I've had nothing but good experiences with Twin Kell, it is super close to our house and everyone is helpful and friendly. Very quick turnaround time if you need it. They cleaned and boxed my wedding dress, which was quite dirty along the bottom since we got married on the beach :) and did a great job. My husband likes how his shirts are cleaned, although they do charge more for XL sizes as others have mentioned. Repaired a couple buttons on a shirt free of charge. We are also a TCU family and enjoy chatting with them about the Horned Frogs. read more

I have brought some casual slacks in here before and was charged about $5 a pair. they were laundered and starched . I take them there again, and the charge was $29. I was told that they were spandex and could only be dry clean with no starch. $9 a pair! Never going back. read more

pretty shocked to see the other reviews since i think this spot is amazing. i've had nothing but good experiences here. we get a ton of stuff dry cleaned here on a weekly basis and wouldn't trust anyone else with our business and our clothes. the staff is extremely friendly and i regularly see one of the owners up there and have always been treated extremely well by everyone. these other reviews are outdated/old. ignore them and give this place a shot because they deserve it. read more

I was looking for a new laundry service that was closer to where I live, and chose the Colleyville location. Last Friday I took three shirts in as a test of their services, saying "I want these shirts laundered and no starch". I picked the shirts up today and was told the bill was $13.70 ... for three shirts? She said that two of the shirts were dry cleaned because of the material, and I said I wanted them laundered (as they have been for years elsewhere). I was told that I would have to sign a release to get them laundered and I hadn't done that. She then got very rude and said to take my shirts and never come back. Needless to say, my first experience was such that I will never use Twin Cell Cleaners again. read more

We just moved to the Colleyville area and I took in ~$50 worth of dry-cleaning today (2 suits & a King beadspread). The front desk lady was unfriendly right away...no greeting. She said that my $10 coupon (that I received as a new resident to the area) was not valid on the bedspread but she would give me 20% off the suits (~$5 vs. $10). Hmmmm.... Seems odd and a poor business decision to squabble with a new customer over $5 on a $50+ order. I didn't get a warm feeling from her, so I took my items and will find another cleaner in the area for all my future cleaning. We had a wonderful cleaners where we moved from & given how much money we spend and how often we frequent the dry cleaners, I will only take our stuff to someone that is pleasant and not going to have a sour face with customers. read more

I brought shirts to try them out - was given a price and a total surprise - price increase when I picked up the shirts !- because 2 were 2X They were 2X when I brought them in so why the increase AFTER Ironing was fair not great and all prices high - much higher then others in the area Disappointing. read more

We do not live in Colleyville so I can't use them as my primary dry cleaner but if I lived closer to them I would! The first time I used them, my daughter had dripped oil on a (borrowed) silk dress. My regular cleaners told me they could not get the stain out so I started looking for a custom cleaners and found Twin Kell. The dress came back looking like new! I took my husband's favorite shirt to them when leaned against a piece of furniture and got furniture polish all over the back. Again, came back in perfect condition! I go to them everytime I have a dry cleaning "emergency" and I have never been disappointed. Love them! read more
