I was still waiting on my undergarments, but he confidently estimated the fit and hem perfectly. Not only did he finish earlier than our agreed time, but the dress turned out absolutely beautiful, like it was made for me. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond meant so much. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for a rush job. 10/10, I would recommend him to anyone. I can't wait to use his services again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

With that said, I did like the fabric pattern and athletic wicking material. I was not taking any chances with these polos since they are for a long overdue vacation my father and I are taking to the Bahamas. The last two alteration shops I have used were worthless. I'm not sure a couple of my shirts had been worked on by one tailor. And, another one had royally botched a different polo beyond repair. Oking is a gentleman. He is brilliant--knew exactly what fit I wanted before I asked. I dropped my polos off about 3 PM on a Friday and they were ready Monday afternoon. Now THAT is ambition and service!!! Oking's shop, Best Dressed Man, deserves every accolade on Yelp, and I don't say that lightly.

There's been so much gentrification that places listed here on Yelp are completely gone when I track them down. A number of them are closed permanently or simply a new apartment complex now. Thankfully I found this one. Nice tailor shop - very bright and clean. I wanted my sleeves taken up a 1/2" which isn't much but would make a big difference for me. The guy said that wasn't much and did I want to try it on - No, I did not. I hate tailors thinking they know fashion or know what's best. I know my size. I know my sleeves. 1/2 inch, thank you! Anyhow - they got it done within a few days - cost $20. Kind of a lot but really, they did a good job and now the sleeves are spot on.

Let me tell you something, A LOT of the time, business owners/managers see reviews and NEVER respond to them. This reach out speaks VOLUMES to the integrity of this business. That means alot to me! The next time I need an alteration, I WILL give Red Carpet Tailor ago! I walked into Red Carpet Tailor on Douglas Monday morning needing a simple side slit extension. The lady behind the counter was very nice. However, I am very shocked at the price tag for this alteration. Literally, extending an already existing slit in a Chef coat by 3" on each side should not cost $50.16! I could understand if I was needing same day service, but I asked to pick it up in 4 days. To add insult to injury, the coat wasn't even steamed for the price paid. Disappointed
