I've been coming here and off the past couple of years and the quality of the service hasn't changed. I like that they have a drive thru option and a 24 hour drop off for clothes. I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. The customer service was friendly as usual. The prices are decent and my clothes came out looking pristine which I appreciated. I look forward to coming here for my dry cleaning needs. read more

The drive through drop off is great and they are friendly. Service is quick and not overly expensive. They offer alterations as well.

I removed a star because their front door has been busted for quite sometime. The good news is they are fast, efficient and actually have a drive through drop off and pick up. Pretty fair value, so all and all, this is my new dry cleaning place. If you are in the area, give them a try. read more

Brought a few things for dry cleaning, in general the result was acceptable. The order was fulfilled in the promised time, and the staff was polite. Nevertheless, after receiving the clothes, I noticed that some things still remained a little crumpled. This is not critical, but I would like a more accurate approach. I was offered to correct the situation or return the funds, which indicates responsibility, but I simply did not have the opportunity to return a second time. In general, the service is adequate, there is potential. Perhaps I will turn again to give them a chance to prove themselves better. read more

Comically bad. I brought a hat in that I wanted a patch sewn on. The results indicate its clearly outside of their expertise. Brand new hat, brand new patch, sewn horribly and comically bad. Patch peeling up from corners, hat now deformed, bill deformed, just comically bad. These pics were taken within 30 seconds of pick up. Hat ruined and I'm either going to take it somewhere else to get repaired or I have to buy new and try again. Oh! One other thing, they told me it was to take a week to accomplish this! Hahaha! It's so bad it's funny! read more

First and last time using this business. I brought in 2 dress shirts for dry cleaning. When I picked them up this morning both had wrinkles all over them. They did offer the redo the shirts but I could not come back and pick them up after four pm. They did offer a refund but I didn't take it. It was worth the $11 to know they don't do good work. Now I have to iron them myself. read more

They're the best! Good hours, convenient drive thru drop off/pick up, and great customer service. They recently went above and beyond to clean my wool coat in time for a last-minute trip. Thank you!!! You've got a customer for life :) read more

I use dry cleaners on a regular basis. Was running behind so tried this place since I could drop them off early and get it back the same day. I picked it up and and everything was fine until I saw the bill. The owner even mentioned a discounted rate but oh my...... Two shirts and a lot of pants was almost $20. Seemed a bit strap; especially compared to my normal rate I pay by work. Didn't have issues with the dry cleaning quality but prices like that would make my annual dry cleaning expense through the roof. read more

I took a jumper here to have the zipper replaced they advised me the tailor was on vacation but it would be done as soon as he returned the following week. I advised I would be on vacation the following week so I would pick up in 3 weeks. When I did pick up it was waiting for me & the zipper works perfect. They charged 10.00 due to the wait & I was a very satisfied customer. read more

Generally issue free here. Clothes are ready same day if you get in before 8:45 a.m. I think prices are good and have no complaints. There's a drive thru window, but I have yet to use it, but I'm sure other customers enjoy this convenience. I also like that I can grab a bottle of water when I'm inside from the fridge. read more

I went to this location because they do laundry service. Because they are listed as eco-friendly. Their prices are significantly higher than what a cleaning service should be. read more

The service is prompt and convenient. I am able to trust this facility with my clothes.

I initially had a very poor review of this cleaners following a pretty bad experience, however, after speaking with the owner yesterday, I have revised it. He went out of his way to correct the error and ensure I was happy. I will definitely give them another try moving forward based solely upon the owner's response. read more

Needed my shirt pressed quickly. It was already clean and they had it ready the same day.

I took my fiancé's linen shirt to North Tarrant cleaners to have it pressed before we left for our wedding. I had tried to press it myself and was not happy with the results. I took the shirt in and explained what I wanted. The lady at the counter told me that having the shirt laundered with light starch would be the best treatment. She explained the levels of starch and said that the light starch would be great for a linen shirt that was going to be packed. The shirt was done when promised and it looked fabulous. I am very pleased. read more

Amazing experience! The service is great. And quick. Ready next day. Hopefully it will continue in the same way.

