This place has everything you need for laundry and I came here when my washer/dryer were out of commission temporarily. Only downside is that I needed a bigger washer and It was 9.45$ to use it which to me was a lot.... The dryers are 0.50 cents for 10 mins for the big dryer. I just got sticker shock because I did a few loads of clothes + bedding and it cost me almost $25. This place is close and convenient but def on the pricier side. read more

The WaveMAX Laundry on Trinity Mills Rd. is the cleanest laundromat I have ever used. They have plenty of machines, including different sizes of washers. I used one of the largest washers to clean my large washable rug. There is always a staff person on-site to answer any questions. Shontelle has a positive attitude and was very helpful when I had questions about washing my large rug for the first time. I highly recommend this laundromat! read more

We've been here three times so far and have had a good experience each time. Machines are always readily available. Lots of different sized machines to choose from. People that work here are generally very friendly and place is clean. They have several detergents and dryer sheets available for purchase but bring your own if you can they are wicked expensive. read more

10000/10 definitely recommend!! The big load machines have a capacity of 5 loads, and so much fits in there! But the real star of the show was the sweet soul Liz who explained exactly how the machines worked, gave a very in dept tutorial and just brightened up the place. I went to WaveMax because of their Yelp reviews. I am so glad I did. It's been years since I was in a laundromat and boy have things changed. I'm sure Shantial saw the fear in my eyes when I entered and immediately came over to help. She showed me how everything worked and even suggested which machines to use. I had an oversized item. Had to do laundry while waiting for delivery of a new washer, and WaveMax is right in the same neighborhood as our home. Was incredibly surprised at how clean it was, and that every washer and dryer were actually working. The lady working there was incredibly nice and helpful, and made sure to show me all the different washing machine options and how each one worked. Prices are comparable to other laundromats, most of which aren't nearly as clean and nice. Definitely would recommend. read more

I added credit on their card, selected the right size washer (3 load vs 2 load washer) , and put the clothes into the washer. Our dryer died, so I had to use the laundromat while waiting for a new one to get delivered. This place was so nice! It was large, very clean, and had a wide variety of machines in all sizes. The machines are so fast! The laundry attendant was incredibly friendly and helpful. She showed me around and walked me through how to do everything. She was constantly on the move either cleaning or checking in with everyone. read more

I went today for the soft opening and it was a great experience. The staff was kind and very helpful, the location was easy to find, it was very clean and quick. I was able to wash and dry all of our bedding in less than an hour. I love the WaveMax card that allows us to refill it and not have to use coins or cash. The prices are all very clear prior to using any machines. They also have an option to drop your laundry and have them do it for you. It was easy and very cost effective. We look forward to doing many more loads in the near future! read more

Just completed a kitchen remodel which bled into our laundry room. So, I was WAY behind on laundry. I brought my laundry here to try to catch up. I did my bedding, towels, etc myself and used their wash and fold service for the rest. It was AMAZING. I typically do my laundry at home and don't have tons experience with laundry mats. However, this was by far the cleanest laundry mat I have ever experienced. Not to mention, they had the latest technology, Apple Pay, WiFi and you even receive a text when when your washing machine/dryer is finished. The gal (I really wish I had gotten her name) that did our wash/fold service was so sweet, helpful and did a great job. Truthfully, even though I have my own washer/dryer at home, I will probably find myself as a regular here. Keeping up with laundry for a family of five is tough and I was able to knock it out so much faster that I could with my one washer/dryer at home. Goodness it feels good to be completely caught up with laundry for at least a brief, shining moment! That never happens in my world!! read more

Poor customer service. I was double charged and ended up getting charged for $70 instead of $35. Attendant had no way of issuing a refund and even repeatedly tried to have me "prove" to myself by showing her what she already saw multiple times with both of our eyes as well as in their own system. Owner does not train employees to fully operate and function without him, and refuses to come in to do it himself. If you can't have someone you trust so that your business can fully function during business hours, then you need to make yourself available and stop putting your employees on the front line to deal with your system issues because apparently it's not the first time this has happened and you still have no protocol for your employees. There are people out here that are way more "irate" than I was and that's not fair to her for you to essentially say oh well and deal with it I'll be in Monday. I hope she finds better employment that actually cares about her. read more
