They have Lots of machines, all super clean, various sizes and prices, front and top loaders. Several washers are coin operated but there are also some that take credit (towards the back). I used the Extra large machines in the back for some quilt and blankets. The Machines are very simple to use. The wash cycle is 24 minutes. Thankfully for this first time user they have step by step instruction listed right on the machine. The Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes and some take credit as well. Two Large TVs mounted on the wall, soda and candy machine. Another machine with single use laundry items, seemed like reasonable prices. The office had larger bottles of laundry items for sale, not sure of those prices. Workers were helpful, I had some packaging that I could not rip open, went to the office and they cut open the packets for me. This place offers drop off service so some of the workers were busy on those orders. I went in the morning, during the week and maybe 8 people were in there and that's including the workers Would definitely recommend. Only issue I had, is that I was approached twice by a woman who first asked for laundry soap and then came back to ask for money.

Within a few weeks, we were completely overwhelmed, so we did something I had never considered: we sent our laundry out. It seems like such an extravagance, but I was desperate. Maybe we'll just do it this one time, just to get caught back up! After all, sending your laundry out is something people from Highland Park do, haha. Enter Lone Star. We looked online and quickly found Lone Star coming up again and again with consistently positive reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. We took a chance and gave them a call. I was immediately struck by how incredibly friendly and professional they were. Despite three dropped calls, the owner being out of town, and it being a Sunday morning, they made an effort to help us. We shoved everything we could into two 13 gallon trash bags, anxious about cost, and awaited their arrival. The employee who stopped by was so nice and communicative, working through a language barrier to make sure we both understood what was in the bags, when I would be home to receive the delivery, etc. Then came the moment of truth, Lone Star arrived back that evening with our order. Everything was beautiful folded, smelled wonderful, and was intuitively packed. The bill? ~$35. I was just floored. We had been bracing for something in the neighborhood of $50-60, but $35?? Lone Star, you've won customers for as long as we're in the North Dallas area. I'm so impressed. This quality of service FEELS like it should come with a prohibitively steep price tag. Thank you so much for helping our family dig our way out from under a mountain of laundry, and I honestly look forward to the next time I get to call and place an order for pick-up. This place has your regular features like snack/beverage machines, bill-to-bill and bill-to-coin machines & a couple of game machines for the kids. If you don't have coins, you can use the CyclePay app. There is a wash & fold service attached to the store where you can purchase detergent & stuff in case you forgot. I use laundromats like these when I go on vacations, so to find a facility like this is awesome. I find it odd that I'm always having to go to a dirty place to clean my clothes... makes me wonder just how clean my clothes really get. I'm really impressed by how clean it is - from the machines to the floor & bathrooms. This place is great!

Today I had a really bad experience here, in particular with the work attendant "Gloria". I had…read morethree washer machines that I was using, two out of three of those washer machines worked properly. One of the machines that I was using didn't produce any detergent although I used a great amount of detergent. I told the attendant "Gloria" what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and dismissive towards me. She pretty much brushed off the issue that I told her that I was having with the washer machine not cleaning my clothes. I even explained to her how the other washer machine produced soap but this machine in particular didn't. But instead of "Gloria" trying to rectify the situation she simply gave me a big F U! I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. To be honest she shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of disposition. I was highly offended by her service, or lack thereof.

I came around 8:45 am , which finding out it's open 24/7 is also really great! The machines are very simple to use . The dryers are 25 cents every 5 mins which is not bad at all. The massage chairs actually worked and that was nice to use for 1.50 it lasted awhile which was nice . They have an ATM here as well with a service charge of $3.00 which is very low considering most places . Will definitely come back .
