They are always working hard, keeping the facility spotless, and greeting everyone with a genuine smile. Whenever the place gets busy, they handle the rush with total grace and are always willing to help or explain the machines. Doing laundry is usually a chore, but their warm hospitality and excellent service make it a genuinely pleasant experience. Also the dryer say 25 cents but do not dry very well unless you put them on high heat and when I put my clothes in had to use a dollar to even get them remotely dry enough. Will not be coming back. If you don't have coins, you can use the CyclePay app. There is a wash & fold service attached to the store where you can purchase detergent & stuff in case you forgot. I use laundromats like these when I go on vacations, so to find a facility like this is awesome. I find it odd that I'm always having to go to a dirty place to clean my clothes... makes me wonder just how clean my clothes really get. I'm really impressed by how clean it is - from the machines to the floor & bathrooms. This place is great!

Today I had a really bad experience here, in particular with the work attendant "Gloria". I had…read morethree washer machines that I was using, two out of three of those washer machines worked properly. One of the machines that I was using didn't produce any detergent although I used a great amount of detergent. I told the attendant "Gloria" what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and dismissive towards me. She pretty much brushed off the issue that I told her that I was having with the washer machine not cleaning my clothes. I even explained to her how the other washer machine produced soap but this machine in particular didn't. But instead of "Gloria" trying to rectify the situation she simply gave me a big F U! I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. To be honest she shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of disposition. I was highly offended by her service, or lack thereof.

I came around 8:45 am , which finding out it's open 24/7 is also really great! The machines are very simple to use . The dryers are 25 cents every 5 mins which is not bad at all.
