This place exceeded expectations. I brought in several luxury silk blouses, wool scarfs, custom shirts & trousers, as well as a King goose down comforter. Upon entering the establishment I met the manager Nick, whom gained my trust and assured to me that the quality of their press, starch, & dry clean was top notch. I was originally quoted a time frame of 3-5days for my clothing and a week for my comforter. The place did a great job, they were so efficient they had all my items ready earlier than quoted. I pulled out my garments and the sleeves were all pressed exactly how I like and all the pleating done was on point! The comforter came out beautiful and smelled of natural non-harsh treatment. Moreover, I am pleased that the quality of the goose & thread count was retained. They wrapped this comforter up beautifully and stowed it in a new reusable zipper plastic comforter bag (which I appreciated because I dropped it off in the one that it came in), so amazingly hygienic and mindful of the bedding. Overall, I have to say I am impressed. Tbh I was a first time customer not expecting the garments to be as I preferred & instructed at drop off, but they were perfect. They quality, care, and treatment of my valuables exceeded all expectations. Considering the quality/$$$$ of my belongings I only wanted the best and I sure have found it! All together for 10+ items (w/ dry clean, press, starch, pleats) & 1 goose down comforter the bill totaled less than $130. read more

Completely disappointed in our first visit to this place. I specifically asked if they could remove a musty smell from a coverlet and two shams and she assured me they could. 65.00 later the smell was still there. Granted it was a challenging job, but 65.00 worth for substandard work??? Will not be back. read more

I was disappointed in my first visit here. I came here because all the reviews were really good. I dropped off some curtains that needed to be dry cleaned. I picked up my curtains and they were clean however, they were not pressed and I hung them up, and they had several wrinkles in them. The curtains I had hanging in my closet for five years were more pressed than these. I was really disappointed!! read more

I am all for supporting the neighborhood small business. However, I'm in the process of changing my mind. I carried a jump suit to be altered. I ONLY wanted it to be cut and hemmed. The lady told me it will cost $20.00. She asked if I wanted it pressed and I said no. She said ok you will pay when you collect. I went to pick it up today and I gave the owner my card thinking it was $20.00. To my surprise he handed me the receipt and it read $33.98. I asked him why? He said because it was altered and pressed. I said I did not want it pressed. To which he replied, "it will not look good if it's not pressed!" Ummmm ok let me be that judge. I could press my own jumpsuit thank you very much. Lesson learned. Ask for the price before they swipe your card and I'm sorry but I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

The Grapevine Cleaners on the corner of Main and Vine in Grapevine have been fabulously efficient. They know our names. They know exactly how we like our laundry. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The price is very affordable which is GREAT because I hate doing laundry. We see them weekly to wash and fold all our bedding, linens and towels. We bring our special outfits in there as well. My husband took his pants and my blazer here for some alterations. His pants came out fine, but my jacket sleeves looked terrible. They were uneven and not rounded - meaning clumps of material were thicker than in others. I needed each sleeve taken in about an inch. I could have done a better job myself with just a needle and thread. I was sorely disappointed but unfortunately I needed the jacket for a next day trip and had to wear as is. This was last November and I havent been back. Next time I'll be trying Sarah's Tailors. read more

Grapevine Cleaners is a family owned business that has outstanding customer service! I have been using them for 12 year. When I started a job just down the road from them I would drop off on the way to work by 8AM and it would be ready at 5PM on the way home. I have never had a problem with the work they do. If I have a stain on a shirt, I point it out to them and it is taken care of when I pick up. They value their customers and treat them with respect. They know their customers by name & recognized me the second time I went back. They are focused on building relationships with people more than just ringing the register! We have used this business for dry cleaning and alterations and I am throughly pleased. My husband had gotten gum stuck on his sport coat and Grapevine Cleaners were able to remove it, no problem. I also dropped off a blouse that I needed taken in and the stitching work is top notch and cost about $19. The service is also super friendly. The majority of my items consist of oxford style button ups which are only $1.50/ea. GC did a wonderful job on all the shirts and even the pants. The starch was perfect and I will go back! I brought in 2 items to get dry cleaned: pants and a shirt. They were ready the next business day after 4PM, which is a fast turnaround. I didn't know what they charged and was surprised at the $11.13 bill for the 2 items. Upon further inspection at home the clothes looked nice and pressed, but their was still slight yellow sweat stains under the arms of the white shirt I brought in. I expected it to be clean for that price, but I guess I will take it elsewhere. read more

Great location. Super friendly and nice when you are dropping off or picking up. However, they aren't very fast on turnaround. Don't expect to drop something off early AM and pick it up on the way home from work. The dry cleaning seems great but they do mangle my shirt collars quite often. read more

Moved from Grapevine to Colleyville about 7 years ago and tried to use a few dry cleaners closer to us but never had the great service and results we had at Grapevine Cleaners so we went back.
