When we picked up the pants they gave them to us without telling us they didn't get all the ink out. When we took them back, the woman working the counter actually told us that we should have checked them. Mistakes happen. We understand that. But you need to make them right or pay for the damages, not blame the customer because your staff member didn't check pockets and left an ink pen in the load. After writing my initial review, we met with the manager on Monday. He was very apologetic and offered to pay for the pants either in cash or account credit. That is the response I expected and saved a customer. Thank you.

I dropped off my clothing on a Monday and was able to pick it up on a Wednesday w/o issue. I unfortunately, do not know their regular prices. I used a coupon form the back of a Tom Thumb receipt. They accepted the coupon when I dropped off my clothing. The most important part about all this is yes, my clothing was clean on pick up. I dropped off a suit jacket, two pairs of pants and my wife's skirt. Everything looked great when I picked them up. I will be using them (with a coupon) in for my future dry cleaning needs.
