This place is great. Came in on Friday around 1pm. Only $3.99 for ties when the place down the street (Martinizing) charges $7.99 per tie. I had brought in 2 vests as well and had to change my mind on one bc this order wouldn't be ready in time. The super friendly Latina lady, who's name I didn't catch, pressed it for me for free right then and there so I'd have it ready for tomorrow literally in 3 minutes. So I used a cleaner thats about 1.5 miles away from my place but this place was so much closer, so I decided to try this place. Overall it was okay..... but one problem I had was that they broke my buttons but they dont fix them or replace them. I had to ask them several times to replace them. (Button brakes due to the machine press they have) Also, one time they ripped my shirt which was understandable since that shirt was like 1-2 yrs old but they came back and told me it was already ripped prior to cleaning which was false, I can smell the detergent on my shirt. Owners are very nice and did a great job on my Tux. Had a very short window to get my Tux cleaned as I was accepting an award that night and they got it done. Looks like there was a lot of false reviews as you can tell they were left at the same time frame and they all liked each other's review. Having tried two other cleaners first, i wouldn't trade this business for any other. They're polite, Natalie at the front remembers you and they are consistently perfect in their execution. One visit is all it took. Sometimes the little things matter the most. And when the gentleman saw me with my hands full coming from the car, he generously opened and held the door. And this was only a matter of minutes before closing. Yet still took the time to get everything just right. That was my first experience. I've already been back twice since. I'm not one who usually leaves reviews, but this business definitely deserves it. The owner/manager is a person who genuinely cares about his customers. From the first time I took a suit, he helped me out by having it ready same day. Granted I took it first thing when they opened but delivered as promised. Just recently, I needed a uniform ready rather quickly, I dropped it off on Friday afternoon, and it was ready bright and early Monday morning. Really saved me at work. Pretty awful in all respects, really. I had a suit cleaned here and the jacket looked great, but the pants hadn't been cleaned but were pressed. There were stains still on the seat of the pants. I travelled with the suit and got to my event and didn't have a clean suit to wear. My wife had a pair of pants with an attachable belt dry cleaned as well. They lost the belt and have "been looking for it" for about two weeks. I went back to pick up my pants after I had them reclean them, and they still haven't found my wife's belt. The manager said he needed two more days to miraculously find the belt. Sounds more like they have no interest in correcting their mistake. Inexcusable. Pretty much the baseline things you need to do as a dry cleaner, these people are incapable of doing. read more

I have dry cleaned multiple times here and have gotten very sub par results. At first I thought it could just have been the pants, maybe didn't look at them closely enough the first time. But they come back worse. The belt line has these scuff-like white burn marks, and they're littered through out parts of the pants. I had some of my favorite suits cleaned as well, and it's like they exfoliated the belt lining. It was smooth before. The material is from overseas. You'd think they'd be familiar with more than 1 way to dry clean. I bring this up with the owner, and he tells me it's my belt that did this? My belt, really? Just be warned, if your clothes come out with stains and damages you've been warned. Don't be tricked by their modern gimmicks, like texting you when your stuff is ready. Find a place that does a good job for a reasonable price, and actually owns up to their mistakes. read more

Eccellent prices, do a really good job and provide clean and well finished clothes in a timely manner.

These folks do great work; they are fast and friendly, and charge me about 40% less than what I was paying at my previous cleaner. Never had a problem with them getting stains out, and the guy's shirts are always perfectly pressed. The only thing I'd want to change is that there is a lot of extra 'debris' with every order I pick up: clear plastic collar shapers, plastic clips on the dress shirt sleeves, and paper tags through the button holes, all of which get thrown away and go into the landfill. But other than that, I've found their work to be perfect and I'll keep using them, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, no-frills dry cleaner in the Coppell area. read more

Wonderful customer service, quick turn-around. Took a bag of "whites" in to be made white again... received everything back looking brand new. They were even able to make an almost 20 year old white dress look like I just brought it home. (No other cleaner has been able to do this) Will be using them as long as I have dry-cleaning. read more

Horrible customer service!!!!! I work in Coppell and was looking for a cleaners that was close to my office. I stopped by this location around 12pm and waited for about 5mins at the front counter and no one came to wait on me. I opened the front door so the door chime would chime again ( hoping to get someone's attention ) and waited at the front counter for another 5mins or so and still no one. As I was walking out one of the employees was walking in and clearly saw me walking out with unlaundered clothes and didn't even ask me if I need any help. So I took my business down the road. My experience with Neat Dry Clean has been very poor . They are conveniently located for me so i tried them several times - even giving them the benefit of the doubt several times. But now i cant deal with the poor service and have moved my business elsewhere. Here is a summary: - Dry cleaning is OK to bad - missing buttons, stains not removed, crumpled shirts are all part of my experience here - Text message notification - is a hit or miss. I have been told that my dry clean order is ready and when i go there it is not. Also sometimes there is no text indicator when the order is ready. Its a complete waste - Pricing - they charge premium compared to others nearby but their prices are all over the place. Sometimes i am charged one amount for a particular clothing item other times a different amount. - Very rude front desk - there is no concept of lines here. Who they know gets greeted and served first Coppell has so many different options - try a different one. Give this one a pass. read more

Strongly do not recommend using this business. My experience: Six weeks ago, we brought our brand new white fur rug and entrusted this company to clean. Our friends dog had a little accident on the rug and it was an oops. When we brought it in, they clearly stated they wouldn't be able to clean it, they wanted to be careful but they would send it to a different company that they pair with to clean it. Great! So we thought. It would be 3-4 weeks. Sure, no problem - our rug would be cleaned! So about 6 weeks later, I call the cleaners because well I've never received a call. I call them, the man on the other line says, "oh we've had your rug for weeks now and didn't think we had to call. But it's ready to go". Um ... okay, a little annoying, but hey! Our rug is clean. Today I go to pick it up. Take a look at the rug, and it had never even been touched or cleaned. At all. I asked them, so how was this cleaned? Nobody could tell me. I asked was it sent off as we were told? No it wasn't the employee said. I continued to voice my concern that it's very obvious nobody has even touched it. So she tells me to leave it again and somebody will do it. Um, negative. So I told them that I was disappointed and at this point I would rather take it to be cleaned somewhere else. She says, "if you take it, you need to pay for it"..... Wait, what!!!!!!? I ended up having to call the owner, express my concern after having gone back and forth with two employees. Finally, he agreed to take it after I reminded him of my rights as a consumer. I'm not sure if this happens often with this company, but be aware. I certainly will not use them again. And I'm very disappointed in the service, the questioning and flat out refusal to give me my possessions. And it was an overall embarrassing position to be in. read more

I cant say they are the cheapest in town but their pricing is certainly fair, not anywhere near the most expensive. Absolutely great place for dry cleaning but I can't recommend them for alterations of any kind. They did a less than fabulous job on some pants I took to them. The manager/owner spent far too much time pretending there was no issue before finally agreeing the length was wrong and offering to fix them. I didn't appreciate so much debate about a clear and obvious problem so I just took the pants somewhere else. They were never rude to me. They're actually very nice folks. Again, always an excellent job on my dry cleaning. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with alterations. If you just need dry cleaning, give them a shot. read more
