I've been here about 3-4 times, had similar experiences each time. All the women who work here were friendly and kind. One thing I noticed each time I brought my clothes here and left with them was that there was a strong smell on my clothes similar to that of a curry/house smell. Being an Indian person myself I could pick up on the smell very quickly but when you bring your clothes to be washed and cleaned you don't want anything pungent on your clothes. This was the result each time I brought it here, this will be my last time using this place. Additionally, I came in about 2 hours ago around 10 am and the man who assisted me reeked of alcohol, i don't have anything against drinking but it was extremely unprofessional in my opinion and he wasn't very pleasant or kind. The owner said " they should charged me more for requesting it early I also paid that day I drop off 1 scarf 1shirt 1 paint $10. They are very unorganized. DO NOT USE!!!!! There is another dry cleaners 30 seconds away. The Male owner was extremely rude. I took a self picture of myself within the store, and he started yelling at me saying you can not take pictures in here without asking. I said ok. This picture is of me look and see. He refused to look, and keeps Saying the same thing. I kept trying to explain, but he was not having chance of ever going again it. There were a few Customers in the store at the time, and he just kept getting louder and louder. I payed my bill and took back the Items intended to drop off. I was spending about $40-100 a week. Been coming to this place for over 13 years and in the past few months it's become increasing apparently that something hinky is going on with how this place is being run. Few months back I brought some pants in for their 3 for $6.99 dry cleaning special - same thing I've been doing for 13 years, for the exact same price that I've been paying for 13 years. Was told by the clerk behind the counter "My manager says we don't do that special anymore!"... and yet they have it posted on their sign out front, facing the road - "DC 3 Pants for 6.99" and then proceeded to change me $9-10. Fast forward to today - bring in pants, "3 for 6.99" sign is still out front - "Oh, we're still doing that special" and then they check the size of my pants "Oh, but the special is not for EXTRA LARGE pants! Those cost more!" and then claims that the change in policy is in small print on a piece of paper that's taped haphazardly to the inside of the sliding door. Seriously, the text is barely noticeable, especially if you're walking in. It almost looks like someone did a half-hearted attempt at posting holiday hours, but in tiny text. What I find absolutely interesting is that my pants size has actually gone DOWN over the past 3 years, so when did my "Extra Large" pants suddenly not qualify for the special? Listen, I'm not an expert on dry cleaning - I don't know what the cost per unit is for cleaning "Regular" sized pants vs. "Extra Large" sized pants, or from what size to what size they consider "Regular" and "Extra Large"... However, I do know when I'm being given the run-around by people who are trying to somehow justify charging more for the same service, because they don't want to change the "special" they have on their sign outside. Needless to say, this may be the last time I or anyone in my family come to these people to get anything dry cleaned. There are plenty of places nearby with ALOT higher ratings on Yelp, and while I may end up paying a little bit more there - I seriously doubt I'm going to get as MUCH of a run-around regarding pricing or specials or just plain service as I have been dealing with here! read more

Very disappointed... I had a simple alteration that needed to be done , just the sleeves needed to be shortened about 2 inches... I dropped in off Tuesday and the guy said it would be done Friday ....I went in today Friday to pick it up and they have not even started it yet .... she got on the phone to call the person about the alteration and came back to me and said she had been SICK ... really you could have called me instead of telling me when I came in 3 days later to pick it up ..... I leave the next day out of the country and now "I DON'T HAVE AN ALTERED JACKET THAT FITS".... THANK YOU ... The dry cleaners lost my $70 cardigan that I use solely for work as it belonged as a sweater set. Be careful of their policy, as they will only reimburse about $40 for their negligence. I won't be able to replace my cardigan without being out money. I had the original receipt for the cardigan which I should have been completely reimbursed. They tried to offer just a store credit but when I was NOT accepting it. The guy working in the back said, "why is she whining just give her the cash and I will call all the surrounding dry cleaners and have her banned." So the moral of all this.... If you care about your clothes, take them to another cleaners. read more

