I use this laundry place as my weekly routine laundry day. I love this place for the fact that it is very clean, organized and has good air conditioning (especially during hot Summer time). The washing machines also has some option for credit card payment, not just using coins. Many tables for folding clothes...and the restroom is clean and smell good too! I used to love wash here ! Now , when I wash my clothes it doesn't smell fresh like detergent . I am not sure if it's the water in the machines . Hopefully this issue can be fixed so I can comeback. read more

My apartment was getting new washers and dryers put in the laundry room so I needed to find somewhere else to launder my clothes. In their email, they stated there was a local laundromat about 5 minutes away in the Kroger lot. So off I went. They have 3 different size machines (Large-$5.50/load, Medium-$4.50/load, Small-$2.50/load) I didn't realize they had the small load washers because they are cleverly put on the back side of the rows facing away from the door, so I used a medium when a small machine would definitely have been enough. I get it though; business 101. Dryers are .25c/10minutes I think. The place itself seemed pretty clean and I was there on a Monday around 7-7:30 (they open at 7A) and only a couple people were there. read more

Facility is pretty nice. Lots of machines of different capacities and not many out of order. Plenty of seats, folding tables, carts. Needed to wash a large, heavy comforter and it only took $4 and 35 mins for wash, .50 for 20 mins of drying. Machines only take quarters but money machines on site. read more

I was at the Circle K and I needed a laundromat. After asking the checker, she stated "Check out the one by Kroger, my man. It's never busy, and they got those giant machines." So off I went. She wasn't lying - they did have the big machines. It was a muggy day, and the A/C in here was wonderful. I washed bedding and a pretty good load of clothes, and was able to fit it in 2 big machines. They ran $4.25 a piece. Not too bad. The dryers were pretty big too. Managed to only have to use 2 of those as well. $.25 will get you 10 mins, regardless of heat selection, and a buck will.dry a load, for the most part. The owner locks the door 30 minutes before close, so you may want to stick around and wait for your clothes. Otherwise, you just have to hope that he sees you at the door. Earlier this year our dryer element went out, so we did our laundry here. It was a great experience to teach my soon to be college student how to use the laundromat. :D It was nice to get ALL the laundry and linens done for 6 people in a couple of hours instead of a week, so that was a bonus. People were nice - both the owners and other customers. A week ago our 25 year old washer went caput, and after 2 weeks got the repair guy out. Going to do laundry for the 2nd time, and again had a great experience. We found that the high heat on the dryers singed a robe, so medium heat was better. It took 50 minutes for my load of jeans and towels to dry, and about 40 minutes for regular laundry. read more

The absolute BEST alternative if you do not have a washer/dryer at home or if the laundry room where you live is awful like ours. Costs me about $5 to wash and dry 5 loads cuz they have all sizes of washers and at my apartment complex it costs 3 times that. I always use the 40 lb or 50 lb washer, which costs $3.25/$4.25, then put that huge load into one of their huge dryers, which costs just $.25 for 10 minutes and it dries my clothes in 30 minutes. Been going to Joy's for 4 years and I've never lost any money because the machines always work. Their machines are new and clean great. Joy's is always kept clean and I'm done in about an hour, during which I usually run over to Kroger and get my food shopping done. read more

Who let their laundry get outta hand?? That would be me, and it was bad y'all! Hey, sue me, 1st year teacher here still getting adjusted! So I refused to sit at home and do laundry one load at a time today. Got off my behind and went to the laundromat to polish off 10 (don't judge me or my family) loads. We used the next to biggest washer for most of our clothes at 3.25 each and the biggest for our blankets at 4.25 each. Drying is 10 min for .25, so it was ok pricing I guess? You pay for bigger washers, and it was super clean, never got crazy, and the owner was there cleaning lent and mopping floors. They have a bundle service also if you want to drop off and pick up. Hopefully next time all I have to do is wash comforters, but I'd go back for sure. read more

Love this place. Hate doing laundry but since you have to-- this is the place. Clean place and machines. LOTS of machines. Very rare to see out of order signs and I have yet to see one myself. Take coins so that is nice. Owners are always on location so they are very helpful if you have any issues. They are currently closed because they are moving a few doors down. I just got off work. I get inside at 8:55p. Last wash is at 9pm. Im at the change machine, so I can start my load. The owner comes over and tells me my clothes needs to start. I give him my $2. I tell him I'm aware and I need change. He asks me where is my machine. I point it out. He goes over and lifts up the lid. I tell him, "Guy, can I have my quarters?" He shakes his head and put my change on the machine, instead of my hand. This isnt my first run-in with this clown. He is very rude and pushy. I came across to do ALL my laundry on a Saturday afternoon. There was quite a few customers but there were plenty of machines available; the place was way larger than it looked from the outside. I didn't see any out-of-order machines and everything was nice and clean. The strip mall it is in has a few places to pick up dinner when you're too tired from folding to cook. read more

After my dryer broke and I had 6 loads of laundry washed and ready to be dried, I unloaded 4 baskets of wet clothes and loaded 3 dryers put my money in and after I had started the dryer a lady approached me and told me I could not JUST dry there, said it was store policy, I had to wash 4.25 AND dry .25.... not just dry. She then proceeded to walk around me on the phone to make sure I understood they didn't want my business. It's a laundrymat..... where people should be able to wash and DRY...not just 1 or the other.
