I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. I usually go to Shine Cleaners but this was closer and I needed my husbands suit dry cleaned quick as we were about to go out of town for a wedding.... They told me it would be done in 24 hours. I came back the next day and I'm informed that my suit was lost.... They send their dry cleaning out to other businesses and they lost it. He called different people and no one had it. I stood there dumbfounded..... how do you loose a suit I brought in 24 hours ago?? He seemed embarrassed but also just wanted to be done with the ordeal, he paid me for the suit at least but didn't seem to really try and make it right... such as "I'm so terribly sorry, this is not like us, let me also give you a free $20 dry cleaning... we want to earn your business back..." all he said was "well we all make mistakes..." I walked out and will never be back. Good thing my intuition told me not to give him my two vintage dresses that needed cleaning, he would have lost those one of a kind pieces too... to this day he still hasn't found my husbands suit... we had to scramble last minute at 7pm at night to target, pay twice as much for a new suit, and be stressed right before our early morning flight....
