They have Lots of machines, all super clean, various sizes and prices, front and top loaders. Several washers are coin operated but there are also some that take credit (towards the back). I used the Extra large machines in the back for some quilt and blankets. The Machines are very simple to use. The wash cycle is 24 minutes. Thankfully for this first time user they have step by step instruction listed right on the machine. The Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes and some take credit as well. Two Large TVs mounted on the wall, soda and candy machine. Another machine with single use laundry items, seemed like reasonable prices. The office had larger bottles of laundry items for sale, not sure of those prices. Workers were helpful, I had some packaging that I could not rip open, went to the office and they cut open the packets for me. This place offers drop off service so some of the workers were busy on those orders. I went in the morning, during the week and maybe 8 people were in there and that's including the workers Would definitely recommend. Only issue I had, is that I was approached twice by a woman who first asked for laundry soap and then came back to ask for money.

I tried to be understanding that accidents happen. I took a few other items in to be cleaned including my only black blazer. When I came in to pick them up my blazer had been lost. I spent the next three months waiting for them to replace it being told they would do so. The blazer I took was a $200 blazer and the owner stated he would not give me $200 to replace it because and I quote "you can go buy a full suit for free that that amount of money." He then attempted to replace my blazer with a blue one from an outlet store he would be able to spend $30 for. When I said no he told me that obviously I needed the money and he would give me the $200 for me to spend on what ever it was I was wanting to buy. It has never felt like this since I've been going up there There was trash along the walls. The trash cans were almost over running and they had a leak on the washer and dryer. I want the washers by the front door and the attendant there that day he just threw down about three towels over the spill and didn't even bother to clean it up right then he went back to what he was doing to me. You need to take care of something like that cause someone could slip and fall well today Friday on Good Friday I went back up there and there was a woman working and it felt so clean in there. She had all the baskets in order they were in their place. The floor was swept up. One of the machines that I was using didn't produce any detergent although I used a great amount of detergent. I told the attendant "Gloria" what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and dismissive towards me. She pretty much brushed off the issue that I told her that I was having with the washer machine not cleaning my clothes. I even explained to her how the other washer machine produced soap but this machine in particular didn't. But instead of "Gloria" trying to rectify the situation she simply gave me a big F U! I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. To be honest she shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of disposition. I was highly offended by her service, or lack thereof.
