She accepted over 150lbs of smoky and wet clothes without batting an eye. We returned two days later to clothes that smell nice, were soft, and neatly hung or folded Into bags. The value was great. Clothes just like new for way cheaper than we expected! We will for sure be back and recommend this place to all our friends!

From ants and no toilet paper in the bathroom to roaches crawling along the floor to unclean machines, the message being sent is that we don't care about the customer experience. Also, on two separate occasions I have seen bigotry and hate displayed toward diverse white women patrons by the staff. They will smile in their face and then turn around and slander and berate them in Spanish thinking that they didn't understand what they were saying. The owner condones this behavior and covers up for them. Overall, it is a toxic environment for diverse women who aren't Hispanic. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Who needs to be harassed and slandered at a laundromat? There are plenty more around town which embrace diversity and value all of their customers.

I walked in and the lady greeted me, explained that the machines work with either a card ($1 to purchase and then you add money to it) or you can download the app which doesn't require the card (however it does have a minimum required to load onto the card). I was able to wash and dry 3 large comforters in a little over an hour! They have vending machines so you can purchase washing supplies (there is also a DT within walking distance) but the most important thing is this place is CLEAN!!! They also offer and washing service where you can drop it off and they wash and fold it for you. This was a time saver and I'll utilize this place again!

They have Lots of machines, all super clean, various sizes and prices, front and top loaders. Several washers are coin operated but there are also some that take credit (towards the back). I used the Extra large machines in the back for some quilt and blankets. The Machines are very simple to use. The wash cycle is 24 minutes. Thankfully for this first time user they have step by step instruction listed right on the machine. The Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes and some take credit as well. Two Large TVs mounted on the wall, soda and candy machine. Another machine with single use laundry items, seemed like reasonable prices. The office had larger bottles of laundry items for sale, not sure of those prices. Workers were helpful, I had some packaging that I could not rip open, went to the office and they cut open the packets for me. This place offers drop off service so some of the workers were busy on those orders. I went in the morning, during the week and maybe 8 people were in there and that's including the workers Would definitely recommend. Only issue I had, is that I was approached twice by a woman who first asked for laundry soap and then came back to ask for money.

This place is a diamond in the rough of laundromats!…read more Small load = $2.25 Medium load = $3.50 Large load = $5.50 Dry = FREE You just have to put a quarter in to declare what heat temperature you'd like to dryer to be on and then the quarter will return and you repeat the process until you've reached the desired dryer duration! If you DID NOT wash there, it's only $0.25 per 10 minutes. That's still a helluva deal compared to some of the more dirty but costly laundry spots around town.. What's even better is: it's clean, people mind their own business and there are PLENTY of washers & coin changers for use.

Fortunately it only stunk up a nearby bag in the dryer, I pulled sock out and put it on a machine away from me. No big deal, just weird. A masked lady who worked there was always around. 2nd time fine. 3rd-4th times fine. Last week, I washed and dried all my sheets and blankets using several machines. I read, answered emails during that time. I unloaded the dryers and my most expensive blanket was gone. I looked around, everyone on their phones, masked lady can't be found. Even tho I'm a perfect tenant, I was pushed out of my home recently, I'd always paid the rent, respectful to everyone, an influx of illegals tripled our rent and everyone except illegals , their friends, and a few wealthy tenants got to stay. It was city-wide. I can't ever afford that specific blanket ever again, they may think they struck gold, but I can't help it, I don't respect thieves nor liars. They cheap and low. I refuse to have to sit and stare at my laundry while it's drying. I was very upset for rest of day that anyone would steal from poor people, that's entirely gross. I'm not going to insult animals by calling them animal names, and I'm not going to call them slimy. Of course I won't have anything to do with that slimy place again. Thousands of other laundromats not too different, but not there.
