruined. Also, the employees aren't very welcoming either. I'm damn near uncomfortable to even drop my cloths off, they're so uninviting. read more

Thought that $3 for laundered shirts and $6 for dry cleaned shirts was high, but when I saw the quality of their work it was worth it. When some of your shirts are very expensive it's worth it to pay more to know they will be handled right. In fact, I left the last cleaner because they ruined a $158 shirt after the first time I wore it. So we'll happily pay a premium for an exceptional job, good service and peace of mind. read more

Tide Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

Great service. Staff is friendly and respectful. Dry Cleaning is done within days. They include coupons for future cleanings.

I took a 400 dollar DRY CLEAN ONLY COMFORTER to this location. Mayra had an absolute stuck up her rear from the second we arrived. I asked about their phone number not functioning and she barked back "ITS BROKEN!" I then showed her the 25% off I was emailed with no exclusions and she's immediately raised her voice and said "NO!" She grabbed our items and with attitude said "Anything else???" I parked and walked inside myself because of how she was acting and had already taken my items without allowing me to finish speaking. I knew she would find a way to retaliate even more so I rushed in to tell her manager and make sure the comforter was listed as DRY CLEAN ONLY. cut to yesterday when I picked it up and what do you know, she washed it and RUINED IT!!!!!!!! It's lumpy and no longer soft and still has a stain!!!!!! I am livid!!!! read more

***Update at the bottom*** Let me start by saying I don't ever write reviews. However, I wanted to put this out there. Hopefully, the owners will see this and understand where I'm coming from. I've been using this Tide cleaners since the first week that they opened, when the owners were there full-time. Everybody has always been very kind accommodating and polite. The service has always been very good and timely monthly I typically spend $500 plus and have for the past several years this morning when I went to go drop off my dry cleaning, I was informed that I must have a credit card on file or pre-pay, those were my only two options. When I asked why the change in policy, they told me it was just the new policy. I asked when did this new policy start and I was told two days ago which would've been memorial day. I politely informed the lady that I was not comfortable leaving my credit card on file as I had had fraudulent charges at a separate establishment, while my card was on file. Then at her suggestion of prepayment I told her I wasn't very inclined to submit payment for services not yet rendered. Keep in mind, I have always paid in full for all of my services. I've never disputed any issues or had any problems so this felt like it kind of came out of the blue. Told them I would not be dropping off my laundry that day and left. I spoke to three of my friends that also take their dry cleaning there, and asked if they knew about this new policy. To which they all told me they had not heard that before, and we're not inclined to continue taking their dry cleaning there and would likewise be finding a new place. While I understand, there are events and situations that cause owners and managers to make a decision to try to mitigate any issues, I fear this might actually have the opposite effect on them. I honestly hope this doesn't affect their business, but I'm relatively certain there's more people who feel the same way the four of us do. It's a business that they own, so they are free to make any policies and decisions they feel are the correct course of action. However, I feel this is a terrible business decision and see a big potential for losing quite a few loyal customers. There are at least three or four other establishments within a five minute radius that we could also patronize, so it's not like they are really, forcing anybody's hand. The other part is, any other dry cleaners that have had the mandatory pre-pay has not been the most reputable cleaners I have found. **Update** I spoke with Patrick, who is working with ownership on improving the business and customer experience. Patrick was a super nice guy, and I am very impressed that he took the time to respond to my review. he was very concerned and really took to heart my review and my concerns with the issue stated. I guess there was a messaging mixup in messaging and not a full understanding of what they were trying to convey with their new policy. it was supposed to be more of an ask rather than a demand. I absolutely understand miscommunications happen. We're all only human and at this point I feel like my only issue with the entire situation has in fact been resolved as he had let me know the steps he was taking to ensure the message would be correctly conveyed to his customer base.Once again, I very much appreciate, attention to this matter and it has won my business back. I will always work with small businesses, as I believe they are the true backbone of our country. Thanks again, Patrick! read more

Summary: Beyond tickled I found this place. Exceptional service, quality, & highly competitive pricing. Absolute first class operation................ Obviously Tide has opted to get into the franchise game and like everything else they do it has been done to perfection. If on the hunt or not completely happy with your current service or tired of getting nailed on price without requisite expectation; at bare minimum bring several items for test and see for yourself. As of this writing shirts starched (properly mind you) $2.10, dry clean neighborhood of $5.00... inflation coming but competitive they shall remain. Of import to me is the care and concern in which the franchisee has put into her endeavor and the quality of equipment and cleaning agents they use. On an equal note special shout out to Candice; quickly displayed an advanced acumen of fabric and treats your clothes & requests like their hers. read more

