We have used the Dry Clean Super Center for years and been satisfied with the service. However, they recently ruined a pair of pants because they cleaned them in a load where another customer's clothing had an ink pen. They told us they would reclean them to get the ink out. When we picked up the pants they gave them to us without telling us they didn't get all the ink out. When we took them back, the woman working the counter actually told us that we should have checked them. Mistakes happen. We understand that. But you need to make them right or pay for the damages, not blame the customer because your staff member didn't check pockets and left an ink pen in the load. After writing my initial review, we met with the manager on Monday. He was very apologetic and offered to pay for the pants either in cash or account credit. Worst cleaners ever!!! Bottoms gone, elastic waist ruined, lace & leather ruined. Don't bother calling or trying to get items repaired. No one is ever available to help. Using local businesses is preferable when possible. However, the Dry Clean Super Center is not a viable option. Dry cleaning is a weekly service I have used for 18 years, and this is the WORST experience I have ever had. First issue: they attempted to get a stain out of my dress shirt, which was 90% successful. When I inspected the shirt, they offered to keep it to try again which was appreciated. However, when I returned to retrieve my shirt they said they didn't have it because it was picked up. It was NOT. However, on the receipt, they had the shirt with the suit I picked up when they offered to keep it again. I suppose it was my fault I didn't get a separate receipt. After I insisted they look for it, the manager took all of 5 seconds looking in the back for it only to return to say they didn't have it. Second issue: After my wife picked up a pair of slacks and suit from the cleaners, I inspected it to find - THEY HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED - just plastic put over the top and the hangers, that I had dropped them off with, wire-tied together. (Have you ever seen slacks that had been cleaned that still have wrinkles behind the knees? - see pic) What I received by trying a local cleaner: A stolen Brooks Brothers Dress Shirt and the stolen money for a service that was not completed. read more

I really liked the staff They know us by sight and are very helpful. Until about 3 weeks ago. I went to pick up a dress shirt that I planned to wear They came out with a shirt they immediately recognized as by being mine. Told me they would call back that afternoon when they found it. I did not here from them for 5 days so I called. Still not found. A week later they said they must have given the shirt to someone else and they are waiting for them to find out that it is by their shirt. Asked me to wait two more weeks. Manager wanted to give me dry cleaning credit. I said no. I will bring you the receipt for an identical shirt from Dillards as I need the shirt. If you find mine I will reimburse you. So I ordered a new shirt and will take the invoice in on Monday. It this is resolved I may raise my rating. They have several new people and I hope that is the mixup. read more

I have used this cleaners several times since moving to Denton and always been happy. Until now. I ordered a new wool coat that came with the packing wrinkles and asked that they steam them out for me. The day after picking up the coat, I took it out of the bag and they had pressed it, not steamed, and put a horrible permanent crease down each sleeve. Also, areas that were fine before had new puckers. I was sick to have a ruined coat that hasn't even been worn. I ended up taking it to another cleaners that said it had been done "the easy way, but not the right way". Now I'm praying this new cleaner can get that awful crease out of the sleeves and fix what wasn't wrong before. I don't know if they have changed owners or just don't care, but I certainly won't entrust anything else to them. read more

This is a very good dry cleaners. It's right off of 377 so it's easy to get to. They have a drive through for extreme convenience and made things much quicker. The thing that I appreciated most was that while the girl was checking in my clothes, the owner came to the window, shook my hand, introduced himself, and thanked me for my business. It was very impressive that he took the time to do that. The other staff was very friendly also. I was in and out pretty quick. Picking up the clothes was the same. Nice and easy. The only thing to remember is that you have to prepay when you drop your clothes off. Not a big deal but I had accidentally left without my wallet. They were gracious enough to break the rules and offered to let me pay when I pick up. This is now my go-to cleaners! read more

I have used this business several times for simple cleanings of blouses and a parka. I havent had any problems and staff is very nice.

We just moved to Argyle. I am a business professional and wear suit and tie almost everyday of my life. I have used this place twice. The first time, my suit came back without a front button. The second time, all of my dress shirts have a strange imprint on them. When I called to inform them of this, the manager stated that it was normal and that I didn't ask for hand finish. I thought the whole point of a dry cleaner was to make sure your shirts are pressed and wrinkle free. Not here. Zero customer service. What a shame read more

Up till now everything's been OK. I took a two-piece suit in to have dry cleaned in early September. During my last three drop off's and pick ups I have asked about the suit. I was told that it was picked up in May. That was a different suit entirely. I was told last week that the owner would call me. He or she didn't. I have called multiple times without even an answer. Caution: This WAS my favorite dry cleaner for years, it was fast, folks very helpful & kind, convenient in and out, never a problem until recently. It all changed overnight. How so? Someone has begun experimenting with my bespoke suits and dress shirts...my shirts are French cuffed. How'd they turn out? Let's just Say the button holes for the cuff links don't come close to lining up! They've begun doing something weird with the color as well. Shirts are a mess. It gets Worse, and this is the concerning part....all of the sudden, from out of nowhere they've begun ironing the lapels of my Suit Jackets as flat as possible and it seems, going out of their way to press lapels so flat that knives edges appear. If that's what you like, this is your place...they crease each Lapel extra pointy! shouldn't employees working in a dry cleaner know some basic dos and donts? One doesn't burn creases into lapels! One "ROLLS" the lapel and does not even THINK about CREASING lapels! The owner or manager doesn't appear To be too concerned...he should have caught this WAY before now. It might be wise to entrust expensive garments to a professional establishment with quality control procedures and the desired repeatable processes in place. It wasn't a 1 time event sadly. I had a couple of bags in for cleaning, weeks apart. Both orders had the "lapels sharpened". ‍ incidentally, I tried calling manager before posting this review and the voice mail Box was full.
