Neat Dryclean - Ruined our brand new comforter. First time taking it to get washed and picked it up all ripped. - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Coppell, Texas

I have used them since 2013, when we moved to Coppell. This is a family run business, they are involved in the community, and the owners are very nice. Everyone in the store greets you by name when you come in and they provide both a professional and quality service at a fair price. I would not go anywhere else. read more

This place is great. Came in on Friday around 1pm. Only $3.99 for ties when the place down the street (Martinizing) charges $7.99 per tie. I had brought in 2 vests as well and had to change my mind on one bc this order wouldn't be ready in time. The super friendly Latina lady, who's name I didn't catch, pressed it for me for free right then and there so I'd have it ready for tomorrow literally in 3 minutes. I will definitely be back. read more

This place put several holes into my shirt. Refused to pay and offered to patch the holes but told me they won't look like new. The manager is very rude and told me they don't fix or pay for issues like this. She also hung up in my face several times. The manager and owner are never there. They told me i was getting a refund for the service and I never got it. Leslie the manager spent hours trying to taunt me and say the shirt was fake when I tried to show proof she refused and said they would read more

So I used a cleaner thats about 1.5 miles away from my place but this place was so much closer, so I decided to try this place. Overall it was okay..... but one problem I had was that they broke my buttons but they dont fix them or replace them. I had to ask them several times to replace them. (Button brakes due to the machine press they have) Also, one time they ripped my shirt which was understandable since that shirt was like 1-2 yrs old but they came back and told me it was already ripped prior to cleaning which was false, I can smell the detergent on my shirt. Its okay to damage the shirt but be honest about it read more

No frills dry cleaning. They were able to get the Hennessy out of my white dress shirt at a low cost. Pretty happy with this place

Owners are very nice and did a great job on my Tux. Had a very short window to get my Tux cleaned as I was accepting an award that night and they got it done. Looks like there was a lot of false reviews as you can tell they were left at the same time frame and they all liked each other's review. Shame that people put this business down as I have nothing but positives from it. read more

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my clothes them ruining my clothes and Leslie the manager said that was non of her concern and hung up in my face! Tried to resolve the issue but she wouldn't take my calls. Her father even admitted that they ruined my clothes, but she wouldn't let him talk anymore! Don't go to this establishment! They also have rats that chew holes in clothes. read more

Neat Dry Clean offers excellent cleaning, kind service, on-time work and excellent ironing and folding. They're fairly priced too. Having tried two other cleaners first, i wouldn't trade this business for any other. They're polite, Natalie at the front remembers you and they are consistently perfect in their execution. I feel very fortunate to have this business in Coppell. read more

I LOVE the Charlie Pham Family owned & operated NEAT Dry Cleaners on the corner of Sandy Lake & Denton Tap Roads. I just had an exceptional experience I wanted to share. My outdoor patio furniture cushions were mildewed & lightly stained. Neat Dry Cleaners dry cleaned them & did a fabulous job!!!!!!! My cushions look almost new! LOVE LOVE LOVE all my friends at Neat Cleaners! read more

Neat does a wonderful job! Everything I have taken with spots has been removed from tablecloths to mattress topper! Very nice people! Excellent dry cleaners! read more

One visit is all it took. Sometimes the little things matter the most. And when the gentleman saw me with my hands full coming from the car, he generously opened and held the door. And this was only a matter of minutes before closing. Yet still took the time to get everything just right. That was my first experience. I've already been back twice since. In terms of the finished product - I couldn't be happier. They got some pretty dingy items looking brand new. read more

I'm not one who usually leaves reviews, but this business definitely deserves it. The owner/manager is a person who genuinely cares about his customers. From the first time I took a suit, he helped me out by having it ready same day. Granted I took it first thing when they opened but delivered as promised. Just recently, I needed a uniform ready rather quickly, I dropped it off on Friday afternoon, and it was ready bright and early Monday morning. Really saved me at work. Owner/manager is a true businessman who cares for his customers. He's got a customer for life now. read more

Terrible service, destroys designer, and machine washes all clothes! Steer clear of this establishment!!

