However,…read morethey recently ruined a pair of pants because they cleaned them in a load where another customer's clothing had an ink pen. They told us they would reclean them to get the ink out. When we picked up the pants they gave them to us without telling us they didn't get all the ink out. When we took them back, the woman working the counter actually told us that we should have checked them. Mistakes happen. We understand that. But you need to make them right or pay for the damages, not blame the customer because your staff member didn't check pockets and left an ink pen in the load. After writing my initial review, we met with the manager on Monday. He was very apologetic and offered to pay for the pants either in cash or account credit. Not only do they have very large washing machines but the dryers are free. The service staff that was on site were basically miracle workers. If you come to this place on the weekend during the daytime, it is extremely packed. The parking is kind of limited but it is all their parking space. I was in and out with my entire house washed and dried within 2 hours. I was able to get back home put everything up and continue my day.

Additionally, they keep it at like 85 degrees in there which in Texas, feels insane. I'm sorry!