"Destroying Cleaners" is what this place should be named... Worst place ever. Took a brand new blouse that had a lil oil drip on it but i had previously sprayed shout on to remove it but, still had them dry clean it just because. My blouse had a collar string that ended with a gold medal tassle, not only was i charged extra for "special blouse" by the OWNER, my blouse came back without the string and gold tassle completely. I then called them when i discovered, of coarse no english and im still waiting for a call back from the owner who charged me extra for a service they did not complete. Id like to know, where is the rest of my blouse? On top of the horrible service, i came to realize after only two services that my expensive blouses where being shrunk, They are good at destroying clothes. Warning do not give your clothes here. They damage your clothes and then they turn and say that it was like that when you brought it in. These people damage my clothes and when you ask for the owner their employees say that the owner is out of town. Each time I called the employees don't want to give their name and the owner never bother calling. These cleaners will take your money and ruin your clothes!!! Be ware. The manager who is an indian lady wearing glasses deals with customer complaints but never takes the ownership of resolving it. I have filed a complaint to better business bureau as well. They were great...until they weren't! I WAS a satisfied customer for over a year. Then I took a new suit in to be cleaned that had only been worn twice. They lost the pants, and made me wait a few weeks before they would deal with it, "in case they found them". I needed the suit immediately, so I managed to buy a new pair of matching pants; but according to the lady at the front counter, the "policy" was to only reimburse me 50% of the price in compensation. Eventually, they offered me about 60% of the price in store credit. The whole time, it was being stressed to me how grateful I should be that they were giving me this much back...for a loss that was 100% their fault. My original pants were never found, I used up the store credit, and will never use this cleaner again. Even when I told them that I would never come back, and would post a negative review, the lady came out to my car to tell me how unkind and unfair I was, since she had managed to get me 60% of my loss back instead of the 50% originally offered. read more

I have been coming to this cleaners, every week, for over 5 years and NEVER had a problem ! Every week, my shirts are laundered and starched just fine and my pants are dry cleaned perfectly. The people who work the front are always nice and friendly ! They also have a drive up window if you don't want to get out of your car ! Highly recommend. read more

On top of escalating prices without telling you, they absolutely destroyed three expensive and new button down shirts by covering them in red dye somewhere throughout their process. After telling me they were redoing my shirts for two weeks they finally let me see them after they had given up on trying to get the dye out. For $300 worth of shirts I received $60 because that's what the manager's "research" showed they are worth. This place is the epitome of poor business practice, there are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area and may be some near where you work. Do whatever you need to, to avoid this place. read more

The Euless store ruined 5 of my dress shirts with some sort of cleaning fluid and said I spilled something in the laundry bag before I turned them into the cleaners. Funny that the other items in the same bag came back with nothing on them. They refused to reimburse me anything for the shirts and when I said they would be hearing from my attorney I got a call from the male employee in the store saying if I brought any attorney in there he would "break their fucking neck". That got a police report, contact to corporate headquarters for Dry Clean Super Center and an upcoming attorney appointment. DON'T deal with these people. They are crooks and thugs. After ruining my new 2 piece garment I was strung along for 8 days being promised a call from the manager regarding my request for reimbursement or resolution. I made daily visits and phone calls. I was ignored. I was treated as if I didn't matter and their mistake was acceptable. I never received an "I am sorry" " what can we do to make this right" " how can we earn your repeat business and confidence"? As a business owner, my customers come first. Each and every person is treated with respect and professionalism. Their satisfaction matters. But not here. Lets not greet the customer with a hello, good morning. Let's not make eye contact. Let's not reimburse the customer for damaged merchandise. Let's ignore the customer. Let's discuss their concern with staff members in another language in their presence. I have been using this cleaners for a few years. Had a few issues over the years they lost items and found them after a week. Recently i left a "NEW" never worn shirt for pressing and folding. When I opened the shirt it had stains on the front. I advised the cleaners who did attempt to remove the stain They insisted they didn't cause the issue. After some discussion I requested they replace the shirt it was new never worn. They refused and at first also refused to even return the $2 fee !! They charged for destroying my shirt. You can NEVER get a manager nobody knows who it is. When I asked for their liability policy nobody knows. When I asked for insurance details nobody knows. I finally spoke on the phone with someone from the "cleaners" if you can describe a service that ruins shirts. I asked after years of service and a lot of money your prepared to lose business for the sake of $35 They said yes. So a word of warning. If you want to take a chance on this business either losing your item or ruining the item then use it. Like people say money talks I will gladly change dry cleaners and pay someone willing to offer customer service. I wasn't asking for $$$$$$$ just $35 for a replacement shirt that was new and perfect when I handed it over. If this review makes 1 Euless resident think twice about losing or have that special item ruined. Then it's $35 well spent stopping someone else from dealing with them I have already dropped all my laundry at high point cleaners who gladly accepted a new customer. read more
