AS OF 3/19 THIS PLACE IS OPEN DURING CORONAVIRUS This place really doesn't show signs of closing, and I am thankful for that. The worker was diligent. Every 20 minutes she wiped handles, machines, all of it, with disinfectant. The place was just exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, my apartment decided that laundry service was non-essential. Hey, haven't you heard the virus can stay on clothing?!? Anyways.... This place was open. I went by and was quite impressed with the cleanliness. Most patrons threw the clothes in the machine and retreated to their vehicles. Understandably. The machines weren't horribly priced, but certainly not cheap. I saw a sign that said "Laundry Service - $1.20 per pound., 15lb minimum." It may have been cheaper for me to just do that and pay the minimum. However, I had to scope the place out. The worker didn't like me taking pictures, but she was kind all the same. Some machines took card swipes, though most didn't. Take quarters just in case. All in all, if you are in need. I had a small cat bed I needed to have cleaned (it's just a little too large for my current washer/dryer), so when I called the Laundry Room they said they were able to do this - I was ecstatic! I thought their pricing was pretty reasonable, and the person I spoke with was very professional and friendly. I paid for the service, and let them know I wasn't in a rush and could pick up the cat bed at any time. I received a "ready to pick up" text a couple of hours later, and let them know I'd be in the following day. I picked up the cat bed Saturday afternoon, at which point I was informed that they damaged the bed (the shag cover was torn about 2") - the person I was speaking with was someone different from the day before. I let her know that the bed was not damaged when I brought it in. She apologized, and then said "maybe I should have fixed this for you"...but she put a rubber band around the torn fabric instead. I wasn't offered a discount for the damage they caused (or a refund). Disappointed and frustrated...I won't be returning. read more

The laundry room is a pleasant and generally clean space. They offer a convenient wash-and-fold service. Sonya, one of the attendants, is exceptionally friendly and helpful--she truly stands out for her excellent customer service. While the other attendants are also polite, they tend to be frequently distracted by their phones and less attentive to customers. Additionally, I've noticed that sometimes the floors are wet, and I have had to remind the staff to place warning signs to ensure everyone's safety. Overall, the facility is nice, affordable, and clean--especially when Sonya is on duty. read more

I had to go here because a Sams size bottle of Gain fell on my laundry room floor & my daughter & her boyfriend used every towel in the house to clean it up. I thought if I take it to the laundry mat & put a couple of towels in each load w/all our bedding this might not be disastrous. I yelped local laundry mats & this one was close & looked clean. When I arrived there was someone cleaning & lot of people doing their laundry. I went along w/my plan watching to make sure no machines over flowed w/bubbles. As my plan turned out flawlessly. It took me 10-12 times to connect to their wi-fi, as others were having the same problem too. If I ever have to come back to a laundry mat this will be the one. read more

The washer and dryer were actually done a lot quickly than I thought it would. Nice! They can also like fold your laundry, in a pretty way.

I think they are significantly overpriced, but I haven't used a laundromat in years, so I don't know what the going rate is. They're very clean and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and polite. The total time spent on two loads was about an hour. After being a very loyal customer since 2018 I unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere due to my absolutely HORRIFIC experience with OKSANA ROSE! OKSANA didn't have a clue what she was doing from the time I dropped off my bundle to get my monthly wash till pickup. She was "overwhelmed and overworked" she claimed. It's called a job, you filled out the application to work there. I dropped my bundle off at 8:15 IN THE MORNING and didn't get everything back and done until 9:30....wtf? No communication, REFUSED to give me owners name and number (which btw is Shelby) after many attempts she finally gave it to me. My bundle was half ass done, nothing was folded nicely, it literally looked like a 5 year old did it! Also noticed that her "man" was up there helping her fold clothes, he was very shady looking and rude. I left my information for the owner Shelby to get in touch with me about this horrible experience and of course I've yet to hear anything, go figure right? I guess everyone is desperate these days to hire these type of people, such a shame. read more

A pretty okay place but they don't allow for card. The dryer is also 25¢ for 5 minutes, a bit more expensive than my usual laundromat. The snack machine is barely filled up and the place is rather old and dirty looking. If you want better service, pricing, and snacks, go to Lone Star Wash and Dry on Pipeline. Way better. read more

This place is great ! Very clean and nice . The laundry attendant Sonya was really helpful . I just move to bedford from NYC and it is true the southern hospitality is amazing Sonya was always smiling and nice to all customer. I saw that they do wash and fold by the pound and I decided to do that instead . Sonya always takes good care of my clothes. Bet you didn't know you can have your laundry washed and folded for you! Oh you did? Well I didn't! What have I been doing with my life?! It's not just for the lazy or rich, it's for the busy who hate folding clothes and can scrape up a few extra dollars considering they do nearly everything else themselves to save money. It's $1.20 per pound with a 15 pound minimum plus taxes. That's a pretty good deal! It was fast, my laundry is fresh, and it was the first time I've ever seen my fitted sheets folded properly since I took them out the packaging. SONIA is awesome! really good customer service! Sandy has her good and bad days. Sandy has favorite customers for sure. I put way too much detergent in one of the machines and sandy told me to put more money and do a quick wash which I don't mind it was my fault. There other day another customer did the same thing and sandy made the machine run again for free. I ask the lady if she paid again, and she said not sandy wash it again for free. Definitely overpriced. $2.00 top loaders, $2.25-$4.25 front loaders. $0.25 extra for hot water washer. $0.25 for 5 minutes for dryers, took about $1.50 a load to dry a load. I gave it 1 star for cleanliness. I came in on a day where the lady working the location could not stop talking about this was her 3 third day working 10+ shifts because the owner was in Cobo and she did not have any back up to relieve her. She is just going to sit down and cry. Then proceed to complain that she was going to have fruit snacks for dinner. Should be called The Drama Room. First and Last visit. read more

