We stopped in to wash our 8x10 tufted Ruggable rug, and they have a 100lb washer that's perfect for it. The place is very clean, and the staff are super nice. We'll come back here yearly for rug washing. read more

You kidding me!! I was there this morning hearing slamming doors and she told the young girl that she couldn't do anything right !!! Yes, the employer yelling at her. And called her a BITCH !!! felt so bad for this young girl. Don't know what this young girl was related to her somehow . We all looked at eachother. Not professional at all. Why would you yell so loud for everyone to hear? read more

Everything went well. Our washer, under an extended warranty of 5 years, pump motor gave out in just under 4 years. While awaiting repair part we had clothes to wash. Really nice, clean and maintained facilities. read more

This laundromat is amazing, it's always clean and everyone is friendly. The dry cleaning machine is fabulous!

Wash: $3 and up per machine, depending on which size you use (the smallest machine held quite a lot) Dry: 25¢ for 12 minutes (I put in a dollar for 48 mins, everything was dry in 24!!) Pro: Clean, feels safe, change machine, bathroom, dryers work really fast, can use coins or app to pay Con: Expensive washers that nickle and dime you for things like hot water, alternating spins, etc., small shop so not a lot of machines read more

Summary: This business is the epitome of what we love about Texas. Please read on! Background: As of today, we still do NOT have a washer and dryer! So we searched Yelp and saw that the reviews for Jess's was off the chart and so we brought our week's worth of laundry for their fluff and fold service. We've been there twice now. Facility Ultra clean, well kept. Professionally maintained. A/C is kept cold. Service Man...I mean women! The ladies here are sooooooooo super charming. I want to hug them all, but that'd be really creepy on my part. But seriously, the first time we visited I know they could tell we were not native Texans. But they didn't hold that against us like some people have. They truly went out of their way to greet us warmly when we entered, talked with us to see what we needed in such a nice manner, and said goodbye in the same fashion. When we came back to get our items, they were just the same. The second time was identical to the first. One of the nice ladies even remembered that my wife bought a new car and asked her how she was liking it. Wow, right? Clothes Their fluff and fold service is incredible. Everything is nicely folded. They have options for just about everything. We don't like heavy scents so we opted for their neutral detergent with fabric softener. Our clothes come out smelling neutrally clean, folded well, bagged up nicely, etc. What more could you ask for? Return visit? Our W&D will come in soon, so we won't visit as much other than to have our large items professionally washed, but we look forward to returning again. THANK YOU LADIES OF JESS'S! Y'all (haha, I finally said it) are so great! read more

I went very late but the manager was able to extend his time up to an hour to allow my laundry to dry, that place is spotless and has very highly functional machines and I recommend it to anyone. read more

The place has closed? I went by there at 11am on Thursday 2/23/23, and it was closed.

We stopped in and dropped off my husbands work clothes during the grand opening just support a new business opening in our area. Then we returned this week to drop off the rest of the family's and I'm so glad we did. I ended up severely cutting my hand on the hedger the next day and completely forgot we dropped it off. Jess sent a text to remind us our clothes were ready and when I called to let her know about my hand she had delivered to my home that same morning. If you are a busy family like us or just dread doing laundry like me... give Jess a call. Everything came back clean and smelling amazing! (Pay extra for Diva, it's sooo worth it!) A month worth of laundry 120 lbs crossed off my list! read more

Best laundry I have ever used and I've used many across the country. Owner is on site and such a pleasure.

I definitely recommend Jess's Laundry. I was initially pleased with how friendly they were to field my questions and make recommendations to better assist. Their efforts to track down my wife's laundry after it had been picked up by the wrong company go beyond any expectations I had. My wife's laundry was still delivered back on the same day, folded nicely and definitely clean! All this for a very fair price! read more

I can't comment on cost because I have not used a laundry mat in a very long time but the place was clean and the employee friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back as needed due to the fact that I am in a long term rental that does not have laundry. read more

Go here! We have been traveling the country and this is hands down the BEST laundry matt we have been to. Jessica the owner is on site and once our clothes were sorted she assisted in helping us choose the correct machine size to save money and get the best wash. No one has ever helped us like that. Support her business, it is much deserved. Thank you Jessica for making us feel at home a long way from home. read more

Great laundry mat! Very clean, modern, you don't need coins as you can pay your washer and dryer through an app. Many size options to choose from depending on whether you have a big or small load. The owner was there and she is super nice and friendly. Helped through it all as it was my first time. The only caveat is that not a lot of people wear masks and I believe it should be enforce it. Other than that, great place and I recommend it. read more

I can't say enough! Just wow! This is the epitome of a local business you MUST patron. Service- amazing. People-amazing. Cleanliness- amazing. I, myself, feel cleaner just walking in that place. I have my clothes laundered there and it's a hidden jewel. read more

Great experience at Jess's this morning. Plenty of machines, clean floors and folding tables, and Jess was very helpful!

Best laundry service you can find! Top of the line and excellent service! Hands down the top laundry mat in the metroplex.

Great laundry room! I like that I can also leave my big comforter there and they will clean and dry it for me, then I can pick it up later in the day. read more

I had the unfortunate event of my washing machine breaking right after Christmas, and right after New Year's! Yay me! I looked up the closest laundromats mat and found this hidden gem!!When I walked in everyone working was extremely friendly, greeted me right away, then showed me what needed to go where, and even further on what "they thought was best for their machines and could wash the clothes the best"! I also had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, the owner, (the sweetest thing May I add)! The entire time I was there she was cleaning, wiping things down, interacting with all of the guest, and even made Time to play with one of the small children that was there. Needless to say this place is not just a laundromat, it's a place that you can come clean your clothes, IT FEELS SAFE AND HOMELIKE, the environment is clean and well taken care of, and the customer service is extraordinary! I Applaud Jessica and what she has done with her business and how she carries herself while leading it. The final bonus IS the "Tyler " candles that she sells, I was able to find a sweet gift for my mother-in-law, and so again the gesture goes on. Thank you so much Jessica for your wonderful business, I will see you soon. -The other Jessica read more

I called to ask for a pick up for wash and fold and got an answer within a few rings. Something that I have learned to not take for granted in recent years. They have free and clear detergents witch is great since I have sensitive skin. Plus free pickup and delivery if you live within five miles! I will be using Jess's for the foreseeable future. read more

Modern,Clean with high powered machines! Owners on site and very helpful! They have wash and fold service also.

I haven't had to use a laundry mat in years but when my washer broke down I had no choice. The thought of using a public washing machine that others use makes me very uncomfortable. I was determined to find an excellent laundry facility that I trust is clean! Can't believe the best one is just 10 minutes away, Jess's laundry and fold in lake Dallas. I love this place! The people who run this laundry mat are extremely friendly and helpful! The place is so nice, very large, extremely clean even the public bathroom. I was so pleased I have returned even after my washer was running again. They have the x large machines for cleaning bulky comforters! I just can't say enough great things about this place, you have got to go!!! read more

dryer broke, haven't been to a laundry mat in years - looked for something close & With decent reviews. washed clothes at home & loaded them all up. Pulled up & unloaded clothes. Went to put them in the washer & attendant said you can't dry your clothes unless you wash them & said it's posted on the door...along with 10 other signs. Also no automatic door so everybody that walks up has to set their stuff down to pull the door open. I guess there is a reason I stay away from lake Dallas businesses. While sitting here typing two other people walked in & walked out without drying their clothes. I guess they didn't know either. read more
