I have been using this facility for at least 10 yrs and they are amazing. The prices I feel are standards with most cleaners. Some charge more for one items than others would go but they are great. Only one time I had an issue with a shirt that did not look the best and all I did was told the owner and he told me to bring it back and he would make sure it was done right. For about 10 years now, this small business has been run by a very small family. It is understood that for the most part, one person manages this particular location the entire day. One hour break is completely understandable in the middle of the day during its slow traffic hours between 245-345 occasionally. read more

I took a brand new dress in to get a button put back on and when the owner brought it out the back it had holes in it. They pressed it to camouflage the damage they'd done and he pretty much told me oh well and refused to accept responsibility. The tags were still on the dress and now I'm screwed. I went against my better judgement because the interior of the business was very junky, nasty and unclean; but I figured they could not mess up simply sewing a button back on. I keep coming back to this place because it is near my office and the service is always prompt and friendly. I have brought work shirts and pants as well as nice suits to be cleaned and everything has always been done to my satisfaction. The same day service is also very convenient when I'm in a bind and need a quick turnaround. read more

I dry-cleaned 2 suits $19.98, 1 trouser $3.89, laundry 1 dress shirt $1.69 and my total after tax was $28.95. They charged me $1.28 for inventory fees even though it was only a week after I drop off my items. The front counter lady does not seem to speak English and I was asking her all the questions instead of her asking what I wanted. She seems to be confused when I ask her when I could pick up my clothes. I would have complain about the inventory charge, but if I'm never coming back... Why even bother? Besides, they can't even community with me. read more

Every time I've come here, they are Open, but the door is locked due to them being away. They don't show up when they say they'll return. It is 3:40 on a Monday, why isn't the door open. Last time it was a Wednesday at 2. Door drill locked. Open your doors. Be available, you're a business to make a dollar. Quit hiring lazy people, or make sure you have enough staff. read more

I tried this cleaners for the first time because it was so close to my house. I needed tablecloths for a formal event done. It was my fault for trusting them with an important event, but I was thinking that people can't really mess up tablecloths. Well, when I went to pick it up - I was informed that my tablecloths (with my company name) had been given to another customer. I was paying nearly $100 to get tablecloths professionally cleaned and they couldn't even make sure they were returned to me. I had to explain that it was unacceptable that my items were given so cavalierly to another customer and insist that they call the customer to get them returned. Fortunately, the poor customer did return them and I finally got my items. But the devil is the in the details- especially when it comes to people who are supposed to be cleaning. I won't be returning. Beware if you need anything important done. read more

I dropped by this dry cleaners on the way to work, they said it should be finished by 5pm. With the location of the store it would be super difficult to get in and out of the parking area because there's always heavy traffic there around rush hour. So I tried calling the store around 4pm to see if it was ready. I was not able to get in contact with someone for a good 20 minutes. I called the number multiple times and tried a different number and the phone kept on ringing. I was about to give up when I called it one more time and someone answered. He was polite and told me my dry cleaning was ready (2 pairs of jeans, highly starched). When I got home I realized that only one pair was highly starched and the other pair looked like they had only been laundered. The one that was starched was done well, but I am disappointed that they didn't do it to the other pair. I don't know if there was miscommunication somewhere, but this was my first time trying here and they already messed up what I wanted and I hope management gets more organized so that mess ups will not happen again. read more

I'm new to the area and this cleaners is close by, I brought in 5 sweaters and paid for 5 sweaters. I was in a hurry and did not check my order before leaving the facility - when I got home there was only 4. When I called them to advise of the error, they took no responsibility. The owner is amazing. I've never had an issue there. I would give them more than five stars if I could. I've moved three times since I started going there, and I still come back because of the level of service. I can't even tell you how many dry cleaners I drive past to continue to go there. And to anyone complaining about the price... just remember, you get what you pay for. Simple as that. read more

Prices are fair, can't complain since I'm sure the supplies to dry clean the clothes are super expensive. Great service and always have my clothes ready, nicely cleaned and pressed. I take my delicate clothing to get dry cleaned and they come back flawless. No complaints. Also the manager is great with names! read more

They can't do shirts! Creases everywhere! Collars, cuffs, and back yolk dart. Also, there are repress marks all over my shirts.

I have been to this location a few times since I have been in the area. The manager really doesn't seem to care at all. My first experience there wasn't really positive. I like my shirts to have heavy starch and the manager mocked me for wanting that. I had arrived the next day to pick up my shirts at 4 instead of 5 and was told they most likely weren't ready. They were ready, but the manager doesn't have any idea of customer service. Another time I had arrived before 9 am as the sign says same day service if in before 9 out by 5. I was told my dry cleaning would be ready the next day after 5. Hmm I think they have a little bait and switch here. I have been there on 2 occasions before the hours of opening and have waited 15 mins after they were suppose to open and had to leave. They obviously don't have regard to their hours of opening and for their customers. Highly recommend finding another dry cleaners that actually want to be there. read more

My mother was speaking to the highly disrespectful very arrogant manager about the price of an alteration (it was just to have a patch moved up a few inches) and he threatened to call the police on her if she didn't pay and leave. He wanted to charge her $15.00 for something that is usually done for about $5.00 or less. She called me very upset asking me to come speak to him as soon as I walked in he was respectful towards me (since my English is more coherent than my mothers) but still disrespectful towards my mother. She was very upset. I tried to give him some advice to be more clear about the prices but like I said he is very arrogant. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!! Terrible customer service, and prices much higher than other near-by cleaners. I dropped off my dog's bed to be dry cleaned on a Monday morning, and was told that it would be ready to be picked up on Friday. When I returned on Saturday to pick up the bed I was told that the bed had not even been started on yet and that I would be contacted when it was ready to be picked up. On Tuesday afternoon I received a call letting me know that my dog bed was ready for pickup. Took the bed home, pulled it out of the tiny bag it was rolled and stuffed into, and laid it on my hardwood floor only to find that it was soaking wet underneath and that the foam inside the bed was not safely treated, but instead was torn nearly in half! When I immediately called to express my concerns, I was told that the manager, Ky, would contact me the next day... which he did not do. I then reached out to Ky myself, because he clearly was not getting back to me in a reasonable time, only to be told that he did not check the foam inside the cover, but that he was the one that rolled and stuffed it into the bag, and LITERALLY LAUGHED. When I asked for contact information for his supervisor or store owner, he told me that he would not give me any further information, and if I had an issue with him that I would need to address it with him.
