Amazing work and Service! I dropped off a womens tux jacket and pants on last Wednesday. I told them I needed by Today Tuesday, I am traveling next day and needed this for a weekend event. The jacket required a lot of work as it was boxy and 2 sizes too big. (I lost weight). 3 ladies came and pinned and patted and looked and explained it was a lot of work. In fact they were doubtful I think. I love the jacket and wanted it to fit more feminine and sexy. Let me tell yiu the delivered. I had a cotton gown and robe with lace and a ruffle that needed to be hemmed. Crystal looked at it and suggested a couple of ways we could do it. My daughter needed costume alteration for her dance competition in 3 weeks. After another popular alteration place in Arlington refused to take on the job due the amount of work it will need. I brought it to Crystal. She promised she would have it ready in time for the competition. This is no simple alteration! It is literally remaking of the whole outfit!!! The pant suit costume was a kid size 6/7(smallest available). My daughter is very petite 6 yr old. She wears 4T/5T. She literally had to wrote down the measurements because they was no way for her to pin up the costume. Crystal and her team worked hard to get the costume ready for my daughter. They even had it ready early (2 weeks instead of 3) just in case we might need any additional changes before the competition. I can't say thank you enough. My daughter shined at her competition! How can someone have 5 stars AND 40+ reviews on Yelp?! I was shook when I saw this & that she was in Arlington so I had to give her a call! Working with Trinh was amazing! She was professional, attentive/accommodating to my requests, and quick! I called her an hour prior to bringing in my dress, after seeing yelp reviews & brought her my dress on Tuesday and it was complete by Saturday in time for New Year's Eve! Trinh took in the dress at the waist & the sleeves to make it more form fitting to me (I bought it a bit too large after purchasing a size too small and then getting a size up that still didn't fit properly). She also changed out the nude skirt to a black one using a slip I brought, which worked like a charm! This completely elevated the look of the dress! To top it off she added a completely discrete hook & eye near the bottom of the plunge to make sure the ladies could remain secure for a night of fun and dancing! It was nearly undetectable & still kept the look of the dress completely! Trinh was amazing, understood my vision for the dress perfectly, & was quick and affordable -- even given the quick turn around. I am so angry with myself for not finding this place sooner! I moved close to the area last year and only in the past two months or so began giving Crytals my business. Located in the 2 story shopping center right off Collins and I-30 service road (next to Chick-fil-a), it is easy to miss if you are not careful. But the owner is so amazing it is well worth your time to visit at least once. Trust me, you will come again. Work is prompt and meticulous. On several occasions they have exceeded my expectations - by either finding and fixing tears in clothing without my asking, or by having alterations done faster than the original time quoted!!! I've only seen one person there each time, but don't let that deter you. I usually go at weird times. But in any event the customer service has been top notch each time! Great, great place.
