Well, they got new washers and remodeled the place so that's good. However, now they want you to get and maintain a card from them to load money on in order to use the machines. No thanks, I just want to throw on some coins. Not sure what they were thinking with this, but I'm not doing it. I only occasionally need a laundry facility and do not wish to maintain a card to use this service. What a shame. read more

Went later in the evening and the location is very well lit in spite of all the Main Street businesses being closed for the evening. Updated machines, $$ changers and access to mobile app for payment. Very clean and patrons all seemed satisfied with services provided. Prices were reasonable for quick efficient loads and time spent to complete. Definitely would return! read more

I love this little laundromat! It was clean and the woman working here late was sooo sweet. She was working so hard keeping the place sparkling. These machines got our laundry SO clean. I realize that's the point of washing machines (of course) but these worked some serious magic. This laundromat has great hours too. We always have to do our laundry late. It's perfect for that. Overall, this cute little place is clean and efficient. A great place to do laundry. They have folding tables and baskets, too. read more

Clean and well maintained. Ample number of machines both top loading and larger front loading. Coin operated but has a change vending machine on the premises. Has a soda machine as well as a snack vending machine. Several chairs and benches around. Location feels safe since it is just behind the City Hall. Good amount of free parking. read more

a one star isn't even enough to discribe how bad this place is, there's only 3!!! working washing machines out of 3, most of the machines have been out of order for months even years. Oct 2023 This place does not maintain its machines. There were several top load machines that were full of dirty, stagnant water. It seemed that only one top loader actually worked. I think they do that so they can get more money for the big machines. That sucks when you have a small load of kitchen towels and the smaller washers are out of order. More than half of the side load washers (commercial washers) did not work. The compartments for the detergents were filthy. These washers are 2.50 per load. The working commercial dryers are decent at least. They are a quarter for each 10 minutes. This place is also cash (quarters) only. They do have change machines that take up to $20 bills. But who wants $20 in quarters?? Get more up to date owners! Lastly, there are no outlets to charge phones while you wait, better come with a full battery unless you want to leave your laundry unattended while you sit in your vehicle! read more

Let me preface this review by saying that I'm not a fan of laundromats. Generally things don't work, prices are overly high, and the hassle is immense. This place is different. The facility is clean and the employees are friendly. They've even got a dog named churro running around, which made the wait much less painful. Prices are cheap... Just $1.25 for a wash cycle and $.25 for 10 minutes of dryer time (the dryers had my clothes fully set within twenty minutes. Additionally, the location is great if you want to grab a bite to eat or walk through historic Grapevine. While I much prefer doing laundry in the comfort of my home, CW is a pleasant break from what I normally associate with the laundromat norm. read more

This is your typical laundry mat facility. About 22 Speed Queen commercial washers (2 out of order at this time) & 8 regular washers (3 out of order at this time). With an immediate warning sign of "WARNING use washers and dryers at your own risk" is scary but meh. You have 26 regular dryers, be aware that there may be gum in some and 2 x-large dryers. You must come when it opens it get very busy. This is my second visit in 6 years and I don't recall it being this old in appearance the first visit. All in all be carefull with your clothes and by all means remember to bring your own. Do not purchase liquids here. They are watered down. During this review another washer went down. read more

I've recently moved here. This is my second time using this laundry mat. The lady that works here has been rude and unacceptable both times. She has opened and checked the top loaders Ive loaded. This time, she left one open 11 minutes adding more time to my limited washing schedule. The other washer she opened and stopped, she made me take half the clothes sitting in water and put them in another washer. Which left both washers with hardly any clothes in them, and added another 20 minutes to my washing time. Mind you I only came in with one basket of clothes, and separated them into 2 washers. They were both filled equally, but one she had me split into two washers. I'm almost 40 years old, I've been doing laundry for years. This is no ok. Very persistent on changing my washing, but she act like she doesn't understand my english in order to communicate. Who is the owner???? I'd like to have a word. read more