This laundry facility is great. The staff running this place are very nice and helpful. The machines work very well. Credit card or debit card/even coin op machines....whichever you like most. They have small, medium, and huge washers and dryers. They also have free WiFi, TV, vending machines, and restrooms. The place is kept clean and they also have a soap station to purchase soap, softener, dryer sheets, bleach etc. Definitely my go to. read more

It's exactly what the other positive reviews stated- very well kept up and clean, lots of washers and dryers, reasonably priced, etc. Most washers can be operated with either a credit card or coins, although it looks like the dryers are only coin operated. There are change machines, detergent and fabric softener machines, and a few vending machines for food and drinks. I came at 6:00 on a Saturday evening, and didn't expect an attendant to be here. But she was, and she was able to give me the wifi password. She was really nice and pleasant! One note- not a drawback, but I came on a hot July evening. Like most laundromats, it's hard to keep the temperature cool inside, especially when it's hot outside. I wasn't drenched in sweat, but I was sweating indoors. I love this place!!! Sandy by far is the best attendant. I have used the drop off service and washed my own and both have been very pleasant experiences. Depending on size of washer the price ranges from $3.25-5.75 and dryers are .25 per every 7 mins. And the customer service is always fantastic. If doing the drop off service it's weighed upon arrival and charged accordingly ($1.25 per lb) and it's totally worth it when Sandy does the laundry. I've tried another lady who works here but my clothes came back dried on such a high heat, part of my clothes shrunk and just had to trash them. So I stick with Sandy. read more

Our dryer went in the fritz and with Labor Day weekend I'm unable to obtain the part till tomorrow. But laundry waits on none. With 3 daughters + 2 parents we generate some dirty clothes. Lots of machines...the only bad thing is on Sunday's it gets packed right when they open. I have a stackable in my place. Needed my comforter washed . Could not be more pleased. The lady who stepped in today, at the time I got out of Church. As I asked if I drop my comforter off today , would it be ready by tomorrow. She said it was slow and would be ready within two hours, asked the size. I felt this place was clean with air conditioning. And the lady had a great attitude, made me feel good about dropping it off. Plus was ready by the time I finished my grocery shopping. Very clean, very quiet and nice laundromat! Came here for the first time to do weekly laundry. Very impressed with how clean the laundromat is, and how quiet too! Not a lot of guests on a Sunday night, surprisingly, and the A/C worked so good in this Texas heat!!! They have plenty of washers and dryers of all sizes, and they're equipped with credit card readers too in case you're not a change kind of person. Change machine, baskets, coke machine, snack machine, TV and a few kids pinball machines all for your convenience. Just note that they different size washers will be different prices. The smallest washer is $1.75, next is $2.00, next is $3.00, then the industrial sized washers are $4.00 a load. I wasn't careful enough and ended up washing my smallest load of whites into the industrial size, lesson learned! Dryers are all $.25 per every six minutes from what I could tell, I only spent about $1.25 per load for 30min of dryer. Good thing about the industrial sized dryers is that I was able to get five loads of laundry done for $2.50! They also provide laundry service for drop-offs. From what I observed, the attendants were very quick, efficient and also friendly. No rude or ugly attitudes, and you could tell this place has many happy customers! All in all, will be back and make this our weekly laundromat until we purchase a new set :) read more

Today the card readers were having trouble reading MasterCard, but the staff was solution oriented and held my spot while I went out for some quarters. Our washer broke 2 weeks ago while they determined it is unfixable we are piling up with 3 weeks worth of laundry. I couldn't wait until the new one arrived so I found The Laundry Room. Upon entering the assistant greeted me with a smile and showed me how the machines work. I as able to find a machine that fits 4 LOADS at a time! WOW. Sadly I still took up 4 machines lol. Cycle was only 30 min I assume the drying time will be the same. It is super clean and safe. They have folding tables to use and baskets to assist with transferring clothes. I would highly recommend if you need a 1x fix while you are in transition or a weekly stop. read more

I have been giving these people my money for 5 years. I foster a lot of puppies, like litter after litter non stop, so i spend a ton of money on laundry and have to come 3 times a week to keep up with it. It is overpriced but its the closest to my house and is always clean. Over the last year or so I noticed they always have multiple machines out of order and don't have enough machines for everyone as it is sometimes. None of that is really a huge deal. What is a big deal is the employees are always talking on their cell phones and complaining about working. One lady always tries to tell me how to do things I already know how to do. One time I rolled my eyes at her and she knew I was frustrated so instead of laying off she proceeded to nag me and pat me on the back and thank me (not sure what she was even saying thank you for). I'm not autistic but I have a touch sensitivity thing so being touched makes my skin crawl. Ever since then this lady has been real awkward with me. Today I came back to get my clothes and the dryers had stopped working so my clothes were still wet. It threw my schedule with my foster puppies off so I was upset. Not upset with her, just upset. She apparently took offense to this and was like it's not my fault, etc. I said I knew that and just wanted to be left alone. She proceeded to nag at me about every little thing I was doing. I slammed the dryer out of frustration. This angered her. She said I disrespected her and wasn't allowed to come back and I said I didn't want to come back. Well while I was trying to get my things in my car the owners showed up and started yelling at me and said not to come back and I told them I had no interest in giving them my money anymore so they didn't have to worry about that. The male owner stood 2 inches from my car keeping me from getting in which felt very threatening so I told him to get away and let me leave. They then went in and said have a good new years. I was left in shock. I have worked in customer service for many years and clients get upset, you don't threaten them when they get upset. I wasn't even yelling or anything. Their opening hours are early.. They close late just enough for you to get all your loads done. The employees are super nice & are always a pleasure to be around. Their bathrooms are well-kept.
