I continued to do business with them over the last years even though they are out of my way, and there are other dry cleaners near me. The last time I was in, I was told that I would have to pre-pay from now on because I left some things there longer than I had realized on the previous visit. I am upset because why would I pre-pay for a service that could be botched or my items could be lost? Instead of the owner updating his establishment so that customers can receive text messages when their items are ready, he would rather penalize establish customers with pre-pay policies. Needless to say I won't be returning although I have been doing business with this establishment for over 10 years. I understand that when we leave items a long time it cost him space and money, but the way to take care of your customers and your business is to upgrade your system, not penalize your customers who have paid your bills for years.

Long story short, I was treated like they didn't want me there. They all watched but pretended not to notice the poor customer service I was receiving. No one apologized for his lack of communication, bad behavior, or poor customer service. Not one hello, may I help you, thank you, when my cloths would be ready, or goodbye. There are other dry cleaners in the area that I will most definitely will be using. Ms. LINDA has always been so nice, courteous, and professional but was not visible that day. Both Waze and Google maps directions lead one on the north side of I20, so please take note of the map added in the photos. The business is in the shopping center with the Shell gas station, SOUTH of I20, directly across the road from McDonald's, on the west side of Duncanville Rd. The signage facing Duncanville Rd. was different than the business' name; and the signage in the shopping center was hard to read at night, as well as being smaller than the signage identify the type of business. Very pleased with the cleanly appearance, inside and outside. With the wave of the hand, the door opens to not only make life easier for those with disabilities, but all customers carrying in their laundry. This feature is spectacular during Covid-19! The upside for everyone is that the machines are clean with a variety of sizes. The downside FOR ME, was the spin cycle didn't remove as much water AS I PREFER. Some may appreciate this since the wrinkles are reduced. (Maybe someone could manufacturer a machine and add a setting for this preference?)
