It strikes me as odd that a person could have 78 friends on Yelp on the basis of only the single (scathing) review she has ever posted, only 13 hours ago. I can't speak of the alleged incident on Saturday evening, but the review makes me suspicious of the motive behind the post. My visit here on Saturday afternoon was as pleasant as doing laundry in a laundromat can be. I am told The Laundry Room is inside a former Burger King, and you can see the old drive-thru window around the back side. They use a reloadable card system with machines that accept both cash and debit card. Turn around, and the attendant can give you a receipt if you requested one. When you spend so much money there, you'll receive a credit onto your card. They have several sizes of washers, from two-loaders to six-loaders. But, they are all the more economical front-loaders; there are no top-loaders. There are vending machines in a nook behind the restrooms for snacks and laundry supplies. The restrooms (the men's room anyway) are a bit dark, but are stocked, if only as clean as the last customer to use it left it (for a men's room anyway). My quibble here is that the hand dryer doesn't work very well. There are two sizes of dryers, though in my opinion, no laundromat anywhere on Earth has enough dryers. It's true that this location has a problem with flashing lights, so if you are epileptic you may need to beware, or avoid the front of the store where the ceilings are much higher. Ordinary ladders can't reach the fixtures, so it is probably more economical to wait until several lights are flashing, then rent a scissorlift to replace them all at once. I've been coming here for at least two years now. It is the best laundromat I found in the area since coming to Texas. read more

I used to love this place and would plan to bring big loads to do during my travels but tonight is the final straw. I'm over an hour and a half into waiting for a normal load to dry- two pairs of jeans in it tops- just tshirts and socks and things otherwise. No reason why it should take this long. I moved it to another machine and it's still having to go longer. Clearly there's a maintenance issue. On top of that now that I e been here longer than necessary, I'm hauling what I have gotten dry and folded and they're already CLOSING AND LOCKING DOORS. My hands are full my car is parked by the door because I have mobility issues as it is. And I get all the way to the door to discover it's inconveniently locked. Now I have to haul everything further for whatever reason. They don't close for another hour. This used to be a pleasant reliable place to go but definitely not now. read more

Hi everyone normally I don't leave reviews but I feel like the owner needs to know this last Sunday the 12th I was at their facility around 3 o'clock and it was busy true but I could not get over how dirty the place felt and looked. It has never felt like this since I've been going up there There was trash along the walls. The trash cans were almost over running and they had a leak on the washer and dryer. I want the washers by the front door and the attendant there that day he just threw down about three towels over the spill and didn't even bother to clean it up right then he went back to what he was doing to me. You need to take care of something like that cause someone could slip and fall well today Friday on Good Friday I went back up there and there was a woman working and it felt so clean in there. She had all the baskets in order they were in their place. The floor was swept up. It just felt like it did when it first opened up, and I thanked her so much for her hard work and told her how much I appreciate her keeping the place so clean. read more

Front desk was super rude and unwilling to help. She claims I came in after last call (9:15), yet she wasn't at the front desk when I came in. I got there right before 9:15 after my apt laundry room flooded, loaded my clothes and already poured my detergent. I was struggling paying on the machine when she finally came out and claims she wasn't in the bathroom the whole time. I'm not sure where she was but she certainly wasn't visible to Customers. Also, the front door that she says was locked was wide open when I walked in and when she told me to leave. She didn't lock and actually close the door until after she told me to "have a good night". I wasn't the only customer who walked in during that time either. She said they'll be open at 7am, but I won't be back. read more

This place is AWESOME!!!!! It makes me want to never do laundry at my house again!! Washing machine is $2.50 and you can fit about 2 loads in there. $.25 for 10 min of drying (it took me about $.75). The lady who works here by herself was so nice! I spilled water in my laundry basket and she offered me a towel to dry it. Also- she keeps it so clean. I was here for about an hour and I saw her sweep 4x. Counters, washers, and dryers are constantly being wiped off. And they were playing ESPN on the tv so I was entertained the whole time. 10/10 experience, will be returning! read more

