I'm over an hour and a half into waiting for a normal load to dry- two pairs of jeans in it tops- just tshirts and socks and things otherwise. No reason why it should take this long. I moved it to another machine and it's still having to go longer. Clearly there's a maintenance issue. On top of that now that I e been here longer than necessary, I'm hauling what I have gotten dry and folded and they're already CLOSING AND LOCKING DOORS. My hands are full my car is parked by the door because I have mobility issues as it is. And I get all the way to the door to discover it's inconveniently locked. Now I have to haul everything further for whatever reason. They don't close for another hour. This used to be a pleasant reliable place to go but definitely not now.

It has never felt like this since I've been going up there There was trash along the walls. The trash cans were almost over running and they had a leak on the washer and dryer. I want the washers by the front door and the attendant there that day he just threw down about three towels over the spill and didn't even bother to clean it up right then he went back to what he was doing to me. You need to take care of something like that cause someone could slip and fall well today Friday on Good Friday I went back up there and there was a woman working and it felt so clean in there. She had all the baskets in order they were in their place. The floor was swept up. It just felt like it did when it first opened up, and I thanked her so much for her hard work and told her how much I appreciate her keeping the place so clean.

The first time I dropped it was regular stay home clothes nothing of value was included. I was happy with the service. 2nd return however proved to void my first visit. In my 2nd trip for wash & fold i included a few of my very nice items. And when I came to pick my loads, NONE OF THE NOCE ITEMS WERE IN MY LOADS. This establishment stole 4 of my designer & very vintage dresses. I tried to follow up to no avail. Only let them wash what you can afford to lose! That's what I get for thinking that 1 time dry cleaning was hefty, but at least it's worth it. I'm a dress girl, so this hurt me personally and if I could do zero stars I would. Francis is not very honest!

I was the first one in and first one out- it was empty so it was super easy for me to get in and out. I did the quick wash for 18 mins. I used the change machine and got quarters (however they do have an app that you can download and pay via app for cheaper pricing- $1.99 on app for washer instead of $2.50 for quarters). The man working was really nice and to himself and the place itself was pretty clean and quiet. I didn't feel unsafe or out of place. Overall great ! Will definitely use again if need be !
