There's a couple of vending machines for snacks, and plenty of washing machine options from small loads to big ones. I like coming here on the weekday after work as it's more quiet and calm. It feels safe coming here, with good lighting and high ceilings (imo better than some of the laundromats at East Arlington....) Machines take quarters and dollar coins, and the dryers are free!

They are Incredibly clean, incredibly large, incredibly inexpensive! I walked in on a Monday morning with two loads. An extremely nice gentleman behind the counter explained to me how things worked, I put money on my card and got to washing. They have washing machines of every size to choose from, which again are very clean. They also include the drying time for you when you purchase the washing?! Who does that? Within a few hours I was in an out. I highly recommend this laundromat as it's the nicest I've been to in a very long time.

Today I had a really bad experience here, in particular with the work attendant "Gloria". One of the machines that I was using didn't produce any detergent although I used a great amount of detergent. I told the attendant "Gloria" what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and dismissive towards me. She pretty much brushed off the issue that I told her that I was having with the washer machine not cleaning my clothes. I even explained to her how the other washer machine produced soap but this machine in particular didn't. But instead of "Gloria" trying to rectify the situation she simply gave me a big F U! I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. To be honest she shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of disposition. I was highly offended by her service, or lack thereof.

However I have to rate 1 star for the biggest reason anyone would go to a laundromat between another. THE PRICE IS BAD! The washer is about a dollar higher than other places. And with all the positives they offer I would totally be willing to pay the extra dollar (adds up when doing a number of loads) but the cloths come out VERY WET. The spin cycle needs to run 3 times as long. So by the time you put the dripping wet cloths in the dryer it takes twice as long to dry as it would have if the washer spin cycle was not shortened. And then you find out the $0.25 dryer gives you about a third the time as every other laundry mat. By the time you pay the extra for the washer and the triple price for the dryer due to the extra high dryer price and the extra wet cloths coming out of the washer. They lost all 5 stars and are stuck with the 1 star due to not having no zero as an option. Over priced and the machines are rigged to Jip you on your time/quality.

When speaking to the owner he says it is written on the washing machine but according to the picture there is no such writing showing this statement anywhere so it is a trick so be careful and push the button before you put your coins in or you will get tricked into paying more money. Also the dryer say 25 cents but do not dry very well unless you put them on high heat and when I put my clothes in had to use a dollar to even get them remotely dry enough. Will not be coming back. Go to DD'S laundry on Frankford & Midway. Better for your time & money, but very crowded because more machines, more people, but worth it!