I can't tell you how impressed I have been with Tide Cleaners and in particular this location in Carrollton. We work with Kandice often and she and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. They are all incredibly nice and offer great customer service. Tide Cleaners will be my new go to place for dry cleaning. I never would have heard of them if it wasn't for the healthcare promo where they offered healthcare workers their services. That alone should tell you a lot about this company and how much they care about the community. All of my items always come back great, smelling nicely, stains gone, and pressed to perfection. I like that they utilize technology in notifying you about the status of your dry cleaning order. They are unique in their drive thru service where you can stay in your car and they'll load/unload your clothes for you. My honest opinion is that this is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. Thank you Kandice and the whole Tide family for everything you have done for the community! read more

My husband and I have been coming here for a couple of years. The staff is always super friendly, and we love the convenient drive-thru service. Last week I was greeted by Santi, who was so personable and provided excellent customer service. In addition to the service, the quality of cleanliness is top-notch. read more

Every time I come, Santi greets me with a smile and is always so nice! My garments are always clean and available so quickly. Always will come back! read more

Im going to be straight up honest- I've stayed away from this cleaner company as a whole because I like supporting smaller - but I recently moved and the ratings of other places were not that great. I took my coat in and had missed the window to get it back same day - which was ok, but now I know and I'm sharing here, if you bring it before 9a you get it back same day on most garments/items. Either way, I got my coat back next day by 5p and it was wonderful! Everyone there was so nice and helpful, and I will 100% be returning to use them again. PS they do have a drive thru. read more

I went here for the first time several weeks ago. The service is great and the location is convenient. They did a nice job on my clothes.

Love the customer service here! Went to several dry cleaners and love the fact that they have lockers and I can pick up my clothes at anytime of the day. Their hours are great and they offer a pick up and deliver service. They will fix issue as they arise and they can make all the notes on your account to ensure your dry cleaning is done to your liking. The place is clean and most importantly the people are friendly! read more

They were very personable. Service was quick and easy. I appreciated that they were very Helpful. My clothes look great

I just recently picked up my dry cleaning and without telling me they doubled their prices! When I expressed my frustration the response was basically too bad I need to make money. DO NOT go here! To dry clean address is $14! And we're talking a cotton dress! read more

When this cleaners first opened it was great with coupons for reasonable prices and good service. It has really changed. You can not longer go into the lobby because it is full of bins of laundry. You must wait in their drive through for long periods of time. Yesterday over 20 minutes! When it is finally my turn at the window, 3 employees were standing at the counter talking. There were more cars behind me. When I finally got my cleaning I was charged $21.95 for my husband's suit jacket! Really? It really wasn't very dirty just needed pressing. My mother was with me and she could not believe how long we had to wait then she sat as we watched employees conversing at the register. They never take their own coupons and they don't answer their phone. Tried to call but only get the answering machine. Finally I left a message. What happened to the owners that were always on site? Extremely poor service, rude and too $$$$ I will not be back. My time is valuable, too. Employees need over sight. read more

This is a brand new dry cleaner! I moved about a year ago and was looking for a good dry cleaner. I tried a few places in the area, but since this recently opened, I thought I would give it a shot. This dry cleaner will become my permanent place! It is wonderful!! They are open on Sundays which is awesome! People are nice and friendly. And the best part is that it is quite reasonable. They also give great discounts!! It is quick and easy service done by professionals!! read more

As a first time customer with a cleaning service miscommunication, the entire team and ownership took my issue as a priority and rectified the situation. The professionalism and response time was amazing. read more

I decided to try this place as my dry cleaners and they did fantastic. I also brought them a new suit to tailor for an event and they did a great job. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This is a bait and switch cleaners. Dropped my dry cleaning off two weeks ago, same prices I have been paying for the last few months. Pick up my dry cleaning today and it's more than doubled! A dress is 14 dollars! I tracked down the owner Lyle Lundy enquiring how you can raise prices that much and not notify your customers and his response was...." hey we are losing money; we have to make money somehow" Really! Then he replied with "if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else" Which he left on a voicemail! No remorse, no empathy, pompous and self-righteous. As a business owner myself, this is what we call "bottom feeders" in the business world......You've been warned! read more

My most recent visit was quite surprising! I found that their prices were much higher than they were previously. I know businesses are hurting but so are customers. You keep this up, you'll find most customers will not return to you after the pandemic!! read more

Nice staff and they do a great job. Also free tide pods! The managers are always willing to say hi and they are pretty reasonable for the quality you get. A lot of dry cleaners ship the clothes off to a processing facility but they do everything in house so no fear of losing your stuff. I drive by on my way to work and it's always fast even during heavy traffic times! read more

Great customer service and competitive prices. Will definitely be using them in the future.

First time ever using this cleaner. The staff and Lyle (owner/operator) where amazing and so welcoming. I felt more it being a concierge service then your typical dry cleaners. 24/7 Drop off and pickup (pickup is utilized through a locker system). Valet service is optional too. They even provide delivery and pick up services also which you cant beat. Prices are acceptable especially with discount they give you. This is my official go to place to dry clean and best thing yet is they have in-house alteration! read more

Awsome service, love them. They send email to keep you posted when your items are ready, and they send coupon every week too.

It has been a long time since I've encountered such good customer service, and I work in the industry!
