I initially needed a tailor for my son's suit for prom. We had a couple of weeks before the day and I stoped in. The problem with needing a tailor is there really is no room for errors. I mean unless it's not for an "event". My son was measured and Celina asked us what we wanted done and she gave suggestions. The charge to alter his pants and sleeves was average. We were told that the items would be ready on a certain day. I received a call the day before from Celina advising that she would like a little additional time. Communication is really the key and I appreciated her reaching out. The suit came out beautifully and my son had a great time at prom. Fast forward to graduation. I bought a dress online and when it arrived I needed 2 inches to get the zipper up. I stopped in a week before graduation and there was Celina! She looked at the dress and advised that she could find excess material, open the dress up, and have it back to me on time. When I picked my dress up and tried it on she had done "excellent" work! You can't tell the dress was altered. Give them a try!

The young woman working the counter was very patient with me as I don't take in clothing to the dry cleaners very often, and I was a little confused with the process. I took in around7 items and the cleaning cost was bout $45. (I'm not the most well-versed person when it comes to comparable cost. Considering I brought in what felt like a giant trash bag of items- I thought it was reasonable.) Wait time to pick up was super fast- less than 24 hrs! I will definitely come back again. Checked out the other place due to the high reviews but exited when I saw the dirty ceiling vents. So glad I noticed this clean outside and inside place! Pros -extremely clean -beyond helpful attendants -machines are in new condition -dryers work well & as described - low is ACTUALLY LOW & WILL ACTUALLY DRY COMPLETELY! You won't feel robbed needing to run the dryer over & over. -peaceful environment -so many fantastic amenities and services:from DoorDash service for wash & fold; free wi-fi; several tvs; clean restrooms and vending machines for the laundry & for you! Who couldn't use a cold beverage or an ice cream to cool off in this TX heat? Cons -top dispensers for soap & fabric softener had left overs from previous uses. PERHAPS THESE COULD BE CLEANED IN BETWEEN CUSTOMERS? Fortunately I had informed the attendant here about my last experience at another laundromat in South Dallas that left my clothes so soapy from previous users that clothes needed to be cycled 3 extra times after the initial wash with NO added detergents or softeners. -you can not change temperature on the dryers once they begin-MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. -Needing to buy a special debit card -the card & adding funds will be on 2 separate transactions unless you only need to use $4 or less. First transaction is $5 - $1 for card with $4 left over for machines
