These are brand new shirts I haven't worn yet. I told them I needed my dry cleaning done Wednesday morning. I made a point to specifically tell them that. When I get there they said it wasn't done. When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. I will not be returning to this business.

It was very impressive that he took the time to do that. The other staff was very friendly also. I was in and out pretty quick. Picking up the clothes was the same. Nice and easy. The only thing to remember is that you have to prepay when you drop your clothes off. Not a big deal but I had accidentally left without my wallet. They were gracious enough to break the rules and offered to let me pay when I pick up. This is now my go-to cleaners!

Called today and took the clothes in he and one of the workers claimed they did not smell anything but would clean them again. If they are not admitting there is an issue I am not going to just send them back with the same results. I had mentioned before I dropped these off that I had noticed a strong smell and had they changed how they were handling the cleaning process and was told no. The manager was not very friendly. We started using this place a year ago to press clean uniform shirts. The first few times she didn't. Last week she charged us twice as much for the woman's shirts. She said they don't do anything differently, but women's shirts are more expensive. Another customer came in behind me and then she tried to tell me the process is different but couldn't say how. They don't even do a good job, we will take our business elsewhere or do it ourselves. Besides the discrimination and dishonesty, the woman was horribly rude; we really regret spending our money here. They apparently don't care about quality or customer service.

I dropped off my clothing on a Monday and was able to pick it up on a Wednesday w/o issue. I unfortunately, do not know their regular prices. I used a coupon form the back of a Tom Thumb receipt. They accepted the coupon when I dropped off my clothing. The most important part about all this is yes, my clothing was clean on pick up. I dropped off a suit jacket, two pairs of pants and my wife's skirt. Everything looked great when I picked them up. I will be using them (with a coupon) in for my future dry cleaning needs.