Pretty awful in all respects, really. I had a suit cleaned here and the jacket looked great, but the pants hadn't been cleaned but were pressed. There were stains still on the seat of the pants. I travelled with the suit and got to my event and didn't have a clean suit to wear. My wife had a pair of pants with an attachable belt dry cleaned as well. They lost the belt and have "been looking for it" for about two weeks. I went back to pick up my pants after I had them reclean them, and they still haven't found my wife's belt. The manager said he needed two more days to miraculously find the belt. Sounds more like they have no interest in correcting their mistake. Inexcusable. Pretty much the baseline things you need to do as a dry cleaner, these people are incapable of doing. read more

Worst dry cleaner experience you will ever have in your life. Several shirts were ruined that I'll never be able to were again. But not only did they ruin the shirts they refused to compensate me or fix them. You can believe I'll never be back.... smh read more

I have dry cleaned multiple times here and have gotten very sub par results. At first I thought it could just have been the pants, maybe didn't look at them closely enough the first time. But they come back worse. The belt line has these scuff-like white burn marks, and they're littered through out parts of the pants. I had some of my favorite suits cleaned as well, and it's like they exfoliated the belt lining. It was smooth before. The material is from overseas. You'd think they'd be familiar with more than 1 way to dry clean. I bring this up with the owner, and he tells me it's my belt that did this? My belt, really? Just be warned, if your clothes come out with stains and damages you've been warned. Don't be tricked by their modern gimmicks, like texting you when your stuff is ready. Find a place that does a good job for a reasonable price, and actually owns up to their mistakes. read more

I am disgusted with this establishment. Not only did my clothes have holes in them when I received them back, but ink stains as well. The way I was talked to was not only racist, but I was talked to like I was stupid. I paid a ton of money for these items for my clothes to come back RUINED. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! read more

Eccellent prices, do a really good job and provide clean and well finished clothes in a timely manner.

These folks do great work; they are fast and friendly, and charge me about 40% less than what I was paying at my previous cleaner. Never had a problem with them getting stains out, and the guy's shirts are always perfectly pressed. The only thing I'd want to change is that there is a lot of extra 'debris' with every order I pick up: clear plastic collar shapers, plastic clips on the dress shirt sleeves, and paper tags through the button holes, all of which get thrown away and go into the landfill. But other than that, I've found their work to be perfect and I'll keep using them, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, no-frills dry cleaner in the Coppell area. read more

Please DO NOT bring your items here. They will damage your property and show no remorse about it. They are very rude and inconsiderate. Imagine taking your $200 short to get dry cleaned and it's ends up with holes and stains ???? I just don't understand logically how something like that can happen. I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS AND I WANT TO WARN YOU ALL TO NOT GO HERE EITHER. They will severely DAMAGE your belongings. Management was not trained in customer service at all. I wish I could leave zero stars on this review ! read more

Best cleaners in the DFW area. Customer service is top notch. They always go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of. When I needed a quick turnaround on an alteration they made it happen. Pricing is superb. Can't say enough about how well they've treated me as a customer. read more

Horrible customer service!!!!! I work in Coppell and was looking for a cleaners that was close to my office. I stopped by this location around 12pm and waited for about 5mins at the front counter and no one came to wait on me. I opened the front door so the door chime would chime again ( hoping to get someone's attention ) and waited at the front counter for another 5mins or so and still no one. As I was walking out one of the employees was walking in and clearly saw me walking out with unlaundered clothes and didn't even ask me if I need any help. So I took my business down the road. I hope this location treats their current customers better than they do any potential new customers. ******Really disliked having to give this location 1 star to be able to post the review********* read more

Wonderful customer service, quick turn-around. Took a bag of "whites" in to be made white again... received everything back looking brand new. They were even able to make an almost 20 year old white dress look like I just brought it home. (No other cleaner has been able to do this) Will be using them as long as I have dry-cleaning. read more

Greatest dry cleaners ever. This is a family owned business and they are very attentive and detailed with the garments you drop off. The owners are there early enough to drop off clothes before work and ready for pick up after work. read more

