I tried to be understanding that accidents happen. I took a few other items in to be cleaned including my only black blazer. When I came in to pick them up my blazer had been lost. I can't speak of the alleged incident on Saturday evening, but the review makes me suspicious of the motive behind the post. My visit here on Saturday afternoon was as pleasant as doing laundry in a laundromat can be. I am told The Laundry Room is inside a former Burger King, and you can see the old drive-thru window around the back side. They use a reloadable card system with machines that accept both cash and debit card. Turn around, and the attendant can give you a receipt if you requested one. When you spend so much money there, you'll receive a credit onto your card. They have several sizes of washers, from two-loaders to six-loaders. But, they are all the more economical front-loaders; there are no top-loaders. There are vending machines in a nook behind the restrooms for snacks and laundry supplies. The restrooms (the men's room anyway) are a bit dark, but are stocked, if only as clean as the last customer to use it left it (for a men's room anyway). My quibble here is that the hand dryer doesn't work very well. There are two sizes of dryers, though in my opinion, no laundromat anywhere on Earth has enough dryers. It's true that this location has a problem with flashing lights, so if you are epileptic you may need to beware, or avoid the front of the store where the ceilings are much higher. Ordinary ladders can't reach the fixtures, so it is probably more economical to wait until several lights are flashing, then rent a scissorlift to replace them all at once. I've been coming here for at least two years now. It is the best laundromat I found in the area since coming to Texas.

I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. They turn on, take your money, spin your clothes around... but produce zero heat. I ran multiple cycles thinking maybe it was just one machine, but no they just eat your quarters and leave your clothes damp. It feels like a complete scam. What made it worse is the overall atmosphere. The place looks run down, and it does not feel safe at night. I was constantly on edge the entire time I was there. Between the lack of cleanliness, broken machines, and sketchy environment, this place honestly needs serious attention or to be shut down. Save your money and go somewhere else even if that means waiting until morning. It is absolutely not worth it.
