I didn't want to take my heavy winter comforter just anywhere to have it cleaned before storing it away for the summer. It's too precious to me, a comforter in the true sense of the word! So, when I searched for dry cleaners in the area and saw that Bizz cleaners seemed to please my fellow Yelpers, I figured they were trustworthy. I dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon and roughly 48 hours later, on Friday, they sent me a text that it was ready to be picked up. They do offer a free pick up and delivery service if you spend a certain amount, but I didn't take advantage of it this time. Next time I definitely will. The person at the front counter, presumably the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. I can see why she has been mentioned in other reviews. The only thing preventing me from giving them a 5 star rating was the price. It was already a little steep to begin with. Then, after an initially undisclosed "environmental tax" was added on to my bill, it brought it up even higher to nearly $70. read more

I used to come to this cleaner multiple times. Recently I discovered I was overcharged. The owner apologized and promised it wouldn't happen again. Then I caught them again with overcharging me. He then ripped up the receipt. He refunded the difference. I just thought to myself.. how long has this been going on? I'll never return to this cleaner. read more

On 11/29/2022 I picked up dry cleaning from the Hickory Creek store. My wife and I had clothes cleaned for a vacation that we took over the Christmas holidays. When we were on this vacation we discovered that nine of my wife's outfits had been faded or shrunk by this business. Several of the outfits were brand new and my wife never got a chance to wear them. Several outfits came back shrunk, her black outfits were faded to grey. We took the clothes back to the store, the employee told us the manager would call that day or the next. Never got any phone call. I sent an email to the company explaining the situation, still no one contacted me. I returned to the store today, the employee told me Bizz did not clean those clothes because they were on the wrong hangers. Those clothes were packed in a suitcase, and when we returned from vacation we put them on whatever hangers we had in the house. Not only did Bizz damage the clothes they are denying they did so on the basis of some hangers. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. After I posted negative reviews on Yelp and Google the manager decided to call me, she identified herself as Tina Ali. I have never encountered such a loud rude business manager. She said several times that the hangers on the clothes I returned were on the wrong hangers, so their business could not have cleaned my clothes. We had to explain once again that the clothes were packed in a suitcase and then put back onto whatever hangers we had in the house. At least three times she accused me of gaining weight which was why my clothes no longer fit. When she acknowledged the cleaners made a mistake I started recording the conversation. Finally she aggreed to give me a $200 store credit. She admitted to her guilt but she wants me to bring more clothes for her to ruin. I don't know if that makes sense to you, but it sounds really stupid to me. read more

November 22, 2018: This is a placeholder rating while I try to get someone from Polo Cleaners to contact me about how I can pick up my clothes before a month-long overseas trip in two days. I leave on Saturday, Nov. 24, and the owners took a 4-day weekend without leaving any way to contact them after-hours, or any way to leave a voicemail message. No social media account either that I can try to contact them by. Worst customer service ever. Does not respond to questions, confrontational, and lacked professionalism. They have credit card pictures of acceptance on the front door, but does not like to accept them because it cost them too much. First time and last time here. These people are horrible. I picked up my dry cleaning and when I got home I realized a pair of pants was missing. I went back to the cleaners and was told the manager would contact me. I called back 5 more times with no response. I never got my pants. These people were rude and very unprofessional. read more

Can't speak for other reviews but my experience was exceptional and always has been since my friends told me about these guys. Extremely nice family owns it and I wouldn't have known had the wife and mother been so nice. Lighten up a little, people. With so many customers, I assume there will be busy times, so just because they don't offer you a cocktail, don't assume their business isn't good. You're not there for entertainment. You're just picking up dry cleaning. And they're busting their butts to get it to you. And when a half dozen people get there at once, it's going to be busy. I live where YOU live. If you can't handle someone 10 times busier than you'll ever be for the rest of your life, then send your butler. It's just laundry, but it's also human beings, no better or worse than you. Give people a break sometimes. You'll want and need the same from someone else one day, trust me. read more

As long as you don't have any issues with the clothes that are laundered at this location, you are fine. The moment you take something back to them for the job not done right, then the other side comes out. Not only you will be charged again for the job not done right, you will also get a very crappy facial expression from the lady. One of the worst customer experiences I have seen.