Just moved to Texas and this is the first dry cleaners I went to and I'm very satisfied. They took very good care of my things. I am most pleased with how well they cleaned my blouse with a jeweled collar. Prices were reasonable as well. Overall, I am happy and will return. read more

My experience with Neat Dry Clean has been very poor . They are conveniently located for me so i tried them several times - even giving them the benefit of the doubt several times. But now i cant deal with the poor service and have moved my business elsewhere. Here is a summary: - Dry cleaning is OK to bad - missing buttons, stains not removed, crumpled shirts are all part of my experience here - Text message notification - is a hit or miss. I have been told that my dry clean order is ready and when i go there it is not. Also sometimes there is no text indicator when the order is ready. Its a complete waste - Pricing - they charge premium compared to others nearby but their prices are all over the place. Sometimes i am charged one amount for a particular clothing item other times a different amount. - Very rude front desk - there is no concept of lines here. Who they know gets greeted and served first Coppell has so many different options - try a different one. Give this one a pass. read more

Quick work, good quality. I also really appreciated the text update on my order when it was ready! It was a little pricy, and I wish they had the price on the order ticket at drop-off, but I will be back! read more

Strongly do not recommend using this business. My experience: Six weeks ago, we brought our brand new white fur rug and entrusted this company to clean. Our friends dog had a little accident on the rug and it was an oops. When we brought it in, they clearly stated they wouldn't be able to clean it, they wanted to be careful but they would send it to a different company that they pair with to clean it. Great! So we thought. It would be 3-4 weeks. Sure, no problem - our rug would be cleaned! So about 6 weeks later, I call the cleaners because well I've never received a call. I call them, the man on the other line says, "oh we've had your rug for weeks now and didn't think we had to call. But it's ready to go". Um ... okay, a little annoying, but hey! Our rug is clean. Today I go to pick it up. Take a look at the rug, and it had never even been touched or cleaned. At all. I asked them, so how was this cleaned? Nobody could tell me. I asked was it sent off as we were told? No it wasn't the employee said. I continued to voice my concern that it's very obvious nobody has even touched it. So she tells me to leave it again and somebody will do it. Um, negative. So I told them that I was disappointed and at this point I would rather take it to be cleaned somewhere else. She says, "if you take it, you need to pay for it"..... Wait, what!!!!!!? I ended up having to call the owner, express my concern after having gone back and forth with two employees. Finally, he agreed to take it after I reminded him of my rights as a consumer. I'm not sure if this happens often with this company, but be aware. I certainly will not use them again. And I'm very disappointed in the service, the questioning and flat out refusal to give me my possessions. And it was an overall embarrassing position to be in. read more

I really like this place. The price is good and never messed up an order. They also text you when your clothes are ready for pickup, and pretty fast to boot! read more

Completely satisfied with the quality of dry cleaning and alteration services offered here. Turnaround time is quick, staff is efficient and upbeat. I switched from comet cleaners across the street to Neat a few months ago, I only wish I had done it sooner! read more

I just moved here from NC. I tried a few dry cleaners in the area. I wanted to check price and service etc. These folks win hands down. Professional, friendly, quality work. I cant say they are the cheapest in town but their pricing is certainly fair, not anywhere near the most expensive. Combine that with the friendly and fast service and this is the one I use now. read more

Awesome. Very friendly service. In at 10:00 AM, ready by 4:30 PM. Couldn't believe the price. 10$ for a suit and shirt. I also like the text message notifications. read more

Absolutely great place for dry cleaning but I can't recommend them for alterations of any kind. They did a less than fabulous job on some pants I took to them. The manager/owner spent far too much time pretending there was no issue before finally agreeing the length was wrong and offering to fix them. I didn't appreciate so much debate about a clear and obvious problem so I just took the pants somewhere else. They were never rude to me. They're actually very nice folks. Again, always an excellent job on my dry cleaning. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with alterations. If you just need dry cleaning, give them a shot. read more

Great dry cleaner. I have been using them for about 1 1/2 years now since first moving to the area. They are also really great with minor repairs and alterations. I have been able to keep my clothes longer and avoid the need to buy so many new work clothes because they do such a great job with repairs! read more
