My husband had picked up the dry cleaning for me while I was traveling and I could not locate several very expensive cashmere sweaters that had been sent in to Kwik Dry Clean following a shopping spree in Europe. I thought perhaps my order got separated. So I went in to the Dry Cleaners to retrace our steps. Not only did the 2 gentleman in charge look through each item on the overhead rack of dry cleaning, but they were able to go to their computer to the date range in which I advised when we had likely dropped off & picked up and they pulled up video footage that showed the 8 sweaters in the order brought out to my husbands car. The entire time they were helpful, kind, and understanding and not once did any of them look at me or treat me like I was a crazy cashmere sweater lady. If you have not used this dry cleaner, I highly recommend you do so - you will not be disappointed. I'm very fastidious & persnickety about my clothing and they have done consistently extraordinary work. They have also given me great, solid advice on some bespoke pieces in my wardrobe in terms of the best way to clean or treat them.

When I first asked for a refund, and the clerk telephoned the boss, my intuition tells me that the boss said, tell her to bring them back in 4 days when I'm here -- as a TEST to see if I'd come back. Well, I did! And I wish I would have taken the owner to small claims court! I could have recovered the cost of tailoring the ruined cushions OR paid for a set of new cushions, approximately $250.
