I took a pretty dirty Coach jacket to be cleaned. When I picked it up, many parts of the jacket look bleached. They told me there wasn't anything they could do and took no blame on ruining the jacket. I knew it was dirty. I knew they might not be able to get the stains out. I didn't expect them to ruin it and then not offer even an apology. The manager was "too busy" to talk to me when I was there. The person at the desk couldn't let me leave without paying for the service. Not wanting to come back I paid and left. I only read great things about this place and how honest they are... I'm still trying to figure out how they could ruin a coat and still make me pay. read more

Horrible experience. I dropped off my designer dress on Wednesday May1, 2024 at 7:30am. The sign says in by 9 out by 5 and I specifically asked that I have this item back same day. I got tied up and went to retrieve my dress on Friday Morning to be told "oh there was an issue and we still have it." Mind you they never called me to inform me there was an issue or it would be late! I noted this was unacceptable as I needed to catch a flight that day and the dress was for a wedding. I was then told come back at 10am and we will have it. I sent my fiancé to retrieve the dress and they told him " oh it was just an issue w the fringe". I got the dress and noticed white spots all over my black silk dress! I immediately called the store to speak to the manager/owner who was not responding. I ended up buying a new dress for the wedding when I got to my location bc I couldn't wear my dress. After over a week the manager/owner called me back so that she could attempt to repair it. I took the dress in and she tried to claim she didn't see the issues, then attempted to question if I brought the dress into them like that! No ma'am this is a vintage dress worn only one time and it looks like it was laundered or chemicals applied. She said i would have it back within 3 days. That time came and went and a week later I got a call from her. Now the issue could be seen. I was then asked do I know how materials are dry cleaned to which I answered "I'm an attorney not a dry cleaner, but whatever was done ruined my dress!" Pauline (the manager/owner then requested to let her try one more time. At this point my dress is already ruined so try as you may. Long story short, it's been a month... and I'm just getting the dress back!! And I stand corrected... it's even more messed up!! Please do not use this business if you value your garments. read more

We have used A1 for several years with seldom an issue. Any complaint was quickly resolved. Lately, however, it has gotten worse. Ladies shirts and blouses are being stretched to fit the larger hangars. Many necklines are really out of shape. Also, lately all garments are being squished into ONE bag. Overly starched jeans are being jammed in with table cloths and blouses, slacks and sweaters. Today we picked up our order ... 12 hangars in one bag. Stretched necklines, jeans/slacks and shirts/blouses wrinkled needlessly. Not sure why this is happening, but I'm fed up. It's stupid, it's lazy, it's cheap. Twelve items should have been in three bags. Stop it now. read more

The first time I used this business it was not bad at all, it took only a few days for my comforter to come back. I understand business can pick up, but this time I was promised a week turn around and it took 2 weeks. I kept coming in to check if it was done like they said it would be and I was always told it would be back the next day and it never came back. The young girl Claudia is really sweet but the middle-aged woman always seemed like she hated me or was annoying her. I would take your dry-cleaning business elsewhere. read more

It was very to easy to drop off my clothes. They were friendly. I had pants hemmed and it seemed to take a few days, but I didn't mind. I always end up picking up my clothes days later anyway. Loved their hours, they were open late enough for me to get there after work. Which they offered a promo for first time or repeat customers. read more

The manager is very helpful and they do their best to always make you feel welcome. They do a great job everytime, and the prices are very reasonable. Also, the three pants special is a great deal. Their alterations are very quick, and they even have a cute dog as a mascot. read more

This is a great dry cleaning company. They are always very helpful with questions about my order. They have seen stains on clothes or broken buttons and fixed these without me pointing it out. They remember who I am and I only drop off clothes once a week or every other week; When I pull up they recognize my car and have already gone to get my order and even carry my dry cleaning out to my car! If you drop off your clothes before 9 AM, you can pick it up at 5 PM, same day! Their prices are very competitive. This is a small business that really takes their customer service to the next level. read more