I travel all over the country building construction projects. I always find a good laundromat that provides wash and fold service. I have good luck almost everywhere. In the last 9 months I have used laundry services in Orlando, Denver, Dallas, Kansas City and Pittsburg. This place is the absolute worst. Left 3 instructions: 1. Dry on low heat 2. Hang up collared shirts 3. Fold EVERYTHING ELSE 1.They dried my clothes on high. I know this because my shirts were shrunk and the clothes were completed too quickly. 2. The shirts were thrown onto the hangers. Collars not folded correctly, nothing buttoned. One sleeve turned inside out. 3. Pants hung on hangers. Employee asked if I had some kind of problem? It's not her job to button shirts. And she doesn't get paid to button shirts. Gave me the number of someone I could call if I didn't like it. When I called and they figured out it was me calling they hung up on me. I see why they don't take credit cards now. If I had used my card on this transaction, I would be canceling it. I'm 8 months pregnant and while I was taking my clothes out of the dryer, this African American lady that works there started yelling at me to hurry up cause they were closing. It was 9:30pm and they close at 11 on a Saturday. She started kicking everyone out at 9:30 pm even though the last load was at 10 pm. I left with my clothes still wet and went straight to the ER because I was having cramps after the stress and trauma she put me through. I had a very upsetting experience today. The washers/dryers were fine. My third time going here. But today, the Indian guy who said he was the manager, name begins with "M", was rude to me and 2 other African American women. He actually called the police on a woman who was there with her children, who looked about 10 and 11 years old. The kids were well behaved. They were loading up the car to leave and the little girl had to go back in to use the Restroom. He starts yelling at her and the mother runs in to protect her daughter from him. I had seen that little girl the whole time I was there and she was not loud or ill behaved. He actually called the police on the Mom because she came to her daughter's defense. He reported a domestic disturbance. As they were leaving, I'm watching him and hearing him report her car information to the police. So I waited for the police to come. I intercepted and told them the truth before he had an opportunity to create an even more dangerous scenario. I begged them not to pull that woman over and traumatize her children over a complete and utter lie. People are actually dying over these kinds of lies. I WILL NOT BE BACK! And they probably don't care but I don't either. The possibility of having a careless adult making false reports to the police, is NOT worth it! read more

Only issue I have is that I have noticed that there have been times I come in and notice other customer's clothing in the machines and the handles on the washing machines are sticky. I rarely write reviews (negative, or positive) But this place deserves a whole book written about them, in my opinion. I've only been in one "Dry Cleaning & Laundry"before and the only reason for a visit was to wash my ginormous blanket and pillows(hated the whole experience to the point where I just had to throw all those items) Told myself I will never visit a Dry Cleaner ever again. I found this laundry mat on yelp because I had to wash my king size comforter. I was so glad found it my washer at home doesn't fit my comforter. It was so clean and I wasn't worried about anyone messing with my stuff. They don't have the traditional coin washing machine. They have this system where you put your money in this thing and it gives you a card and your money is in that card. I was so confused about how it worked but the lady there was so nice and helpful that she showed me how to use it. I highly recommend this location to was your clothes or anything big you have to wash that doesn't fit in your laundry room. They have a snack machine there and the prices are reasonable not over priced like some places. I will say the price to wash big loads are a bit higher then iv Seen in other places but not so high ether. I will be going there to wash my comforter all the time. read more

There were fluorescent lights flashing like some ghetto rave that had no music and a bunch of annoying mosquitos flying around sucking you dry of your blood. Issa laundry mat, lol. Great place, clean, super sweet & helpful staff. My hubby & I literally brought all the clothing in our home here & we were washed, dried and ready to go in 1 1/2 movies (Bright & something Jackie Chan). The size options on the washers really help you kill huge loads or big items like comforters and coats. The dryers are no joke either, they get you right in less than 20 mins and a 10 min cycle is $0.24 which is great because for a 4 load washer its $3 (& change). You really save a lot of time & money on this dryers. They also have the option to drop off, its full service and you pay per pound which is crazy cheap at less than $2 for 12lbs!!!! I do plan on having a working washer in 2018 but I'll still come here to wash my bedding & such. Not one single complaint. read more

The location is convenient for me and the facility is always clean. The only issue is the late openings on the weekends. I try to be there on most Saturdays and several times the facility opens later than the 7am opening time. Today it's 7:20 am and no one is here to open up. I have FINALLY FOUND MY laundromat! This place is clean, the attendants are helpful. Signage is clear and concise. This experience has been the easiest I've had at a laundromat in years. I would recommend it to anyone who within the area because all machines are reasonably priced (warm wash with extra wash time...total 29 minutes...$2.33!!!) I travel for work months at a time. Found this place for wash and fold as I use wash and fold places all the time. Took my clothes in and paid in full and got a claim ticket. Came back 24 hours later to pick it up. I noticed everything was extremely wrinkled...not a big deal...I iron anyway. The next morning I go to iron a shirt for work and noticed it had NOT been washed? I went through all the shirts hanging and not one had been washed! They were just hung up from the bag I brought them in which explains why they were so wrinkled. They only washed the socks and underwear! They totally took the money and didn't even wash. UPDATE: Owner has contacted me and has been amazing and very sweet to us...she was very apologetic and offered to do my clothes next time I am in town and give me a refund on the clothes they didn't do. I was greeted at the door by a friendly person who "trains" you using the modern machines. She was right there when my clothes were ready for the dryers. Speaking of the machines....you choose how much laundry for what washer!! Actually have 4 choices from one load to 6. Amazing! Extremely clean throughout the business, chairs, tables, benches & outside seating. The folding tables are deluxe. 3 big screen TV's. This is not a "coin laundry", purchasing a card with a dollar amount used for washers & dryers, no worries, the assistant will guide you through that process too.
