You have all these machines running, kicking out heat, but you keep the a/c off and it is over 90 degrees in the place! That's ridiculous considering what we pay to use the machines now. It's bad enough having nothing to even watch except the people, but to be sweating like crazy at the same time is too much. I attempted to reach out to them via their website before posting here but the website is no longer active. So that just kind of topped it off for me.

I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. The customer service was friendly as usual. The prices are decent and my clothes came out looking pristine which I appreciated. I look forward to coming here for my dry cleaning needs.

I have mixed feelings about this place. We used them for the first time recently when two of my…read moreson's blankets got some sort of ink(?) stain on them. I called ahead and they told me they could try and to bring them in. I had to pay up-front for the services ($2/blanket) without a guarantee of service or refund if the stains remained. I figured a $4 gamble was worth it. When I came to pick up the blankets, the stain was lightened on one of them, but not only did the other one still have the stain, but it was so bleached that it was a completely different color! So glad I checked before I left or else I would have been SOL (per their sign). I mentioned it to the guy and he gave me a new ticket and the phone number of the manager, and told me that he would call me about the incident. Over a week later I finally called him (I was out of town and figured he would call me before I got back). Luckily they still had the same blanket at Carter's, so I bought a new one on the promise that I would be reimbursed for half of the blanket, and the monogram would be redone on the new one for free. I was given a time frame of 3-4 days, called on the 4th day, and picked up both blankets and some money. The money was more than half of the cost of the blanket, but less than the cost plus the original $2 payment. So I don't know if they were being generous or stingy. Oh well. I will probably try another place before I go back to this one.

I was not very optimistic about the cleaning results and was prepared to accept that the dress was probably ruined permanently, but when I picked it up it looked absolutely brand new. There wasn't even a hint of a stain or oil mark. I was so grateful impressed that I dropped off a chocolate cake as a thank you after paying my bill because the dress had sentimental value to me. I also had a white lace dress that was marked with a bit of makeup that had sweated off onto the collar and it was completely gone when the dress was cleaned.
