It wasn't too crowded and I had plenty of room to do my thing. The part that wasn't my favorite... was everything was operated using a specific card from this place. You have to load it with money, no coins, and no credit cards will operate the machines. You cannot get money back off the card if you don't use it all. Some people might like this system, but its not my thing. I had to get help several times because the card wouldn't work. Other than that, it was a nice place and close to gas, food, banking, and 360 highway.

She accepted over 150lbs of smoky and wet clothes without batting an eye. We returned two days later to clothes that smell nice, were soft, and neatly hung or folded Into bags. The value was great. I actually like because your able to do multiple loads in the time it would typically take you to do just one. I never have to wait on machines. Although the weekends are busier than the week days but you'll always have a section of machines available for you to use. From ants and no toilet paper in the bathroom to roaches crawling along the floor to unclean machines, the message being sent is that we don't care about the customer experience. Also, on two separate occasions I have seen bigotry and hate displayed toward diverse white women patrons by the staff. They will smile in their face and then turn around and slander and berate them in Spanish thinking that they didn't understand what they were saying. The owner condones this behavior and covers up for them. Overall, it is a toxic environment for diverse women who aren't Hispanic. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Who needs to be harassed and slandered at a laundromat? There are plenty more around town which embrace diversity and value all of their customers.

It's bad enough having nothing to even watch except the people, but to be sweating like crazy at the same time is too much. As of yesterday, NONE of the dryers accepting cc payments were available to patrons, only staff. Most importantly, if you use your cc, SWIPE IT. Don't tap..that doesn't work. Other than me being unprepared, it was a fine experience. This place was pretty much what you would expect. Not bad if you're in a pinch.
