Ruined 2/2 of the items I dropped off. I dropped off a faux fur blanket and a dress I bought from a local designer in Greece - blanket totally ruined, and dress now covered in snags and stains that were not previously there. Faux Fur Blanket - they told me upfront that it was damaged and offered to refund the $35 dry clean. I told them the cost of the West Elm blanket and asked for them to pay for a new one. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting while they went back and forth with their manager, they agreed and apologized profusely. They asked me not to write a negative review, and I was not going to as they apologized and paid for the item, BUT that was until I got home and saw my dress ruined, and they refused to admit fault. Dress - VERY different experience - women working in the front was very rude this time and refused to responsibility for the damages. She told me the stains and snags were there previously, which is an objective lie and I have countless photos of me wearing the dress (wore it ONE time). She refused to admit any responsibility despite causing numerous stains and snags. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to tell me what day or time he works. I asked for him to call me, she told me not possible. I asked for him to email me, also not possible. She could offer nothing other than for me to call the store every day and ask if he was in the store. I wish I never came here. Do not recommend. Do not trust this business with anything you care about. EDIT: I talked to 3 women - one of which was named Pooja, not sure what the others names were. The women with glasses was the women with the dress who refused to accept any fault or take my complaints seriously. Pooja was very kind and apologetic and happy to do what she could to try to make things right when she saw the dress on my 3rd visit back here. She brought out the dry cleaner who was kind as well and willing to try to get the stains out - still no acknowledgment of the new snags though, and told it was just the material. read more

There's much better and more friendly cleaners around. The quality was decent but pricey and the one lady I've dealt with is not friendly and curt and short with customers, including me. Also, I was quoted $30 for something and when I picked it up it was $30.89 and told they "round up." What?? It's not the money but imagine if they do that to all customers. Super disappointed in the job done here. I needed a patch put on my sons Boy Scout uniform. I called and it was $8 for a small patch. Pricey but I did it anyhow. I picked it up today and the patch isn't sewn on the edges. I'm sure after a few washes the edges will curl. N ***UPDATE*** After posting my review and rating the owner contacted me and asked to please make things right. She asked me to bring back the shirt and she could redo the patch and add another one at no cost. Reluctantly, I agreed and I am happy that I did so. The correction and new patch is much better. This place ruined a designer piece that had a wax coating on it. I told them to remove a stain on the inside and by them dry cleaning the whole thing it became shriveled up and completely lost it's shine. RUINED. How could you look at something like this and make it look worse? Now I don't trust their expertise and will not be back. When I told them they needed to compensate me since they proceeded to dry clean the whole thing, they blamed it on the manufacturer. read more

Ruined two of my wife's treasured items and refused to accept fault. Detergent stains and snags that were not there previously. Flat out denied the obvious damage in the face of obvious evidence ("there's no way we could have caused that.") Extremely dismissive-- couldn't give out information for the manager including number, email, or even when he'd be in the store(?). Strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you want your stuff ruined. And don't be fooled by the positive reviews, they offer people discounts/incentives for positive reviews. read more

I was looking for a great shoe repair shop near me and this is the best I could find! I live in the Irving area so Euless isn't too far from home. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is my initial experience and the follow up. It seems as though there is a lack of communication which could greatly improve the customer service aspect of the business. The staff is very friendly and the work they do is fantastic! I am very happy about my shoes. I have 2 heels repaired and some wedge heels sole redone. It took about a week for the first two pair, not bad, then about another week to get the soles redone only because they wanted my consent before they started the work because of the price. I plan to come back to Miller's for my dry cleaning needs in the future =) read more

I LOVED this place the first time I went. THEN.... I took my suit that "That Look Cleaners" ruined. The kind young lady behind the counter told me they could likely fix it (after a brief disclaimer), but kindly took the item with a smile. After I went back, a VERY scattered German lady was yelling at customers. I came to claim my things, and everything but the suit came out. I mentioned the suit and she stared blankly. She said "I don't have any idea what you are talking about..." I reiterated, then said "The one that another cleaner ruined." and she said "It's not ready, but it's ruined. Try next week." I came back a week later, to check on the suit and drop some stuff off. I had a 2 tone blend dress shirt, and the 2nd most crazy lady I ever met there refused to launder it because "It might bleed." I assured her that would be okay, but she refused." She shrieked, "Okay, no money back!" When she brought the suit out she said, "We couldn't fix it but you need to pay. It'll be $__.__. I get they worked on it, but the attitude for something I paid money for and threw away... I went back to pick up the things that I dropped off and to leave one jacket. It was 9:02. I needed to pick it up that afternoon..i saw the sign that said "In by 11, out by 5" but I also knew it was in by 9 and out by 5 otherwise. As I dropped it off I said "I'll pick it up about 6." The lady yelled "No!" I lightheartedly said "I thought it was in by 11, out by 5" and she said "NO! Friday only." From there I said "okay," but thought "kick rocks." Every time I walked in I spent about $100 (2x monthly) and to be handled this way is absurd. I now drop my cleaning off at Highpoint Cleaners on Mid-Cities and it has been great so far. Don't be drawn on by the cleanliness, convenience and the promises. It isn't what it seems. Workers - your boss posts "Review Us" everywhere. We've lived in Euless a year and a half now and have used Miller's quite a few times. We always had good experiences until this week. Ownership appears to have changed. Everyone inside is new and doesn't seem to have any idea what is going on. Wanted to tell me my clothes weren't there before actually asking anyone and they were looking under the wrong name the entire time. Then after waiting for someone in the back to come help was told I'd have to come back later. Incredibly disappointing - will be finding somewhere else to take our clothes from now on. read more

I have had a few repairs done here as well to my satisfaction. This summer was extremely busy for me, so I had not stopped in for a few months. The work was done in 24 hours, and except for a suit that I already believed to be beyond redemption (old food-oil stains) everything came back looking quite good. The price seemed better than reasonable for the number of items, especially with such a quick turnaround time.
