Worst dry cleaner I've seen. They ruined several of my shirts and 2 pairs of pants. They offered to have them re-cleaned and pressed. This didn't solve the problem whatsoever. I took the clothes back to them to "fix" many times. They failed to fix my clothes each time. Eventually I gave up wasting time and gas going back with no result. I finally asked to have a reimbursement of the fabrics at 75% of value as they were less than six months old and they refused. The male owner was so rude as to interrupt you whenever you try answer a question he asks you. You can't get anything in to explain your situation. His wife kept saying all sorts of irrelevant things about the issues of the fabrics which was 100% unrelated. I have never had any issue with any dry cleaner in my life. I've had the same clothes, that they ruined, cleaned at other places prior to taking it to them with zero issues. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! Ink stained a pair of suit pants and took absolutely NO responsibility!!! I came in to get a regular dry cleaning for my brothers suit pants, came back twice each time they said it would be ready, wasn't ready and a week later they then told me they were waiting for a special chemical to clean the pants when I come in to pick them up.. why do you need a special chemical to dry clean?Didn't call me once to tell me there is a stain or anything clearly because they are trying to cover something up. Took it to another drycleaner who immediately identified it as an ink load and said that it very obviously occurred at this dry cleaners. The owners were defensive, rude, cursing and arguing with me over the phone when I brought forward this issue to him and his wife. Goodbye to my brothers $500 suit and goodbye to me as a customer. read more

My wife took her clothes for routine dry cleaning and was given no check tag. They don't use them. Two weeks later, she returned for her clothes only to find out that they had been given to someone else. We asked to speak to the owner, but of course, no owner, or manager was there. They would call us. Three days later, no call. My wife went back in and was told that she had picked up her clothes. They said that there is no way she didn't pick them up, the owner told my wife the clothes were in our closet at home. Nope. The owner said she could view the surveillance tape. Ok, we'll wait. Of course, she couldn't do it right then. The owner said that the business is not responsible for my wife's clothes and that they never make errors in passing customers back their clothes. In 15 years, that has never happened, then called my wife a liar. OK, you win this round. Never again will you get our business. read more
