Twice damaged. Had a white suit took it to be cleaned. Came back blue. Had to purchase a new suit. They said it was an accident so silly me I tried them again. Guess what. My white suit is blue again. These store doesn't care about the material or the item. Use at own risk. I should have learned from my first experience but I didn't. I've had a few issues here before, like items not being ready when they said they would or not receiving my entire order and having to go back and find the missing pieces, but I understand current workforce issues so I always let it slide. I dropped off clothing yesterday and said I need to pick them up tomorrow. She said OK, and gave me my claim check. I went to pick them up just before they closed and they said they won't be ready till Monday. It was the same woman and I reminded her that I said I needed this order today. She said they were at the other location and I should go over there to pick them up. I told her I couldn't make it before 7 PM, so please call the other location and ask them to stay until I arrived, she looked like a dear in headlights and stepped away. Then the manager came out and said they would not be ready until Monday. They did not get sorted last night because some woman there didn't finish sorting and I had to wait until Monday to get my clothing. I am leaving town early tomorrow, which is why I needed to get them today. The manager said she had been gone a few days, not sure why that mattered, but neither of them made ANY EFFORT AT ALL to offer assistance except they said, 'we'll give you a discount'. I had clothing I had to have for a work trip. The could not have cared less, or offer any help in making things right. They said my clothes were at the other location and they had not been cleaned. I told them to call the other location and tell them I was in my way to get my clothes. They both disappeared for a few minutes and then came back with the pile of my dirty clothes. That's it. Now I have 12 hours to hand wash, air dry and press my work clothes. I understand people make mistakes, I understand if you make a promise that due to unforeseen circumstances you can't deliver, but when you stand there and say there is nothing you can do, and lie and say my clothes are at a different location hoping I'll drive over there knowing full well they will be closed by the time I get there, that's a really crappy way to treat customers. I know they have a lot of customers and my NEVER RETURNING is not going to make a bit of difference to them, but please DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR CLOTHES CLEANED IN LESS THAN THREE DAYS! They will not deliver even if they say they will. They do not care about customers, they DO NOT CARE about anything but charging you a ton of money. read more

They always do a great job and the staff is very friendly and professional. The texting that your items are ready is a great feature.

GK's Cleaners ruined my favorite work blazer by placing a neon yellow, permanent label on the inside front corner flap of my blazer, which flaps open when I walk and looks unbelievably tacky. I took the blazer back and asked that it be removed and the employee agreed to do so. I took it out of the dry cleaning bag this morning to wear it and discovered that the label was still there and my blazer was burned in two places on the opposite side of where the label had been attached. I brought it back this morning and was told that the neon yellow label was permanent and they had tried but failed to remove it. I showed the employee the burn marks and he confirmed they were caused by heating my jacket in an attempt to remove the label. He also told me that GK sometimes uses these permanent labels to avoid having to make a new tag every time the same piece of clothing is brought in for cleaning. Wow. My expensive blazer was ruined to save some employee one minute in the future. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't go here absolute rip off. Paid twice as much as I would have at a normal cleaners and they don't even do the work on site. Didn't match my suits up at all. Imagine if I hade assumed such and gone on a business trip? Just lazy for what I paid. I will never ever be back. read more

Came here because the cleaners we were using ruined a fairy expensive shirt... So we thought that we would give GK's a try. Being that it is in a more affluent area we thought it would be far better than it was. My first visit was to drop off- the lady working the desk didn't even greet me when i walked in... I had to initiate the conversation. I explained the situation, and asked her the price to launder two dress shirts, and a suite (2piece). She said "About $2.25 per shirt and $7 for the suit". Not bad, so I left my clothes and went about my business. The next day when I came to pick up my items, same thing... Wasn't greeted by the gentleman at the desk, more just looked at with the look of"Yeah?" THEN the real kicker is they charged me for an individual jacket clean, AND a slack cleaning (EVEN THOUGH- it was just one suite), plus my two shirts- so my total cost wasn't what i was quoted, but they took advantage of the situation and either overcharged, or under estimated the true costs. Sounds like the First, and LAST time ill be using this business. Sad. read more
