DO NOT trust these people with your clothes! Ruined hundreds of dollars in garments and refuse to take responsibility. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They promise 2day turn around, which is fantastic if it were so. That's why I had my garments laundered here. It's day 4 and the clothes are no where to be found. I understand 'things happen' and it's not the end of the world. My suggestion is to not have a sign out front that says, Guaranteed Two Day Turnaround. read more

Poor attention to detail on finished items. They clearly need a better quality-control process, if it wasn't fried buttons, it was new stains they added themselves. I brought in clean, white uniform shirts and often ended up with them in worse condition than when I dropped them off, which shows a complete lack of care for customers' clothing. Took my jacket for dry cleaning; requested specifically dry cleaning. The worker confirmed. When I picked up the jacket, it appeared they had washed it and half way pressed it. A button on the cuff was missing as was a decorative button on the front, cuffs not pressed and a stain on the front. I returned with the spare button and showed the mgr the condition. She apologized and agreed to fix it, promising to have it ready next day. When I returned to pick the jacket up, it had grease stains on the arm and still had the one on the front, one button was reattached but the second was still loose. The mgr apologized, offered to either replace or fix. It was laughable so we agreed to fix it, promised it to have it in a couple of days and would call. A few days later they called and said they were sending it offsite because their shop was not capable. Picked the jacket up. It looked good, but they labeled the jacket..."Hurst Karen". Nice personal service and excellent cleaning. My clothing was treated with care and packaged nicely to take home.

I haven't had to go to a dry cleaner in a long time and was nervous about the process. The lady at the counter has a thick accent, but is very friendly. I was in a car accident and wasn't able to pick up my items for a few days and she held onto them for me. They were able to get chocolate custard out of a white corset! And The custard had been on there for at least a couple weeks. It looks fantastic! And I will definitely be returning when I need dry cleaning again read more

My husband has been bringing his work clothes here for dry cleaning for 6 months. We have never had any issues with his clothes being cleaned! They are friendly and very fairly priced! I highly recommend this dry cleaners for cleaning!! However, their repair/stitching for clothes that have been torn does not hold up well. The front are very personable and professional. I am always greeted with a Texas smile. I can get me clothes back next day so that is a great plus. Terrible Customer Service. I hate to do this but I feel like I need to do this to warn people about this dry cleaners. I have been using Shine Cleaners for several years now. I took a couple of cashmere sweaters that my husband bought me several years ago for Christmas they are a designer brand and I have cherish them, taking great care of them all these years. Also took a pair of my husband slacks. I looked at them yesterday and I don't know if they're damaged/ruined. I went to go show the owner because it is operated by him and his wife. As soon as I sat them on the counter and was just going to show him he didn't even give me a chance to say a word, he said "we didn't do this" I told him "yes you did". Then he went on to say that they were that way when I brought them in. I said "no they were not". This whole time he was actually yelling at me, he was very angry. He also said if I was going to blame him he was not going to do it again for free but if I didn't blame him he would be happy to do it again. After being there for many years he also said that I was not a customer there that I got it done somewhere else the labels they put on them was still attached. I just got my garments end started to head out the door. I told him "you just don't want to take responsibility ruining ruining my clothes". Then he yelled at me again and said "if you're going to blame me I am not going to redo it for free and don't come back to this cleaners". I was so upset at the way I was treated that I made myself sick I had a stomach ache. I've never been treated this way. I just wanted to let you guys know of the terrible service at this cleaners. I took a designer dress to this drycleaning shop for an alteration to replace a broken zipper. The work totally unacceptable. The stiching was worse than even if it was handstiched and betrayed the use of unskilled people to work on customers' expensive items. When I confronted the owner of this shop, I was told that he would charge me anyway, regardless of the lack of the required level of workmanship of my item. I found it totally unprofessional and lacking of common decency to deal with his customers. I will never go back to this shop for anything. read more
