So, why would he proceed to clean my jacket if he knew that. My jacket is permanently damaged and unrecoverable. He claims it is not his responsibility and is not required to do anything, even though he admits his staff ruin my jacket.

Unprofessional. Rude. Disrespectful. Please read my review fully…read more I used to be very happy with this place but after a burnt dress shirt I was a little upset. I tried to be understanding that accidents happen. I took a few other items in to be cleaned including my only black blazer. When I came in to pick them up my blazer had been lost. I spent the next three months waiting for them to replace it being told they would do so. The blazer I took was a $200 blazer and the owner stated he would not give me $200 to replace it because and I quote "you can go buy a full suit for free that that amount of money." He then attempted to replace my blazer with a blue one from an outlet store he would be able to spend $30 for. When I said no he told me that obviously I needed the money and he would give me the $200 for me to spend on what ever it was I was wanting to buy. When I picked up the check he stood there holding the check saying he "believes in karma and I will get what is coming to me."

What used to be a reasonable expense for maintaining my wardrobe has now become a significant financial burden. Just recently, I paid $10 per piece of clothing to be dry cleaned. While I understand that costs can rise due to various factors, the increases year after year have been staggering. It feels like every time I visit, I'm hit with another price hike that makes me question whether I can continue to afford their services. I appreciate the quality of their work and the convenience they provide, but at this rate, I need to explore other options. It's disappointing to see a long-standing relationship with a business I once trusted turn into a struggle to justify the costs. I hope they reconsider their pricing strategy, as I would love to continue supporting them, but the current rates are simply unsustainable.

I used to love this place and would plan to bring big loads to do during my travels but tonight is…read morethe final straw. I'm over an hour and a half into waiting for a normal load to dry- two pairs of jeans in it tops- just tshirts and socks and things otherwise. No reason why it should take this long. I moved it to another machine and it's still having to go longer. Clearly there's a maintenance issue. On top of that now that I e been here longer than necessary, I'm hauling what I have gotten dry and folded and they're already CLOSING AND LOCKING DOORS. My hands are full my car is parked by the door because I have mobility issues as it is. And I get all the way to the door to discover it's inconveniently locked. Now I have to haul everything further for whatever reason. They don't close for another hour. This used to be a pleasant reliable place to go but definitely not now.

Hi everyone normally I don't leave reviews but I feel like the owner needs to know this last Sunday…read morethe 12th I was at their facility around 3 o'clock and it was busy true but I could not get over how dirty the place felt and looked. It has never felt like this since I've been going up there There was trash along the walls. The trash cans were almost over running and they had a leak on the washer and dryer. I want the washers by the front door and the attendant there that day he just threw down about three towels over the spill and didn't even bother to clean it up right then he went back to what he was doing to me. You need to take care of something like that cause someone could slip and fall well today Friday on Good Friday I went back up there and there was a woman working and it felt so clean in there. She had all the baskets in order they were in their place. The floor was swept up. It just felt like it did when it first opened up, and I thanked her so much for her hard work and told her how much I appreciate her keeping the place so clean.
