Checked out the other place due to the high reviews but exited when I saw the dirty ceiling vents. So glad I noticed this clean outside and inside place! Pros -extremely clean -beyond helpful attendants -machines are in new condition -dryers work well & as described - low is ACTUALLY LOW & WILL ACTUALLY DRY COMPLETELY! You won't feel robbed needing to run the dryer over & over. -peaceful environment -so many fantastic amenities and services:from DoorDash service for wash & fold; free wi-fi; several tvs; clean restrooms and vending machines for the laundry & for you! Who couldn't use a cold beverage or an ice cream to cool off in this TX heat? Cons -top dispensers for soap & fabric softener had left overs from previous uses. PERHAPS THESE COULD BE CLEANED IN BETWEEN CUSTOMERS? Fortunately I had informed the attendant here about my last experience at another laundromat in South Dallas that left my clothes so soapy from previous users that clothes needed to be cycled 3 extra times after the initial wash with NO added detergents or softeners. -you can not change temperature on the dryers once they begin-MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. -Needing to buy a special debit card -the card & adding funds will be on 2 separate transactions unless you only need to use $4 or less. First transaction is $5 - $1 for card with $4 left over for machines

I love that there is a reverse option for drying....that really helps when dealing with a big blanket like mine. The attendant was nice and helpful. Nothing like any laundry mat I've been to. Staff was super friendly and there was a variety of laundry detergents and products to purchase if needed. They are cashless, my husband put funds on a card they provided. There are plenty of carts, counters, places to sit, and they have kids seating as well. There was drink and snack vending machines. Multiple size washers and dryers. I noticed two extra, extra large dryers before we left that would be great for large comforters. We will definitely be returning several times for the duration of of visit.

Speaking of attendant, he kept himself busy the entire time I was there by cleaning every single machine and all surfaces. I've never seen a laundromat so clean! Three machines filled with snacks and drinks stand at the back next to two massage chairs where for a few bucks, your cares can be carried away with the suds. Of course in this washing in the time of Covid, you'll have to wear your favorite Wonder Woman or Batman mask in order to go in. Prices: Small machines: $1.75 in quarters Large washers: (hold your breath) $6.50 in quarters!! (Really?? This is the only reason that I gave this place four stars instead of five.) Dryers: .25 per 10 minutes of dry time Next time you need to wash, now you know where to go.

I dont know about evenings as its 9am. However upon pulling in and getting out of car I noticed a full on syringe on the ground...what the heck am I getting into here was my thought. The business is in the shopping center with the Shell gas station, SOUTH of I20, directly across the road from McDonald's, on the west side of Duncanville Rd. The signage facing Duncanville Rd. was different than the business' name; and the signage in the shopping center was hard to read at night, as well as being smaller than the signage identify the type of business. Very pleased with the cleanly appearance, inside and outside. With the wave of the hand, the door opens to not only make life easier for those with disabilities, but all customers carrying in their laundry. This feature is spectacular during Covid-19! The upside for everyone is that the machines are clean with a variety of sizes. The downside FOR ME, was the spin cycle didn't remove as much water AS I PREFER. Some may appreciate this since the wrinkles are reduced. (Maybe someone could manufacturer a machine and add a setting for this preference?) Always grateful for a clean restroom - this one was not only clean, but pretty. Disappointed with a ceiling tile being open and the cold air draft. I looked at reviews locally and settled on this one 20 minutes from my home. It turned out to be well worth the drive. Cleanliness is huge with a laundromat. The dropped item of wet clothing or towel that falls out of the dryer while unloading can mess with your mind when the floor isn't clean. No such problems here. This place is tidy and sqeaky clean. Washing machines and dryer interiors are also clean. Nothing crusty or rusted and nearly all appeared operational. Temperature is next. It's mid-July and it's cool in here. Ceiling and wall mounted fans keep the air conditioning moving and I was very comfortable the entire time. If you are a traveler, no worries. They have change machines and soap machines; but also a well stocked mini-store with laundry supplies. They also do laundry here. Call for info. There was a friendly and helpful attendant on site. There are adequate restrooms and working reasonably priced vending machines with a few gaming machines, too. The two televisions that were on were tuned to the local news channels (thankfully). I would definitely come back here to do laundry. This was not during the weekend so I can't speak to how it would be then; but it was pleasant enough today.
