The owner and staff who work here were very pleasant at both drop off and pick up. The turnaround was as stated and my pieces looked as good as new. Pricing was higher than I wished to pay, but the service is so amazing and hassle-free that I'm convinced I honestly got what I paid for. I highly recommend them if they're near you. Upon contacting management I was told that they did not shrink them, although I provided a brand new dress with tags to them to show them in comparison. They also told me they talked to the person who washed them and that they wash thousands of garments a day. How do you know exactly who washed my garments when you wash thousands a day? All three dresses are valued at over $500 all together at retail. I was offered $100 in compensation and they refused to refund my $40 dry cleaning fee. This happened 4 months ago and management has been ignoring my calls and texts regarding the matter. They also refused to send the garments off to get tested to see if they were shrunk by chemicals, temperature etc. This is all in direct violation of the fair claims guide for consumer textile products. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the manager raised his voice at my multiple times and insinuated I was lying on multiple occasions. I will be filing a report with the BBB as this is extremely illegal and poor business practices. Run away from this place, terrible business practice, shady ownership and unprofessional management.

Not only did the 2 gentleman in charge look through each item on the overhead rack of dry cleaning, but they were able to go to their computer to the date range in which I advised when we had likely dropped off & picked up and they pulled up video footage that showed the 8 sweaters in the order brought out to my husbands car. The entire time they were helpful, kind, and understanding and not once did any of them look at me or treat me like I was a crazy cashmere sweater lady. I'm very fastidious & persnickety about my clothing and they have done consistently extraordinary work.
