I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. I called ahead and they told me they could try and to bring them in. I had to pay up-front for the services ($2/blanket) without a guarantee of service or refund if the stains remained. I figured a $4 gamble was worth it. When I came to pick up the blankets, the stain was lightened on one of them, but not only did the other one still have the stain, but it was so bleached that it was a completely different color! So glad I checked before I left or else I would have been SOL (per their sign). I mentioned it to the guy and he gave me a new ticket and the phone number of the manager, and told me that he would call me about the incident. Over a week later I finally called him (I was out of town and figured he would call me before I got back). Luckily they still had the same blanket at Carter's, so I bought a new one on the promise that I would be reimbursed for half of the blanket, and the monogram would be redone on the new one for free. I was given a time frame of 3-4 days, called on the 4th day, and picked up both blankets and some money. The money was more than half of the cost of the blanket, but less than the cost plus the original $2 payment. So I don't know if they were being generous or stingy. Oh well. I will probably try another place before I go back to this one.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought in an $800 suit from Italy for cleaning. When I eventually removed it from the bag to wear it for a special occasion, I discovered that the gold cufflinks that were attached to the shirt were missing. I called the cleaner immediately hoping they would help resolve the issue. Instead of showing any concern or willingness to look into it, I was told there was nothing they could do because it had been about a month since pickup, even though the suit had remained in the protective bag the entire time. When I tried to explain the situation, the conversation was abruptly ended. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer care. A reputable cleaner would at least investigate, check records, or try to make the situation right. Instead, the response was dismissive. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first issue here either. Stains have previously come back untreated, and every time there seems to be no accountability or effort to help the customer. If you value your clothing--especially expensive or sentimental pieces--I would strongly reconsider bringing them here. Losing accessories and being met with indifference is not the level of service anyone should accept from a professional cleaner. I truly hope the business chooses to reach out and address this situation.

So, I popped in and, lo and behold, it smelled like freshly laundered clothes, instead of chemically dry cleaned ones. I was greeted by the owner, Luai Zureikat, and my questions tumbled forth - why, how, when did this all happen??!!! He explained that the traditional dry cleaning process uses "perchloroethylene" or PERC which is considered one of the most toxic substances emitted into our daily lives! Your clothes are submerged in this wonderful toxic solvent to help get rid of stains and spots; which is why your clothes come home smelling like chemicals. Oh, and you get a nice dose of toxic evaporation in your house; maybe this is why so many of us are experiencing Alzheimers-type symptoms at such a young age - chemical brain damage??!! Eco Safe cleaners uses an ancient, secret ingrediant - WATER; along with a very mild, environmentally friendly cleaner in their state-of-the-art facility and machines. Luai was quick to point out the fact that real, live green plants were growing in his establishment; something that is not possible in a traditional dry cleaners because of the toxins in the air. You may ask "but does it actually clean those clothes that say 'dry clean only'?" I am happy to answer with a resounding "YES"!! I have taken everything from silk to cotton to linen there and they came out beautifully!! I am happy to report they had a wonderful, fresh scent, looked great and Luai had a very satisfied look on his face; something to the effect of "I told you so"!!! Their motto - Cleaner, Greener, Fresher - to which I say "way to go"!! Now, check your local listings and if you are lucky, there will be an Eco Safe cleaners in your area. If not, why not start bombarding your local dry cleaners with questions about this new process. Who knows, maybe they will eventually switch to this environmentally friendly process.

Icing on the cake when I stated I would not be coming back the the person working the front desk let me know how rude that was of me.... Place smelled like a public gas ration bathroom too. However, I never have been to a cleaners where you have to tell them not to write on your fabrics. Every piece of clothing (except one) was written on with my last name, including my girlfriend's clothing as well. I thought it was odd. I took it to them asking to get it removed, they blamed me for not requesting them to not write on the clothing. And i quote "without the writing, the clothing could become lost. Rare for them but it's a safety precaution" I pay money to have my valuable clothes cleaned professionally because I care about my clothes. I do not in any fashion wish to alter the clothes inside or out & certainly not with writing. With no apologies given, I picked up the piece of clothing they removed the name on & told them I would take my business elsewhere after being told they would not be responsible if my clothes became lost due to not being able to write on them.
