I drove 20 mins just to come here, because it used to be great as recent as January of this year…read more Unfortunately it's gone downhill. There are always Hispanic ladies there cleaning loads and loads of moving blankets, so the large washers are often in use. And just thinking about what's on those moving blankets makes me question the cleanliness of the machines. Yes drying this "free" but the washers are very expensive. The final straw for me, however, is now they require you to load a MoneyCard with a minimum of $10. I was $1 short and I had to put $10 more on the card. I gave away the MoneyCard because I won't come back. All machines do have credit card readers (that used to work just fine) but they won't work anymore. That is just a banking scam that allows them hold on to your money. I won't bell back.

No. This place is a dump. Only went here because I hadn't been next door, and I guarantee other…read morereviewers just haven't been elsewhere, either. The machines are disgusting and caked with old detergent and filth. The cleaning staff is OUTSTANDINGLY rude, and would much rather get their assigned tasks done than give any thought to the customer experience. Maybe a smile when you make eye contact with someone? No? Just gonna mop a circle around them like they're a trash can? Okay then. Everything is half broken, and your clothes will smell burnt when they leave the dryer, if they aren't actually burnt from the inconsistent heat. Hot mess, would maybe be worth dealing with the grungy atmosphere if it were cheap, but it's not.