I needed an emergency cleaning on my suit for a funeral. These guys took it in and finished it in a couple of hours. It was cleaned and pressed. They did a great job! They wouldn't take my payment. I can't thank them enough! Will definitely return! read more

I was looking for a place to get my daughter's sweet sixteeen dress cleaned. I cannot be more thankful for them pointing out that the dress specifically said it must be hand washed and informing me that allowing them to dry clean could cause damage. Anyone else would have taken my money and not said a word. They even offered to do the minor alterations for FREE. They refused to allow me to pay for anything. Excellent customer service! I don't have to dry clean much but they definitely have my business when needed! read more

Love how aware the owner of this business is. Security, ingredients used for cleaning, and extra sanitizing measures during current world issues. I can't thank them enough for their concern for themselves/employees as well as their customers! Thank you! read more

Very disappointed in the service today. My son's black choir uniform had very visible starch residue and had what looked like chalk on it. The lady at the desk offered no viable solution. I will not be back. read more

Very friendly owner, gave me a personal money back guarantee. The suits came out looking great and alteration was spot on. The atmosphere in the lobby is very modern and inviting. I would highly recommend this business. read more

Recently checked out this dry cleaners, since Comet Cleaners always returns my items to me with a "damaged" tag on it. So far, I enjoy coming here. All of my items returned in perfect condition and the quality is much better. The owner was in during the drop off, and he took some time to ask me where I usually take my dry cleaning and if I am familiar with how it works. He gladly educated me on how they dry clean their client's products differently. I suggest taking your clothes here at least once to see the difference in quality. Thanks! read more

I have been looking for a new cleaners in my area since the one close to me destroyed an expensive comforter. Based on other recommendations I decided to give North Tarrant Cleaners a try. I am so happy I did. The coat that I had taken in was done by 5 the next day and the stains on it I thought would never come out were gone. The staff is friendly and helpful and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I honestly thought it would be more with the work that had to be done on it. Their products are also eco friendly. Will be recommending this cleaners to friends and family. read more

The worst place, dishonest, treat customers like crap. Return things damaged, say they will clean but then call you back and say they will not clean because of damages (that weren't there when I brought it in). They damaged my very expressive clothes and told me it was already like this. The worst place in the world! 0 stars. read more

Super fair pricing and fast turnaround . The staff was friendly and helpful l. I would come back

I found this dry cleaners after reading recommendations on yelp. My has been the two shirts pressed as were going to event this evening. I arrived approximately 2 PM yesterday and asked if it was possible to have the shirts cleaned and pressed by 3 PM today the woman told me that they have same-day service from 9 to 5 and it shouldn't be a issue. They called me a little before noon today stating that my shirts are done I arrive shortly thereafter and found my shirts to be pressed and clean and looking wonderful. read more

In an age where customers are routinely treated as a number, this locally owned business cares for each client as a person. They give excellent service, take great care of clothes, have great quality of Eco Friendly cleaning (without chemicals) and in general, are great to work with. We started going here for our dry cleaner needs. Had slacks, suit jackets and sweaters dry cleaned here and so far so good.

Customer service needs an overhaul. The lady this morning was rude, which seems to be a similar occurrence on more than one occasion. I spend over $100 per month and would expect something more. I this location is convenient as it is close to my house, but I'll gladly travel to receive better customer service. read more

We've been going there since they opened and everyone is courteous and do a great job with our clothes. And, they may have more security cameras than your local bank so smile. read more

I took a suit jacket in trying to get same day dry clean. It had a stain. When i came in they said it wasn't ready. I was a little disappointed but they assured me they'd get the stain out. I thought there would be extra fees but nope. I paid $8.45. I stopped by a few days later and the jacket looks brand new. Worth the wait, amazing job! Also the employees were so nice, they all had excellent customer service skills!! Awesome place! read more

I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned the first time before my wedding and they didn't a great job. Brought it back after the wedding for cleaning it had some stains and they did an amazing job taking out the stains. I was concerned the stains wouldn't come out, Lisa was very helping explaining the process of how it would be cleaned she was very detailed and assured me my dress would be in good care.
