I use laundromats like these when I go on vacations, so to find a facility like this is awesome. I came around 8:45 am , which finding out it's open 24/7 is also really great! The machines are very simple to use . The dryers are 25 cents every 5 mins which is not bad at all. The massage chairs actually worked and that was nice to use for 1.50 it lasted awhile which was nice . To begin,…read moreI selected a cold rinse for my clothes in the washers that are $2.25 Once the clothes were done they REEKED and were also BOILING HOT. A pair of shorts came out with a clump of hair on them an another pair of shorts had a ROACH crawling on them. When my husband tried knocking on the owners door to let him know, he got a response through a ring camera and we were basically told too bad so sad. Second, when the owner was actually out of his office we asked why there were no soap suds apparent in the washer. He told us that "it'll get released in the second cycle" the second cycle came and went and the washer was done "washing" and when I looked all my detergent was still there. Hadn't moved at all. Third, this place has a roach problem. Not only in and around the washers but in the seating area and in the kids "play area". Lastly, the floors are DISGUSTING. There is dirt and hair every where! And the floor also has visible screws sticking out and laying around. Save your money and go somewhere else where the owner might actually care to do right for their business and their customer. This place is beyond disgusting.
