These are brand new shirts I haven't worn yet. I told them I needed my dry cleaning done Wednesday morning. I made a point to specifically tell them that. When I get there they said it wasn't done. When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. I will not be returning to this business.

However, the last three visits, one of which was tonight, they have removed all the tv's and the a/c has been OFF! It's sad when it is cooler outside than it is inside. You have all these machines running, kicking out heat, but you keep the a/c off and it is over 90 degrees in the place! That's ridiculous considering what we pay to use the machines now. It's bad enough having nothing to even watch except the people, but to be sweating like crazy at the same time is too much. I attempted to reach out to them via their website before posting here but the website is no longer active. So that just kind of topped it off for me.

However, I never have been to a cleaners where you have to tell them not to write on your fabrics. Every piece of clothing (except one) was written on with my last name, including my girlfriend's clothing as well. I thought it was odd. I took it to them asking to get it removed, they blamed me for not requesting them to not write on the clothing. And i quote "without the writing, the clothing could become lost. Rare for them but it's a safety precaution" I pay money to have my valuable clothes cleaned professionally because I care about my clothes. I do not in any fashion wish to alter the clothes inside or out & certainly not with writing. With no apologies given, I picked up the piece of clothing they removed the name on & told them I would take my business elsewhere after being told they would not be responsible if my clothes became lost due to not being able to write on them.
