Easy to drop and pick up your clothing from this dry-cleaner…read more The lady who works here is very courteous and helpful. Also if you talk to her about whatever she seems pretty nice. I dropped off my clothing on a Monday and was able to pick it up on a Wednesday w/o issue. I unfortunately, do not know their regular prices. I used a coupon form the back of a Tom Thumb receipt. They accepted the coupon when I dropped off my clothing. The most important part about all this is yes, my clothing was clean on pick up. I dropped off a suit jacket, two pairs of pants and my wife's skirt. Everything looked great when I picked them up. I will be using them (with a coupon) in for my future dry cleaning needs.

Ever had a cleaners intentionally write on your clothing?…read more I'll start by saying I am not upset. However, I never have been to a cleaners where you have to tell them not to write on your fabrics. Every piece of clothing (except one) was written on with my last name, including my girlfriend's clothing as well. I thought it was odd. I took it to them asking to get it removed, they blamed me for not requesting them to not write on the clothing. And i quote "without the writing, the clothing could become lost. Rare for them but it's a safety precaution" I pay money to have my valuable clothes cleaned professionally because I care about my clothes. I do not in any fashion wish to alter the clothes inside or out & certainly not with writing. With no apologies given, I picked up the piece of clothing they removed the name on & told them I would take my business elsewhere after being told they would not be responsible if my clothes became lost due to not being able to write on them. Just a warning to those who choose Kell Cleaners.

The cleaners that were in this location before really left a stigma in our neighborhood. However, Texas Cleaners replaced them and is absolutely phenomenal. This is the only place she will go now... and it's often. too often IMO, but I digress. Never an issue and for her to NOT complain and RECOMMEND It to neighbors and her friends says a lot. They are located by Little Cesar on the corner of Timberland & N Beach in a strip center. If you need a cleaners, I (and my wife) recommend this place.

Upon moving to Bedford this was the first cleaners I tried. Was not overly impressed. This location…read moreis not exactly the easiest to pull in and out of which just adds hassle and annoyance coming and going. The front counter person was nice and kind but the prices seemed a bit on the higher end. The turn around was not quick I dropped off my clothes on Sunday because they are one of the few places open on Sunday and couldn't pick the up till Wednesday! That's crazy I had to take back a few items to just make sure I'd have clothes to wear Monday - Wednesday until I could pick up. Also signs say they offer pick up and delivery that would have been amazing to have been offered that but it never was. All in all just wasn't impressed there are cheaper options with just as good service and much quicker turn around time than this business.

Then I bought a…read morenew blazer, a nice, all-wool, expensive jacket, and took it in to ask her to shorten my sleeves. The jacket had beautiful hand stitching, including faux hand-stitched buttonholes on the sleeves. She told me she could only shorten my sleeves a certain amount (about a quarter to a half inch) because of the buttons (i.e. to leave enough material between the 3 buttons and the hem of the sleeves). I agreed, as this meant the sleeves would be shortened without disturbing the buttons or the hand stitching. Well, when I picked the jacket up, she had re-set the buttons, removed ALL of the hand stitching AND left picks in the fabric all along the area around the buttons from removing the stitching!! She could have shortened the sleeves more if I had known, or wanted her to, take it all apart and move the buttons. I was extremely disappointed, furious, actually, because all she would have had to do was call me and ask me about removing the stitching. One of the sleeve's row of buttons are not even straight in a row, they are crooked. All of this occurred after spending nearly $50 for the alteration to an already-expensive jacket. When I spoke to her about it, she said 'I made a mistake'. Then she went to get her husband from the back of the store and we went through the situation again. He told me I HAD MADE A MISTAKE by not 'asking her about the buttons'!! This was MY FAULT, according to him, as well as hers!!! He offered to 'try to hand stitch' the threading that was removed but I was too concerned about the jacket looking even worse and then needing to remove stitching in the same spots that already had damaged, picked fabric. They snippily took a $50 bill out of the register and handed it to me and said "Keep the change!" If you have nice clothes, if you want to be treated with respect, do NOT go to this tailor.
